CHAPTER 9


I am at my house and i am waiting for jong ki to come and get me,i wonder where he will take me. I didn't have to wait long before he arrived tought.


DIN DON-sound of the door bell


I open the door and jong ki was smiling at me and i smiled too.


"wow,i am getting scared,you smiled back at me?" of course,i just found out something good, how can i not smile when i see you


"well,i can't wait to see where you will bring me"


"well,i don't really know if you would like it but bear with me ok" he say while scratching his head a little embarrassed,i don't know why but i find that gesture of his really cute.


"mpfff,i can't wait to see what you have in store for me" i smile again and he does too.


"come,let's go" he reach for my hand and i gladly take it and follow him to the car. After we get inside,jong ki start to drive and  after some times of silence i try to breack the ice and say something first.


"so,where are we going?"


"you will see" he smile at me


"aigo,i am feeling unsey,right now, i hope you know what you are doing jong ki ssi"


"wae? are you the picky type?"


"maybe?" i


"stop teasing me" he smile


"ahahah" we both laugh. Looking outside the window i see a familiar place


"jong ki,isn't this the way to your house?"


"right" i look back at him surprised,i mean,i have been to his house and i almost lost my soul back then.


"i didn't know where to go,so i decided to just-"


"stay home?..." i look at him a little suspicious


"ya,don't look at me like that"


"like what?"


"like i am some kind of ert"


"but you are a ert" i


"what?ya" and then i laugh a bit


"aigo,chincia"he smile


We finally arrived,jong ki opened the door of the car for me and soon after i follow him in his house where i have already been before,even if it was in a different situation.


"here, come inside"


"ok"


"by the way,you can take off your jaket,give it to me"


"o,ok" i take it off and give it to him,but after he sees me he drops my jacket


"ya! why did you let my jacket fall on the ground?"


"no,i mean,sorry"he take my jacket back from the ground but i see him turning around


"why are you looking away? how can you take the jacket if you don't know where it is?"


"ya,for my misfortune the jacket fell too near..." i still didn't understand what he meant


"look at the jacket,jong ki" he then turn around


"what happened?" i put myself at his level because i am courious why he isn't getting up yet,when he see me his ears becomes red


"no,it's just...that you are so pretty..."

(SHE IS DRESSED LIKE THIS BUT WITH HER HAIR DOWN)

i was taken aback big time"...thanks..."


"are you...blushing?"


"me?no of course,ahahah,what are you saying...it's just really hot" i touch my cheecks and i can say i must be really red right now,so i can only change the subject hoping he didn't see trough me,but first i have to get up and that's what i do,he then follow me soon after,taking my jacket from the ground.


"well...so what are we going to do?" he chucle a little bringing his hand to his mouth


"w-why are you laughing?"


"no,it's just that you are really cute"


"..."again,he took me by surprise, this damn jong ki


"wait,a second i will bring the jaket in the wardrobe" he goes in the other room and then come back a few seconds later.


"anyway to answer your question,we,will do nothing"


"hu?" i really don't understand anymore what is going on,he then comes behind me


"hu-hu?-hu?w-where are you going?" i then feel his hands touching my shoulders and my heart skip a beat


"j-" he then guide me to the kitchen


"i will do the work and you will just sit there" he smile while making me sit on the chair,in front of me a well prepared table with candles and roses,i don't know why but i find it funny in a way. Before starting to cook he ask me if i want to drink some wine and i nod in response.He then pour me some wine and goes to the kitchen to cook.


"...by the way,why your house?"


"well...i had no idea what to do,i even tought to bring you to our first place of date but you said not to force myself to be like the past so here i am,no here we are,after dinner we can go somewhere else if you want to? near my house is a really well known park,tonight there are fireworks do you wanna go?" he smile at me


"yes good idea,by the way what are you cooking?"


"pasta with ragu sauce and some vegetables later if you want" aigo, is there the dessert too? i am really craving for something sweet! but i can't ask i will seem like a glutton.


"and for dessert-"


"what's for dessert?" i ask with a super smiling face,i didn't notice me doing that,but jong ki did noticed it and started to laugh


"mpfff,ahahah,aigo,you still like sweets a lot i knew it,ahahah"


"i love sweets!" my gosh i seemed like a teenage girl


"so what's for dessert?" i ask jong ki?"


"...surprise" i pout and then ask


"ya,don't say things like i am your dessert-"


TUSDFHSKSLK! sound of utensils that fell on the ground.


"what happened?" i ask.


"..." i couldn't help but laugh


"ahahahah" my gosh i think i was being too mean now. I wanted to help him, so i get closer to jong ki but i can't stop laughing unfortunately


"ahahah,aigo,wait ahahahahah" he looks at me


"are you having fun?" i nod he nod too


"well,at least you are having fun...aish,ya,i had pure intention when i asked you to come here ok,i am serious"


"yes,yes,i am sure,just like that time when you where-" then i stopped talking, that time i really taught something was going to happen.


"anyway,let me help you jong ki"


"no it's ok,i will do it,by the way"


"what?"


"i hope that when we go outside it won't rain"


"wae?" he just smile


"because i will be doomed then" i really don't understand


"hu?"


"Nothing,just go back and sit,but refrain yourself from saying things like that again,or i am going to make you starve arasso?"


