That whole night, the members could hear the poor leader coughing hard in his room. His room lights were on all night long. 

The second eldest told the members to avoid disturbing the furious leader. 

They wanted to give him some space. But, they didn’t know that the leader needed them the most and, they gave the leader space at the wrong time. 

'I'm not needed here,' was all Hakyeon could think.

The members not approaching him just proved it.

The members also didn’t get to sleep that night. They were confused. They didn’t know why Hakyeon was so mad for the small matter. They just wanted the leader to let them know while the leader wants them to find him.

The next day, morning, all of them stayed in their respective room and waited for the leader to wake them as usual. But the typical morning alarm didn’t roar to wake them today. They woke up with a soft knock at their room. The knock on the door was very soft or, should I said it was too weak.

Leo was the first person to freshen up and exited the room. As always, his morning coffee was prepared and waited for him at the dining table. There was bread for the others too. They saw Hakyeon drinking his banana milk and, he greeted them as usual. Everything was normal except the leader. 

Yes, he woke them up, prepared their coffee and bread. He even greeted them but, it’s not Hakyeon. His greeting has no specific nicknames or the smiling face- which Hakyeon always has.

Because of the cough, Hakyeon decided to cover his face with a mask, which helped him cover his ghost-like pale face. He had a fever and, the abdomen pain left him alone in the morning. Maybe, it pitied him for having a fever. He felt cold. So, he wears a thick coat and exited his room.

Since it was a cold day, the members didn’t mind him. Since the leader did his regular morning duties, as usual, the members thought that Hakyeon had calmed down and more, not angry at them. But, they didn’t know that the leader has lost his last hope and downhearted. 

The manager brought them to the company and, they straight away started the practice.

Here comes the trouble, the wave. 

Hakyeon did it right this time. The pain is back but, he felt numb. He is too tired emotionally that he was not affected by the physical pain. The dance coordinator praised him for his perfect dance moves. 

“Looks like the plank taught you a lesson. You have learned the steps and, you did it perfect than your members,” he praised him.

‘Yes, it taught me a lot. My original place in my group and also their care for me.’
