Min Ah’s POV
Today I am going to read my seventh book of my summer book list. Without You, There Is No Us written by Suki Kim is one of the popular fiction novels in South Korea. I am not really into romance novel but I want to read this one because this is actually what the librarian at the public library suggested me to read. I read the book at the balcony where I can feel the wind go by when I sit there. It feels good. It feels fast and calming. I don’t know how but my tears come out as I almost finish the book. The story of the book just somehow really reminds me of Woo Bin. I know that how much I miss him. I want to meet him again.
I close the book and get inside the house. Grandad is at the living room watching the news on the television. I get close to him and sit by his side. He looks at me and saw my teary eyes.
“Min Ah, are you crying?”
“Huh? No. I don’t” Then I quickly wipe my leftover tears. Damn you tears –not in front of grandpa. He is a seer who can see my problem through my eyes.
“If you have a problem, just tell me. I will listen to you.”
“Ah, you don’t have to worry grandpa. I’m totally fine.”
“Do you miss your dad?”
“Sometime.”
