CHAPTER 7


"doctor kang! someone help!she fainted!" scream lee jung seok and promptly people run to help and the first to arrive is song jong jong ki


"hye kyo!song hye kyo!" he desperately shout,while lee jung seok look at him surprised and surpiciously, but there is no time for that


"omo,sesage! doctor kang!" a nurse come running


"come this way!" jeon seok who already has her in his arms take a better hold on her and run into the emergency room. Meanwhile the nurse called a doctor and that is her friend onew.


"what happened?" he running goes to her side and visit her


"she suddenly collapsed,i don't know why" answered lee jeon seok


"i understand,anyway,she has a high fever,so i think she has a cold" hearing that jong ki start to feel guilty because she took care of him and most of all,because he kissed her.


"she must be tired too,poor kyo,anyway it's nothing to worry about"


"i see...i can stay with her-" he try to offer his help but jong ki stop him


"no,i will stay with her" he say with a decisive tone macking lee jeon seok question his relationship with her


"sorry,but...what is your relationship with her?" he ask suspiciously,hoping for him not to be her boyfriend.Jong ki take a chair and sit on it,then look at lee jeong seok and say


"she is important for me" he say in a a worried way looking at her


"are you...her boyfriend?" lee jeong seok ask a little hesitant,but jong ki is hesitant too,he doesn't know what to say,if being a jerk and just say he is her boyfriend,just to keep an enemy fly away,but if she hear about it when she wake up,hye kyo will only become upset again,and that's the last thing he want.


"i...i am-"


"ya!,where is hye kyo!" a girl voice scream making everyone in the emergency room turn to look at a slim girl with a doctor gown,running everywhere searching for hye kyo,the she look at their direction.


"omo sesange,kyo!!! what happened to you-" suddenly she realizing the person near her bed and her face became not happy


"jong ki?what are you doing here?"


"hi,how have you been?"


"i had better days,anyway what are you doing here?" jong ki looked a little uncomfortable,because she once trusted him the most,but after song jong ki broke hye kyo's heart she became her first enemy,most of all because,she left because of him. But now jong ki,want to take her back and won't stop,not even to his guilty conscience,because he knows he can be good to her this time.


"i am here to take care of her"


"tsk,take care of her? you...ya,go away can you?-"then she look at lee jung seok


"who are you?"


"a,she collapsed in front of me so i-"


"omo! so you helped her? thanks really,if it wasn't for you"

"o no don't worry,it was a pleasure" he smiled and looked at a sleepy hye kyo


"we are in a hospital nothing would have happened anyway" song jong ki say annoyed


"you bas-"she then stops "jong ki,come with me for a moment"


"where?"


"just come,i need to talk to you" jong ki then get up and follow her on the terrance


"what did you want to talk about?" asked jong ki


"why did you came back?"


"...it's obvious because i want to stay with her"


"are you crazy? she is like that,in the first place becasue of you...she told me everything that happened the last night"

"...o...so she told you..."


"dae...what are you thinking?"


"i know i disappointed you,i seem to have hurt a lot of people in the past" he said looking down and sad


"yes you did...frankly speaking what do you want from ehr?"


"i...love her" Hyun Jyu-Ni semed surprised


"what?"


"i am serious,i really want to take care of her and make up for what i did. True,back then i still had ereased everything of the 3 years that passed and,i really had no feelings for her"


"but she had feelings for you...don't go on with the fact that you didn't know her feelings because as i know she told you.She will have waited for you,even if you rejected her"


"that's right,i was a jerk i admit it and i am not going to justify myself because i can't,no matter what i say i did hurt her,but when she left...i,realized just what she meant to me,what i did to her...all these years i just waited for her,i decided not to have anyone anymore because...she was in my heart and in my mind,no matter what i did,i can't see any other girl in my life other than her...i am sincere" jong ki said this with eyes that showed just how much she means to him


"those eyes...are back" she said in a low voice


"hu?"


"those are the eyes of the jong ki i know..." she scratch her head"damn it..."


"Hyun Jyu-Ni,what's wrong?"


"jong ki,i know you are not a bad person and that you are actually a nice one,i know it but i was hesitant when she told me that you confessed"


"but i am sincere-"


"i know"


"what?...you know?" asked jong ki confused


"sigh,that's the jong ki that wanted to marry her...the one we wanted to give our precious kyo to"


"r-really?"


"dae...but i still am worried jong ki...what if you will hurt her again?"


"i won't, i really won't!" he said trying to convince her,but Hyun Jyu-Ni has still her doubt...


