A/N: Big thank you to the new subscibers! We hit a new dozen with you ;p

I tried a new technique for writing, which was supposed to help make my chapters faster. But I'm still quite slow. I think it's because I have expression problems, like I have ideas but I have difficulties putting them into words... Maybe I'm just thinking too much? I should try to write without thinking (too much I mean).

Anyways, enjoy~ :)

We stopped in a small inn of Daejeon for the night. The three boys had one room, and I was sharing mine with Na Young, who already was fast asleep. And drooling on her pillow… But I personally didn’t have any plan to sleep. So I slipped out of the room to head behind the modest building. It wasn’t late, but winter’s time had brought the night. And the small forest at the border of the city would have been completely dark, if not for an old street lamp’s dim light. Not much, but enough to see where I put my feet, I thought as I walked to a stump between a tree and a brown bush. Sitting on top of it, I yelped when cold water touched my skin through my jeans. “It’s wet!” I giggled. Well, it was the only place I could sit, anyways. The idea was to meditate. Because according to the young men, concentration was the key to product magic. So I settled cross-legged, and rested my hands, one on the other, on them, like monks.
When Seok Jin knocked on the girls’ room, at first there was no answer. But after a few seconds, a desperate voice cried out, “No don’t take it!!” Making the man freeze as he was opening the door. “It’s MY sausage, Unni!” then added the voice. His brows furrowed, he slowly peeked inside the room, to check what was going on, and found Na Young sleeping deeply in the bed on the right side. She had an arm up, but it suddenly fell down as she groaned angrily. On the other side of the room, Yong Gi’s bed was empty. Seok Jin quietly closed the door. He took the tracking stone out of his pocket and followed the bluish light; which guided him behind the inn. Yong Gi was there, panting heavily and grunting as she punched an old sandbag hanging from a tree. Seok Jin wrinkled his nose. He rushed up to his bedroom, then came back with his bag. “Yong Gi-yah.” The girl jumped and span at the speed of light. She obviously knew the voice’s owner was Seok Jin, as she didn’t look surprised to see him at all. Instead, she seemed startled by her own reaction. “Did you just.. ‘kya’?” “N-No, I didn’t! I heard you coming.” He smirked mockingly, “Oh. You sure? Because I think you did~” Yong Gi pursed her lips, averting her eyes and mumbling grumpily, “You’re wrong.” Seok Jin chuckled as he walked up to her. “What were you doing?” “I learned some Tae Kwon Do when I was younger. Honestly, I forgot most of it because it’s been years since I last practiced, but fortunately my body remembers a bit.” She heaved a long, deep breath at the end of her explanation. “You look completely worn out,” Seok Jin remarked, eyes scanning the younger girl. “Just how long have you been training??” “I don’t know… Maybe around an hour and half? But I tried to wake my powers before that.” “Oh my Creator. You’re straining yourself too much!” She shook her head, “I’m okay, don’t worry.” “I don’t think so…” he frowned. “And how did the magic training went?” “My Maryeok has decreased. So I think I’ve produced a bit of magic. Didn’t get any promising result, though…” she scowled. “It is promising! From the point where you can produce magic, little by little, you’ll be able to do more.” He patted her shoulders, gesturing to the stump with a smile. “ You did well, so now you should sit and rest.” Yong Gi’s features relaxed and she went to plop down on the wood, letting a satisfied sigh escape her lips. Seok Jin eyed her hands, wrapped in bandages stained by a bit of blood here and there, with a grimace. She hastily hid them in between her tights, but the boy crouched down by her side and gently grabbed her wrists, pulling her hands up. He took a small box, which he settled on Yong Gi’s legs, out of his bag, untied the bandages and disinfected the scratches. “Don’t cover the wounds, it will heal faster this way,” he said quietly as he slid hot packs in her hands. “Mmh. Thank you.” He gazed up. But Yong Gi had the feeling he saw her only for short seconds. Then his eyes became distant, they were on her, without looking at her. “It feels weird to see these boys replace our old friends, doesn’t it?” The elf had murmured, a faint nostalgic smile stretching his lips. Yong Gi then understood: he saw Yeoshin inside of her, she was the one Seok Jin was looking at. His head lowered quietly as he stuffed the first aid box in his bag. Yong Gi shifted and patted the spot next to her on the stump, making him look back up; this time, he saw the real her, she felt his eyes on her. Seok Jin complied without any word. The silence last a couple of minutes, then when he spoke again, his voi
