"" Luhan cursed out loud– not caring about the inappropriate language he used in the presence of his father in-law– and turned to where Jongin and Junmyeon sat. "Jae is missing." he told them.  "What?" both alphas said rising to their feet.  "How? What happened?"Junmyeon asked. "I just talked to Sehun on the phone, he told me Jae's missing but didn't go into details, then the line suddenly went dead". luhan said rubbing his forehead as he paced through the room. Jongin moved closer to his mate and pulled the latter into his arms, the omega's anxiety was killing him, he needed his mate to calm down. "Relax, breath, we'll figure out what to do" he placed his chin on the omega's head. Luhan inhaled and exhaled deeply. Junmyeon on the other side quickly picked up his phone and called the Jeon's, he didn't waste time on asking for their help. And Mr Jeon assured him they'd help with all they've got, he told Junmyeon that his son Jungkook was currently in Seoul and will inform the latter right away to come over to the Kim's. The call ended with Junmyeon saying a dozen of gratitudes. "Jeon Jungkook is in Seoul, his father is sending him here to help" Junmyeon told them. "I will call and inform the others but first you two should go check on Sehun." The nodded before making thier way out .

"He's not here" Luhan said the moment they parked inside Sehun's building premises. Jongin looked over to his husband."What do you mean he's not here? We're not even in his apartment yet." "Just like how you have a connection with Kai , I also have one with my brother– not just the two of us, but also with our parents, it's a family thing that allows us to sense and find each other." Luhan explained. "That means–" "No" Luhan shook his head, even though he knew the answer he wasn't ready to accept it, he quickly stepped out of the car and ran towards the elevator and Jongin followed right behind. The elevator ride to Sehun's apartment felt like it's taking forever to get there. The moment the elevator opened, they both rushed out and saw the door to Sehun's apartment wide open and they could see how dispersed the apartment was. Luhan stepped inside as he took a look at the living room, the couch has some scratches on it and it was definitely from claws, he closed his eyes taking everything into his mind, he wanted to know what happened to his brother and nephew. From the look of it, Sehun tried to shift before he was abducted, they might have tranquilized him, he thought. A gentle hand on his shoulder made him opened his eyes. Jongin was holding something like a gun in his hand. "This must be what they used on him." Luhan took the object into his hands and everything started playing like movie, his eyes automatically closed as he saw the masked men and how they took Sehun and Jae, how his brother struggled to stay conscious as it gradually slipped away until he was knocked down by one of the masked men. Luhan tried seeing past that but couldn't. With a loud gasp he threw the object on the floor before opening his eyes and bent on his knees. Jongin knelt beside him , holding him close."it's okay, am here." he whispered, rubbing the omega's back "did you see their faces?" He asked. "No" Luhan panted "they're all wearing masks but surely they used tranquilizer on them, Sehun was inside the room when they took Jae, it was some invisible figure that took my nephew and i saw its figure but couldn't see its face." "Oh my God!" "But he didn't sense them, someone was there with him, I couldn't see the person's face as well–he was wearing a hoodie, like he was there to distract Sehun as they silently took Jae." Luhan explained further. The omega had developed a new ability– well not like developed since he had it in him but it only became prominent a year ago (he could see visions of certain incidents just by holding any object related to the event) he glanced at his phone screen when it went off before picking it up."Father!" "Luhan are you two alright?" "Yeah, we are, what happened?"  "I've been calling Jongin's phone, but he's not picking up." "Oh that's because he left it inside the car, we'll be on our way now, Sehun has been taken as well" "I know, Jungkook told me" "He's there already?" "Yes, there are things you need to know, just come home now." "Yes father, we'll be there in fifteen"
He ended the call and pulled Jongin out of the house.   **** Sehun woke up with a groan emitting from his throat due to the throbbing in his head, he opened his eyes slowly and took a look at his surroundings. One look was enough to tell him he's in a glass cell, he tried to sit up but failed, the dizziness wouldn't allow him. Laying still for another five minutes or so, Sehun shifted slightly and something caught his attention and all the dizziness instantly flew out of his system when his eyes darted and caught the sight of Kai, his husband ing into some girl– Seulgi? Sehun grunted as he abruptly stood up, the cell next to his was Kai ing into the girl mercilessly as the girl kept crying in pleasure– no in pain but the alpha didn't seem to care. Tears stung at the corner of Sehun's eyes, he swallowed thickly as he slowly walked to the wall connecting his cell to Kai's."Kai!" He banged on the wall furiously, but the said man didn't seem to care nor noticed. It's like he's a soldier on a mission and won't stop until his task was completed. "He won't hear you– or wait more like he won't listen to anyone, you know" came a voice from the outer side of his cell. Sehun turned his head at the source, there stood a woman, probably in her late thirties or early forties, she look elegant with a lap coat draped over her body, her eyes were cold and distant, and one look was enough to tell Sehun who she was. "Irene?" The woman chuckled. "The one and only!" she said with a sarcastic bow. Sehun growled in fury, his canines bared , his body taut, ready to strangle any creature if he could reach them."Relax omega" she said with a smug smile. Another cry of pain echoed in his ears, he turned his attention to the cell next to his again, but quickly averted his gaze, he couldn't handle it, he could handle a lost Kai but he couldn't handle his mate ing someone right in front of him. He felt angry and helpless. "You'll do as I say Sehun or your husband will suffer a great deal."  "Stop him, he's hurting her, isn't she your daughter?" He said when another painful sob hit his ears, and now he's sure the woman was in pain. "She's a lab rat, no more no less than your husband is" she informed him smugly."I've been trying to get him to breed her and currently she's ovulating, that's why I gave him an aphrodisiac but I guess he's still refraining to knot her" "What?" Sehun gasped at her in disbelief
