Kai has been pacing through the room for some minutes, thinking of how to tackle the problem at hand. "Sehun, enter the bathroom and lock the door, do not open it for me no matter what I say or do, okay?" "You're an Alpha Kai. A true born for what matters, you'll  break it down in matter of seconds" Sehun had a very good point. "Dammit!" Kai clenched his fist "I don't know what my parents are doing right now, but I will find a way, okay? don't panic please. I will leave the house for the night" Sehun looked at him bewildered "where do you plan on going?" He couldn't help but ask. "I don't know, may be to Krystal's, she–" "No" Sehun suddenly yelled, "I mean don't go to her in such state" he lowered his voice. Kai quirked an eyebrow "why?" "Are you even asking me that? You'll be in rut in few minutes time and she's an omega" Sehun chewed on his lower lip, in an attempt to stop his tongue from rolling out the next words but failed "and she's your girlfriend" he gulped down the lump in his throat. Kai chuckled a little but he decided to mess with Sehun a little, jealous Sehun had become his favorite. "that will be good, don't you think? She'll help me willingly, since my omega is not willing to help." Sehun gave him a warning glare "don't you dare go to her or else–" "Or else what?" Kai his lips, crossing his arms over his chest in a display of dominance. "I will run away and you'll never find me in order to touch me" he threatened. Kai gasped dramatically, letting one of his hands to rest over his heart. "I am threatened" then he laughed a little "no matter where you run to, i will find you, I guess you know that, don't you?" Sehun pouted. "don't go to her please" he pleaded with puppy eyes. Which seemed to be his only resolve and damn he's not sure why he was acting this way. Kai was surprise at his omega's attitude, he found the latter cute when he pouted, was Sehun really jealous? Did he actually want Kai only for himself?. The look on Sehun's face made Kai to take pity on him. Giving up on taunting the younger any further , Kai stared at him intensely and decided to be truthful with his omega."Sehun I promise you, I will never have with anyone apart from you–when you're ready of course" he quickly added "I will wait patiently but I have to stay away from you tonight, okay?"  Sehun sighed in relief, yet Kai did not fail to notice. "Okay" the omega said almost inaudible . Kai smiled with a softness and fondness in his eyes that Sehun didn't miss. "you should get some sleep, I will be back in the morning," he said before turning to exit the room. Fortunately his parents were still attending to their guests and Kai was able to sneak out without anyone noticing. The moment he stepped outside the house premises, he ran inside the bushes before morphing into his wolf form and started to run fast, he ran until he's sure he was out of the city and only then he started feeling the effect of his rut, but he stayed in his wolf form to lessen it.  He can't afford going to a place where people roam around, he trusted himself as an Alpha but he didn't trust himself when in rut. He was scared of ending up having with someone else who's not his omega,  his husband, with that thought he decided to hide and luck was on his side when he sighted a cave and without wasting time he ran faster into it. The cave was dark but he was able to see clearly thanks to his super vision. Seeing a small beautiful lake with several types of flower plants circling it, Kai then he realized that the cave was surprisingly spacious.Seconds later he found himself laying Infront the beautiful lake, the place gave him a serene feeling. His mind wandering to his omega, and his eyes suddenly felt heavy, he tried keeping them open but couldn't, the last thing he saw was his omega's smiling face before everything went blank as he drifted into deep slumber. Jongin gulped down the liquid his mother gave him. She grinned widely when she noticed Luhan did the same with the glass she gave him."Okay good kids, now you should lock the door and keep it low" she winked at Jongin who didn't seem to get the hint. "Be good to your Alpha, you here me son?" Luhan's father told him. "And You" he turned his attention to Jongin "take care of him and take it easy on him okay?" Luhan walked timidly to the bed and sat at its edge, even with the omega's intelligence he was not able to figure out or understand what the elders gave them . May be a holy water or something similar. He thought.(unlike Sehun) and same goes for Jongin, the alpha had no idea what was given to them. Jongin walked towards the nightstand and sat on it, everything seemed awkward he didn't know what to say or do, his gaze travelled to the omega chewing on his lower lip nervously,. Staring at the omega for a long moment , Jongin couldn't help but find the other beautiful, he look like Sehun somehow, Jongin thought but scolded himself afterward for even thinking about his brother's mate. "It's okay you know, it will take time to get over him." Luhan said in a low voice as if he was afraid to speak much louder.  Great, just great. Luhan read his thoughts, which Jongin totally forgot the omega could do. "I am sorry, your thoughts were loud you know– in my head" he said smiling softly at the alpha. Jongin rubbed the back of his head with an awkward smile, making the omega to laugh a little, this time he thought the omega was really beautiful as he laughed and not because he look like Sehun but because Luhan was pretty as a person. Thinking he might fall for the omega someday, Jongin felt a sudden rush of wave to protect the omega washed over him. Then he realized the omega had stopped laughing which meant he had read his thoughts again. They didn't share another word as they both fell silent. Then suddenly Luhan started to feel hot, he used his hands to fan his face, but it just kept getting hotter and hotter, he quickly stood up and striped his outer robe off his body, hoping to fell better. Jongin looked at him stunned when the omega dared to untie the knot of his inner robe as pale milky skin came to his view "are you alright?" He asked noticing the omega's discomfort. "No, I'm hot" he said trying to take the inner robe off. "Should I increase the AC?" "It won't help me" he answered truthfully. Jongin quirked his eyebrows."why not?" "Because I'm going into heat" And as if just waiting for Luhan to say it, he felt his own desire rising, he almost panic if not for the omega's presence that surprisingly brought some comfort to his mind ", my rut" Luhan paused for a moment as realization downed on him "Oh my God! The drinks they gave us was to trigger our desires" he slapped himself mentally for not knowing that part. "What do we do now?" Luhan asked with a worried expression. Jongin stared at him for a moment before he moved to sit on the bed, he's not sure why but he felt a sudden rush of calmness."Come here" He ordered in a calm voice. The omega did as told, he walked to Jongin who took his place on the bed, resting his weight against the headboard.  Reaching for the omega's hand, Jongin  pulled him onto his lap, he didn't know if it's the rut or not, all he felt was the urge of having the omega close to him. He helped Luhan to shrug the robe that has been dangling on his shoulders. The alpha ran his fingers down Luhan's back, making a shiver ran down the Omega's spine. "Are you still hot?" He asked. "Not so much" Luhan said, pupils blown wide with desire. Jongin smiled before leaning in and captured Luhan's lips for a kiss. The omega let out a content sigh and Jongin used the chance to slide his tongue in, mapping every corner of Luhan's wet carven, deliciously on his tongue. They kissed for a while before pulling away to fill their lungs with needed air."Y-you shouldn't do this" Luhan said breathless. "You're sure you want me to stop?" He said kissing the omega's jaw down to his neck. "Ah– no, I mean yes" "Why is that?" He stilled his ministrations and looked the omega in the eye. "You're not yourself and I don't want you to do something that you'll regret later on, I know you don't want to mate with me–" "Luhan" Jongin called, despite the heat rising inside his body he managed to keep it calm.
