When Chanyeol showed himself up at the living room, he only saw Suho, Yi Xing and Baekhyun presences. “Where are the others?” He asked them.

“Nowhere to be seen.” Baekhyun answered with shrug. “Only 4 of us left in the villa.”

“Geez... Those couples are no fun!” Chanyeol protested as he threw himself on the couch.

“They’re in love, yeol. You can’t blame them.” Suho chuckled at the younger.

“I miss my Hyelim.” Chanyeol suddenly muttered out as he looked at his phone; it must be the picture of his girlfriend that he’s looking at. Baekhyun frowned annoyed.

“Yah! Can you stop that? Hello! There are still single guys here!” Baekhyun kicked Chanyeol leg, annoyed.

“Then hurry go find yourself girlfriend or boyfriend, Baek.” Chanyeol rolled his eyes as he kicked back Baekhyun leg.

‘You think it’s as easy as you said?” Baekhyun defended himself.

“Well, as long as you’re not too picky...” Chanyeol trailed in his words as he eyed Baekhyun. “You know what I mean.”

“No, in fact, I don’t.” Baekhyun glared at Chanyeol. “Still, I think I’m better than someone who always got dumped after 3 months.” Just as Baekhyun said out, he felt guilty immediately after looking at the hurt in Chanyeol eyes.

“You’re a jerk, Byun Baekhyun.” Chanyeol muttered out angrily before he dashed away from the living room.

Guilty was visible written on Baekhyun face as he saw Chanyeol walked away towards the pool area. Baekhyun sighed guiltily as he looked at the other two. “I know what I said was mean.” Baekhyun sighed before he continued, “He’ll hate me for sure.”

“He won’t hate you, Baek. He’s Chanyeol. He doesn’t hate. You know that.” Suho smiled at Baekhyun. “But you’re right, what you said before was mean. You should apologize to him.”

“I don’t think he would want to see at this moment.” Baekhyun sadly said. “I just hurt him with my words.”

“You never know, Baekhyun. Maybe Chanyeol needs a friend, right now.” Yi Xing sighed before he noticed the confused look on Suho and Baekhyun. “I kind of overheard his conversation with his girlfriend. They seemed to be in a fight, I assumed.”

“Oh no! And I was just stepping on his sore spot.” Baekhyun suddenly felt so guilty and sad for hurting Chanyeol. “I should apologize.” Baekhyun said before he dashed away towards where Chanyeol was.

Baekhyun found Chanyeol sitting by the side of pool. Half of his legs were inside the pool. Baekhyun followed what Chanyeol did as he took the seat beside him.

“I’m sorry for what I said before.” Baekhyun apologized immediately.

Chanyeol sighed big as he replied, “That’s alright. You didn’t say wrong though.”

Baekhyun turned to look at Chanyeol who sadly bowed down his head. “Hey, we might bicker a lot but we’re friends. Every time you need a friend to talk to you, you can find me.” Baekhyun said sincerely at his friend. He means it though.

Chanyeol turned to look at Baekhyun with a smile. “Thanks Baek.” Chanyeol knew that Baekhyun really meant what he said and Chanyeol couldn’t thank him enough for that. That’s true that they always bickers at each other; they always have different thought or opinion in everything, but they’re friends. No matter how loud and annoying Baekhyun is, he is still part of the users, friend of Chanyeol.

“Honestly, I’m not better than you.” Chanyeol snapped out of his thought when he heard the sincere voice of Baekhyun. “In fact, I feel even worse than you, yeol. At least, you still have someone who you can call your girlfriend. At least you dated.” Baekhyun sighed before he continued, “Not like me, nobody wants me.”

“Hey! What’s with that low confidence or yours?” Actually, Chanyeol was shocked at the sudden sadness from the
