“Good morning, Doctor Park.” Seungjun was greeted warmly by the receptionists as he entered the hospital for the first time in a long while. It was a week before his supposed return to the hospital, but he decided that he should arrange his papers before officially restarting his post so as to not be in a complete rush the following week. And also because he wanted to bring a certain someone to his workplace for the first time.

“Good morning,” Seungjun kindly returned the greeting as he dragged his shy lover behind him who was bashfully trying to hide himself from being seen.

“Hyung, I don’t think I should be here…” Jihun loudly whispered as he tried to hide his face from the curious stares of Seungjun’s colleagues. Jihun could see the nurses giving him pointed stares as they talked in hushed whispers.

“Nonsense, just ignore them. They will use anything as the topic of their gossip,” Seungjun said nonchalantly as he continued to pull the hesitant Jihun towards his office.

Jihun abruptly stopped the taller as he pulled his hand off the tight grip. “Seungjun-hyung, what if you got in trouble for bringing me to your workplace? It’s not like this is your family’s hospital or anything…” Jihun was genuinely concerned for Seungjun’s career as he felt that one wrong move would result in Seungjun getting fired from his job.

“You’re absolutely right, Kimchi. This hospital is run by my family. My uncle is the director of this hospital so if you could please stop worrying so much, I would gladly appreciate it.” Seungjun then leaned it and placed a small peck on Jihun’s lips before winking as he pulled away. The sweet gesture sent the nurses abuzz as they gossiped excitedly about Doctor Park’s romantic relationship. Jihun could only managed to look down to cover his blushing cheeks as Seungjun put his arms over his shoulders.

Jihun stepped into the spacious, well-furnished office and was quite surprised to see how comfortable the room was even though it was his first time setting foot onto the carpeted floor of the psychiatrist’s office. The furniture that was chosen personally by Seungjun looked familiar as to the one at his own apartment. Every corner of the room was given a pop of colour, with little trinkets lining the shelves and the edge of the mahogany desk. Jihun smiled proudly as he let his finger grazed over the nameplate bearing his boyfriend’s name. Jihun’s smile widened as he felt Seungjun coming from behind him, hands hugging his waist as he nuzzled his face closer towards Jihun’s nape.

“Have you seen it, Kimchi?” Seungjun asked, giving a light peck on Jihun’s cheek before placing his pointed chin onto Jihun’s shoulder.

“Hmm? Seen what?” Jihun took a quick glance around the room but couldn’t find anything that particularly caught his eye. Seungjun pouted as he turned his lover towards him before pulling him by the hand and dumped him onto his luxurious office chair. Jihun shot him a curious look before searching for the thing his boyfriend so desperately wanted him to see.

Then he saw it.

It was a framed photograph of him, placed atop the paper-filled desk right next to the desktop. In the photo, Jihun was seen to be casually sipping on the straw of his Iced Americano, while sitting on the patio seats of the couple’s favourite café. Jihun gently traced the outline of the frame as tears began to well up in the corner of his eyes. It was a simple photo, yet there was a whole lot of love radiating from it.

For the first time, someone made him feel beautiful.

“I just know that I will miss you once I started working again so I decided that’s the only way for me to be able to see you all the time…” Seungjun said as he rubbed his nape sheepishly. Jihun turned his view onto Seungjun and was met with a sight that was filtered by pure love. Seungjun was perched on his desk, with the sleeves of his dress shirt rolled up to his elbows and Jihun was sure that his eyes had never been blessed with such a mesmerising sight.

Jihun wordlessly pushed back the swivel chair before standing up and placing himself in between the knees of his loved one. He silently fixed the collar of Seungjun’s shirt before pulling Seungjun towards him by the neck. Time seems to stand still as the both of them stared at each other’s lips, breath mixing in together. After what seemed like an eternity, Jihun finally leaned in and placed a chaste kiss onto Seungjun’s plush lips. Jihun wasn’t spared any time to pull away before Seungjun pushed himself forward to deepen their kiss. Their cheeks began to blossom a pink hue, almost as pink as their lips that were currently locked in a furious battle. Jihun pulled Seungjun’s hair harshly in an attempt to make the other come closer towards him, in which Seungjun did as he pulled Jihun’s waist closer towards his body as his legs crossed behind Jihun to encompass his body entirely within his hold. Jihun felt Seungjun’s lips parting to give way for his tongue to come out and Jihun’s and he was about to part his own and-

“Seungjun-ah! I heard that you came tod-”

The wooden doors of the office opened to reveal another psychiatrist, a petrified look on
