“Fairness and justice are social issues deeply rooted in my heart. It is the political affair I am willing to spend my time for and will emotionally be invested in as well. I desire for our citizens to plant these philosophies as a moral way of life to make the world a better place. Every worker and consumer who has ever been mistreated shall receive the justice they deserve!”   The crowd started cheering enthusiastically to the speech being broadcasted.   “That’s quite ambitious of you,” Jang Hyun Mi spoke towards the flat screen TV in their apartment’s living room. Her small fingers took the remote controller in her hand and flipped the channel to something more interesting. Despite somewhat working for the government, political issues never quite interested her. The speech made by some new aspiring politician aiming to become part of the Cabinet was so inspiringly unrealistic. She would know, because giving motivational speeches to encourage others was something she excelled in, and was therefore chosen as her professional camouflage.   The channels showed nothing worthy of her time. Several channels showed the same music video of this sudden new booming artist, Joon Ji Hye. She had appeared out of nowhere and took the nation by storm. The organization kept an eye open for her. What followed afterwards was a TV commercial for a popular skincare brand called Elleaf. She was never an avid user of such products and switched the TV off in boredom.   It was a lazy Sunday morning and everything seemed so slow paced as she ate her breakfast past lunch hour. Her short posture sat on a barstool placed against the kitchen island where she had full access to the living room in front. There were no room dividers because they had to be able to move around during an unexpected intrusion.   Her hand absentmindedly took the toast her brother, Dong Woo, had overburned and placed it in . With her other clean hand, she brushed her messy uncombed hair backwards; dark ash brown in color, but lighter under the lamp. Several times she shifted on that small bar stool; her long light blue shirt with some cartoon character print and a mismatched bright neon blue training pants went accordingly with each movement.   She suddenly decided to scan the front door, alerted when she heard faint footsteps from a distance. Her stance was ready to defend or enter combat depending on who it was. The doorbell then rang a few seconds afterwards and she let out a small sigh of relief. All the training with the organization heightened her senses. She was now so sensitive of her surroundings and became cautious of every single thing.   “Sis, can you get that?” Dong Woo questioned. He had always believed he was a quite gifted chef. To proof that, he stood in front of the stove attempting to flip some pancakes in his frying pan.   Hyun Mi hummed in response and jumped off lightly. She sprinted to the door in no time—agility being one of the best attributes for her petite body.   “Hello— Why are you dressed like that?”   The guy greeting her at the door stared at her openly from top to bottom, and once again from bottom to top. The disgust was clear in his face; his eyebrows frowned so high it nearly got covered by the bangs of his dirty blond hair parting in the middle.   “You’re not the fashion police, Ki Bum.” She left the front door open for him to enter and rolled her eyes when he trailed from behind and closed the door casually as if it was his own house.   “You’re lucky, or else I’d have you arrested. You would be in jail right now,” Ki Bum threatened her, watching her resume her seat. She did not even spare him a look of interest.   “You know that’s highly impossible because Mr. Lee loves me too much," she told him with a satisfied smirk and took a bite of the burnt toast right in front of his face. It was true, the head of the organization they referred to as Mr. Lee, because no one knew his full name, was always amazed with her and Dong Woo’s works and regarded them higher than they deserved sometimes. This came with some jealousy from other agents who did not receive any rewards for their accomplishments.   Ki Bum made a face. “I doubt he’d think so highly of you when he sees you dressed in this…” His eyes scanned judgingly again and she felt so exposed now, “This horrible outfit at 1 PM during the weekend. You haven’t even showered, have you?”   Hyun Mi was so close to shoving that burnt toast in his mouth to shut him up. Sometimes, she questioned why Mr. Lee would ever partner her up with someone as obnoxious as Kim Ki Bum. But whenever they completed their mission, she knew it was because of their great precision and chemistry to get a job done. She hated and loved him at the same time. The feeling was mutual.   “What do you want, Ki Bum?” She questioned straight to the point. The guy barely dropped by unless it was urgent.   “We got a new mission.” Ki Bum’s voice turned a notch more serious. His eyes quickly scanned the surrounding before taking out a brown paper folder from his bag, and slammed it on the counter. It looked so plain, so unsuspecting, and was therefore the perfect storage system to deliver classified information in.   “Pancake?” Came Dong Woo’s cheery interruption. He took a plate for Ki Bum and placed the pancake on it even after the guest had shook his head.   When Dong Woo continued flipping his next batch of burnt pancakes, the two returned to the intensity of their discussion.   “Who’s the target?” Hyun Mi asked, answering her own question when she untied the security rope of the folder and retrieved the target’s data print

Chapter 24: I finally finished this today.
I should have seen it coming with Ki Bum since I do watch a couple of spy movies/dramas.
I think my favorite part is seeing Hyun Mi threaten Mr. Lee and then her conflicting view on their mission in the plane.

Chapter 21: I love how there's another reference to HIPS with Hee Jin mentioning she nearly killed someone with a curling iron. It makes me wonder if that's where she got the idea to use it as a weapon.

Chapter 19: I love how Hyun Mi and Woo Hyun are closer which makes it sadder with what happens to him in HIPS.

Chapter 17: I like how this is kind of like a foreshadowing of HIPS and love the cameo of Hee Jin and Min Seok.

Chapter 14: I don't think Woo Hyun is lying to Hyun Mi.
I like how Hyun Mi and those close to her want to change what their company does. I couldn't help but think maybe one of the higher-ups in their company or maybe Ki Bum is using them for their own goals.

Chapter 14: Wait whatt that was unexpected... I've been feeling that Ki Bum and Mr. Lee were slightly off though, so I think they're both probably lying. There's no way Woohyun would actually deserve to be killed...

But on a happier note, yay Taemin and Maerin! The hand holding part was really cute XD

Chapter 12: Love the appearances of the other characters from HIPS, Seollin and Taehyung introducing themselves made me laugh.
I think my favorite part is when Taemin touched the check because one thing I learn from a game called "Women's Murder Club: Death in Scarlet" is that people tend to press a bit hard when writing. So whatever they wrote might be indented into the next sheet of paper.

Chapter 11: The part where they nearly got caught is so intense. It reminded me of a level I played in "Hitman 2", where Agent 47 has about at least 3 to 5 minutes to kill his target before his identity gets discovered.
Also, the two finally kissed! I laughed at the part where Hyun Mi realized the others might have seen it from the CCTV.

Chapter 10: Woo Hyun to the rescue! I find it sweet he's there to save Hyun Mi from Sang Gyu since she and the others were stuck on what to do.