"mpfff,tsk,arasso"


"good girl" he pat my head


"go and sit"


After sometime,we finally are eating and i must admit everything is delicious.


"my gosh,it's delicious,everything is,i never knew you could cook and not this well,i am seriously impressed" he smile widely


"glad that you like it. Well the truth is that i learned cooking some times ago.I am good at it, but i was taking a gamble because i didn't know if you would have liked it"


"well i like it,good job"


"omo,arigatou gozaimazu"


"ahahah"


"mpfff,ahahah" we laughed together


"by the way,what did you want to talk about? and also...why did you accept to date me?"right,it's time,i stopped eating and raised my eyes to look at him,who is eager for an answer.


"jong ki did you ask Hyun Jyu-Ni to help you?" he was taken aback


"aigo...yes,i did...so did she help me?"


"well she did help you...but because she trust you now" jong ki made a strange and surparised expression


"how?"


"she met your ex and...she told her everything,about the fact that you tryed to date her and not me because you where scared about ruining our friendship and because you wanted to know if staying apart would help you remember,even if the right thing a normal person would have done is just to date ME and see if you remembered something about us right?"


"...gosh...so you know everything"


"i do..."


"yes,i was a real idiot,i don't have any kind of...excuse to say,i was an idiot"


"yea you where" he looks at me with sad eyes


"i know,i made you suffer a lot..."


"yes you did...but you made her suffer too...it seemed like you really didn't care about her" he looks a little embarrassed and try to look away


"really?"


"you where always,thinking and talking about someone else,right?" i can't help but ask. I know the answer but i want to hear it from him


"dae...do you know...who i was thinking about all the time?" he ask me looking directly in my eyes in a tender and sweet way.


"...dae...i know"


"who is it?"


"me?" he smile and then bury his face between his hands,


"aigo...please stop doing that"


"what am i doing?"


"being so cute...it makes me want to kiss you..." i was schocked but what schoked me even more was my answer


"me too,GASP!" i put my hands on top of my mouth,hoping he didn't hear me,but of course that's more than impossible,he surely heard me.Jong ki look at me schocked


"hu?"


"...nothing,n-nothing...i have to go to the bathroom" i get up and run to the bathroom to calm myself down,but it was no use,i couldn't calm myself at all.


"aish...let's go out hye kyo,you can't stay here and grow mushrooms on your head" so i take a deep breath and open the door of the bathroom and jong ki was waiting outside


"GASP,CAMCIAGYA...w-w-what are you doing here?" jong ki looks at me


"what did you say before?"


"me?...nothing,nothing" i try to look away


"nothing"


"d-dae,ahahah...now let's go back in the room" i try to smile awkawardly as i am embarrassed to no end. I try to walk back to the living room but jong ki block my way cornering me to the wall


"j-jonki? let's go ok?" i try to smile just to not let myself caught but he already is in his "tease hye kyo" mode


"no,i think you said something before,mmm i am afraid that if i don't ear it again i won't be able to take out the dessert"


"what?" this is bad


"dae, chocolate cake" he smirked,damn he knows i love it,aish


"choc-cake?" i say in a lower voice,while he nods his head


"so,what did you say?"


"aish,i didn't say anything,really ahahah"


"o really,then i guess i have no cake to give,i don't think i will eat it" he then goes away to the kitchen


"maybe i will give it to my neibour they have kids,i am sure they will eat it all"


"no,no,no" o no my cake!


"what should i do-"


"aish,ciaccaman!" i run to him and like a little kitten i grab his shirt and make a pitiful face.


"no,don't give it to those kids,they will get cavities and become fat,we should do good deeds when we can ok?"


"i shouldn't,give it to the kids because they will grow cavities and become fat,mmm,that's right"


"exactly!"


"mmm,but you know,i have these other neibour that-"


"arasso! arasso" he smirked and looked at me


"so?"


"aish...damn you jong ki" he smile


"so,i am waiting..."


"sigh...ok...aigo..." i didn't do it for awhile now,saying the words kiss to him it's so...strange


"k-kiss"


"yes?what about the kiss?"


"well that,you know..."


"no,i don't"


"aish,i-i want to!...kiss you too,aish..." i look the other way my face burn like there is no tomorrow


"Mpfff" i hear him chuckle,then i feel my my face taken by his hands,he bring me closer to his face and smiling he say


"that's more like it..." and then jong ki kisse me. A tender and sweet kiss. While kissing jong ki, my heart started to race incontrollably and all the emotions i kept inside me,everything that i belived i buried inside me came back all at once,with just one kiss...and so i just...kissed him back...again and again.


"...hye kyo...i love you" we look at each other and i can't help but reach for jong ki's hands,we then kissed again, this time with a bit more passion,i could feel it,i could feel from his kiss just how much he wanted me,just how much he missed me and i...even when i tried to think i was already over him in the end my love was still there and is stronger then before...


After the kiss he hugs me tight


"i don't want to be friends hell no,i want you to me mine,i want to be yours, i won't let you go again,never!" i hug him back and bury my face in his chest.


"o no" i wisper


"hu?"


"i am in trouble" i say and jong ki smile and hug me tighter. After that we have gone to see the fireworks and as jong ki said in the end rained so we run back to his house.


"damn,as i said before,i am doomed" said desperatly jong ki