"please help me"


"...i have to go back to work" she turn around and start to walk


"Hyun Jyu-Ni!wait-"


"let me think about it" then turn to look at him "welcome back,jong ki...you are finally back,from your coma" jong ki new what she meant,it's not like he woke up yesterday,but it means about his feelings,she recognized in him the way he was before the accident


"i am going,see you later" she say then walk away leaving him there


"so...i was like this before the accident,for the 3 years i don't remember,the feelings i have now,the feelings that make me go crazy if i don't see her face...i was like this even before" he smirk and look at his hands


"i was this mad in love with her,even back then...that girl is unbelivable...welcome back jong ki" he smile too and finally found a way to have more confidence.


After a good rest she wake up


"aigo,where am i?" she tryed to lift her right hand but couldn't


"what the-" jong ki was sleeping holding her hand at first she was surprised to no end and tryied to take back her hand,but jong ki was holding her tighter than she tought, for a sleeping man


"mmm,i am sorry hye kyo...get well soon" jong ki say in his sleep and the words she heard make her heart beat fast,really fast at some point she decided to let it be and instead she started to hold his hand too,than layed down again looking his way.


"what are you doing?idiot jong ki" she wisper a little confused about her feelings


"mmm"jong ki started to wake up and then she pretend to sleep again.


"aigo,what time is it?...hye kyo..."he touch her forehead


"fortunately,the fever is gone..." he carress her forehead and smile then kiss her hand


"i didn't know my kiss would have this kind of effect on you...are you going to pretend to be asleep again? i know you are awake" but still she kept her eyes closed withouth answering him


"aigo,it's fine...listen to me,the next time i want to kiss you if i am sick i will never do it again..maybe later" he smiled


"you shouldn't have done it in the first place!"she suddenly say to him,revealing her being awake. They now look at each other and she was so embarrassed that hye kyo didn't know how to react to the situation


"i knew it" he said smiling


"aish" she say looking the other way,while jong ki started to laught


"mpfff"


"ya,stop it!...by the way how did you know i wasn't asleep?" she ask all curious


"your hand was moving"


"what?"


"the one i was holding" she looked at her hand and then at him who was smiling


"i am sorry,i won't do it again i promise" he say while he raised his other hand to touch her head and then carressing her cheek,all the while hye kyo just looked surprised at him,at what he was doing,she didn't hate it. To jong ki's surprise hye kyo did the same,she touched his cheek gently in silence and jong ki was looking at her with is heart beating like crazy.


"k-kyo-AWY!IT HURTS!" she pinch is cheek


"of course you won't do it again,because there won't be a next time arasso?" then she finally let go and get up from the bed


"ya wait,you can't!"


"i can,i am fine, see?" she walked away but then turn around to a worried and guilty jong ki


"by the way,stop feeling guilty...it wasn't your fault,i usually don't get fever because of a cold,but i was really tired, that's why i fainted"


"are you...trying to confort me?"


"what? me? tsk why should i?...a-anyway,bye" she run all embarrassed while Jong ki smiled widely, a tear fall from his eye.


"aigo...so she was worried about me? are you saying that you don't hate me anymore?...thanks" he say smiling




SHK POV


"damn it! what did i do that for? aish...by the way,what-"


"doctor song!" i turn around and see an unpleasant person


"w-what are you doing here? hyun bin?"


"o please,i am a docotor too what do you think i am doing here?"


"yes,i know that you are a doctor but...this is not the hospital you work at!"


"o that? i just wanted to see you,what's wrong with that?" this guy is one of the people that want to court me,but gosh i really can't stand him! he is full of himself and keeps on doing these things that makes me go crazy"


"let's go out?hu?"


"sigh,i am not feeling well...please go away" i try to walk away but he block my way


"o please! i don't want to!"


"why?!" he scream at me grabbing my wrist. I try to break free but he is too strong.


"ya! stop it right now" it was jong ki,who elegantly make himself a little scary


"let her go before i call the police,it seem like you have bothered her a few times before...you are a stalker and..." he look at his hand "this is arrassment too"


"you-who are you?" he look at me then say "is he your boyfriend?!"


"what?he-"


"yes! he is!" suddenly i turn around and it was Hyun Jyu-Ni,i was shocked


"y-ya what are you-" i tryed to say but she started to speak again


"he is your boyfriend right?" she tryed to tell me with her facial expression to say that we are a couple,i look at him and then he wisper in my ear


"are you ok with it? i don't want to force you...but there is a condition,if you accept,i will consider this as you agreeing at least to go on dates"


"what?" i looked shocked at him,but i didn't have much time since hyun bin started to become noisy


"ya,don't go near her!she isn't yours i kno-"


"he is my boyfriend!"
