My feet dragged around the house. The hallways were so quiet, there was no one roaming around. After Jiae got shot, everyone spent their days doing nothing. Everyone laid around, not bothering to do anything. Jiae's death affected everyone's lives in more ways than one.

Aera opened my eyes yesterday when she cried on my chest. I thought back to the night. If I did things differently, would Jiae have survived? If I hadn't left her in the office by herself, would she have been okay? If I told her to follow me upstairs, the killer would have never seen her unarmed so she would have lived. From the moment I saw her dead, I couldn't decide whether it was my fault or not. I don't know, I really don't. But it happened, nothing can change it now.
