Changmin’s POV
Sook joo and I ended up in my house that afternoon as she argued with me not wanting to cook in her kitchen since her dad arrived earlier this morning. I couldn’t find the logic about her argument but I am too eager to eat to complain more. She was a regular visitor at my place a decade ago. But that was a long time ago. We are adults now and I don’t bring girls in my lair especially those I have no intentions to date. I sighed as Sook joo skipped like a young kid inside my kitchen opening the drawers and taking out utensils as if it’s her own.
“I would like to say please feel at home but as I can see,” I paused for a more dramatic effect. “You are too comfortable already to be reminded.” I told her sarcastically sitting down at the high chair by the kitchen counter.
“Yup.” She giggled. “Remind me again I might forget.” She smirked as she took out bowls and measuring cups. “And by the way, do you have an electric mixer?”
I frowned at her complacency. “I have no idea.” I answered.
“Haven’t you cook here before?” she complained a bit annoyed. “Of course.” I told her casually. “I know how to prepare ramen.”

“Aish.” I stood up and walked out towards the door. I am THAT hungry to obey her.
I ended up in the garden where I saw Mang dong ee, my small white Maltese, sleeping soundly on its pillow. I think even my dog doesn’t want to recognize my presence. I came up to it scratching its ear.
“Yah! Mang dong! Your handsome master is here, wake up!”
It opened its eyes slightly but didn’t even bother to look at me. I sat down beside it and started blabbering gibberish, voicing my mind out loud.
“Mang dong. You are listening right?” I sighed looking back at the kitchen. “You know, my friend Sook joo is here. You better not be jealous because she’s just cooking some food then we can eat together later okay?”
I pat his head and a small smile curved in my lips even if the small dog didn’t move. Usually it welcomes me happily wagging its tail but today it seemed tired and just kept on sleeping.
“Mang dong.” I
