Chapter 15 - Some more bonding

"Ara!" Ara barely had time to brace herself before Tao basically jumped her, rubbing his nose into her hair while squeezing her waist tightly. They knocked into Kyungsoo, who stumbled backwards and hit Baekhyun's nose with his elbow. 

"Hey, hands off," Sehun snapped, albeit playfully, and removed Tao from Ara. Lay was also in the hallway now, smiling at Ara, and the girl knew he wanted a hug judging by the constant fiddling of his fingers, so she stepped forward and slipped her arms around his neck. 

Ara knew that her instant liking to skinship was due to how much she had been deprived off it for the past two years. Her mother barely looked in her direction, (and whenever she did it never ended well), her friends had abandoned her and so she had felt so alone.

But being with the pack filled that empty room in her heart, and so she just couldn't stop herself from constantly seeking their touch, and fortunately, the pack seemed to enjoy it just as much as her. 

"Kris and Chen want to meet you," Luhan said, leaning against the hallway entrance. Ara noticed how crowded the hallway had gotten, and it wasn't until Kai entered the house and closed the door with a loud bang that everyone scattered away and into the living room. 

Kris and Chen were sitting on the couch with Chanyeol and Suho, both sipping cans of Pepsi, and Sehun immediately glared at them, or more like glared at the cans in their hands.

"Hello, guys," Ara greeted when Kris and Chen stood up. They were both wearing smiles, and they immediately engulfed the girl in a bear hug. 

"We would probably still be on the run now had it not been for you," Kris said when they broke the hug. Chen had a huge grin on his face, the corners of his lips curling up like a cat's. 

"It was Kai's decision, I merely suggested the idea," Ara mumbled, blushing. Chen snickered and ruffled her hair. It seemed to come naturally to werewolves, skinship that was, and public displays of affection. Ara didn't mind at all. "How do you feel?"

"I feel like I'm high," Chen grinned, and Ara giggled.

The boys were all in the living room now, and everyone started piling up on the couches and the floor. Ara found herself sitting between Tao and Chanyeol, with Sehun leaning against the foot of the couch where Ara's legs were dangling off.
