The roller-blinds raised up with a sharp, snapping noise. I quickly moved around the room, picking up my clothes from the floor.

I heard a soft groan from Aera, I looked to see her waking up. Aera eyed me with confusion.

'What are you doing?'

I ignored her as I kept looking for my shoes.

'Taeby?'

'Aera, I don't want the two of us to get confused,' I uttered.

'Confused?'

'You pay me to protect you, that's what I do.'

'What's going on, Taeby? Did I do something?' Aera asked as she sits upright.

'No, nothing,' I snapped.

'Then what?' Aera frowned as she lifted the bed sheets over her body.

'I want to keep straight in my head what job I'm doing,' I muttered as I tied my shoelaces.

'And what is that? Making me feel like ?' Tears formed in the corner of her eyes.

'Look, I'm sorry. This is all my fault.'

'Don't apologise, just tell me what I did,' Aera wiped her eyes.

I looked into her eyes and sighed,' you didn't do anything. It was me. I got involved with my client.'

Aera's eyes widened as gaped open.

'Client?!' She loudly accused, 'so you had with your client?!'

'Aera! I made a mistake, alright?'

'What mistake?!' She screeched.

'I told you already! I can't protect you... like this,' I motioned towards her bare body. 

'So that's it? Whatever we had between us?' She said with hurtful eyes.<