"How could you do that?" "I can do whatever I feel is good for my project– you see I used to love her as a mother would, but she betrayed me twice.  When I first brought Kai here; I asked her nicely to let him breed her, I even gave them some privacy– but of course that was after I temperd with his memories" she chuckled and Sehun didn't get what was so funny at the moment "she got pregnant with another man's child and she dared lied to me that it was Kai's. As a mother I forgave her when I found out that she lied and gave her another chance but she blew it off again, this time she had the audacity to escape and freed Kai as well, but she was foolish enough to stay in Seoul thinking her magic was good enough to keep them hidden from me, and of course I found them that's why I am teaching her a lesson– they've been in hiding for months, I just I found them yesterday– and yes I am glad Kai led me to you." she gave a curt nod as if agreeing something to herself. Sehun shook his head , staring at the woman in front of him like she's some kind of infection, well she must be if you'd ask him. "Why Kai? Why him of all other wolves?" She laughed at that."now I think you're a fool or you just being a dumb," she shook her head as if sympathizing with Sehun for being really dumb. "he's the only true born alive– well not anymore since your son is now included, and I am keeping a promise I made to an old friend." Sehun hit the glass wall angrily with his fist at the mentioned of his son."Where is my son?" He asked with a threatening growl. She pointed towards a cot "right there, he's still under the tranquilizer effect, but don't worry he's safe." Sehun's eyes automatically went to where she pointed at. A loud grunt caught Sehun's attention he looked at the direction it came from and saw Kai sliding down the glass wall as if someone violently pushed him there. "I can't take it anymore." Seulgi said weakly. Irene shook her head."I thought you loved him and will appreciate it if he s you." "No, not like this, you're wrong. I like Kai as brother and a friend, I wanted to protect him from you– beside you already know I have someone that I love" "Someone i don't approve of, Kai is a better option for you dear." "Kai has a family Irene, I don't want him that way, he's just a friend and like a little brother to me, take it or leave it." She said through gritted teeth. Irene scoffed. "friends don't each other, neither do siblings." then she turned her attention to where Kai was laying, breathing hard on the floor. "That's because you forced us to do it, not because we wanted to or ing have a choice." Seulgi retorted "Keep telling yourself that." Irene said tapping on the object in her hand.It's a small tablet she's holding, that looked more like a cell phone, she pressed on a button and instantly Kai started growling/ screaming in pain, his canines were out, eyes glowing silver/red, fingers nails shifted into claws as he screamed. And that was when Sehun realized Irene was doing  that to him. Chip! There must be a chip somewhere inside Kai's body that allowed Irene to inflict pain on him with just a press of a button.  he was about yelled at her to stop but– "Stop! You're hurting him" Seulgi beat him to it. "Alex!" Kai raised his head to look at the woman between his screams. "I asked you to knot him, but you didn't" she pressed in another button again and Kai screamed louder. "Please, please stop" Sehun cried. But she ignored the omega and kept her gaze on Kai "Alex! I instructed you to knot him, he's Sehun, your mate. Right?" "I– couldn't" Kai struggled those words out.  Irene shook her head."I've been trying, trying and trying to get him to ing knot her, but the damn thing won't just pop" she shouted angrily. "You know it won't work Irene, even though you binded the wolf in him and tempered with his brain stability , it's still there and it knows I am not his true mate, so please stop torturing him" Seulgi tried again. "You don't lecture me daughter, I know that and I've done everything I can, but the idiotic loyal wolf won't knot you, I am feed up of his damn loyalty towards his mate." she pressed on the button one more time and Kai's screams became louder and louder. "You said you won't hurt him if I do as you say ,Please, I will do anything you demand just stop– stop hurting him please." Sehun said desperately, he couldn't effort to see his mate being hurt right in front of his eyes. Irene sighed before pressing on another button and everything stopped, Sehun let out a breath in relief.
"Before I do what you want me to, I would like to know what you did to my husband? How is it possible for him to see me in someone else?" He asked. She gestured to a guard standing close to her.
"Give them some clothes and take my daughter to the lab in twenty minutes time." she said before turning to face Sehun  "and back to you sweetheart, well I used both magic and science on him." She began "the only thing easy about him was when I blew up the plane and abducted him easily, I tried magic on him, it worked at first but when I tried to get him sleep to with Seulgi, he kept resisting every spell I casted. Then an idea came to me and I tried creating a chip using the Sehun in his memories and casted an illusion spell on it. And guess what?– it worked just perfectly." She giggled proudly at herself "But even after that his wolf kept resisting to pop a knot in Seulgi, Kai sees her as you but it seems the beast knows his mate better" she finished with a shrug. "What is it you want from him exactly?" She stared at him for a moment, Sehun think she's foolish or probably clever to tell him everything he wanted to know because she knew he might not be able to get out of there."I told you earlier, I want a child between a true born and my daughter" "That’s unclear,” Sehun said. “It’s illegal to breed with humans if you’re a wolf. The risks are…just too high. We could harm the human in the process and jeopardize their lives. The offspring, too… werewolf and human battling in the fetus usually kills it. Human anatomy can be too weak to withstand that.”  She laughed really loud at that.
