"You really wanna know why i'm acting like this?"he asked sternly burning with confidence.

"Why?"she asked looking at his eyes.

"Don't regret it cuz i'm not gonna hold back anymore" saying that he pulled the girl towards him and pressed his lips on hers making her widen her eyes at his quick action...

She frozed. Everything became quiet. She felt his lips on hers...

Yumi layed on her bed staring blindly at the ceiling. One or two sighs could be heard breathing out from . She doesnt know what she's feeling right now. Slowly her fingers touch her lips.

"Myung ..soo..." came out as a soft whisper after a while of not speaking anything. She was sure she was blushing hard at the moment.

FLASHBACK~

It felt like forever when Myungsoo retreated back slowly , not even once diverting his eyes from hers..watching her reaction.

"...."

"I like you" he said after a moment.

"....."

Yumi didn't answer a single word as it couldn't be formed in , her eyes wide at him.

"..You don'thave to give me an answer ."

"...."

"Goodnight", knowing the girl won't say anything at the moment, he turn to walk in , leaving her still frozen at the place where they had their first kiss.

     Myungsoo dragged his feet till his room and sighed falling on the bed thinking whether he should be happy that he confessed or to feel scared of the outcome.There's no way he'll be able to stand if she ignores him from now on.

        Yumi's phone rang startling her. She put the phone on her ear slowly without looking at the caller ID.

"Hello..is this Song Yumi??"

"..."

"Hell-"

"Y-yes.."

"This is from the real estate. We want to know if ---"

       The next morning, Myungsoo walked down the stairs with eyebags shown clearly on his tired face. He saw the time was already 9:30am. He  looked to see if the girl was at the kitchen when he found the sticky note stuck on the fridge.

'I'll be back a little late.' it said.

Myungsoo frowned. Has she ready started ignoring and avoiding him? He shook this thought off and pour himself a mug of milk to hydrate himself with some energy.

He washed and dressed up to meet up the boys.

"WHAT!!!!??" 

Myungsoo just sat quietly knowing beforehand how their reactions would be.

"So, you're telling us You Kissed her?? As in the word KISS??!" Woohyun exclaimed.

"Waah...Our Myungsoo sure has grown up . Even had his first kiss before his hyung" Seongyeol said indicating himself with an amused smile.

"Good Job Hyung!!" Maknae squeaked.

"Dont worry about her answer Myungsoo. You've hold up your courage and expressed it and thats it. You can always try to win her heart...and im sure she likes you too" eing the understanding one he is , Sunggyu enquired.

"Yeah Myungsoo . There's no other guy you can be replaced with for her" Dongwoo added.

"Hey how about that Luhan kid??" Woohyun said to Dongwoo , earning a glare from Sunggyu .

"I just don't want her to avoid me ...thats all.I dnt mind even if she wouldn't give me an answer or give me a negative answer" the male said sadly.

"Yeah..given the conditions, its no wonder that she wasn't at home in the morning"Howon nodded in understanding.

"Enough with this sad talks! This is something to be celebrated for our Myungsoo. He's finally matured."

"..says the chodding" commented Howon which earned a -_-  from Sungyeol

"Anyways...how did the kiss go??" Sungyeol asked turning to Myungsoo raising his brows up and down in a teasing manner.

Myungsoo blushed furiously at his question.

"Jaja.....tell us Myungsoo. How did you kiss her?:)"added Woohyun

"W-What do you mean!? Its just a kiss...a simple one!" Myungsoo retorted blushing madly.

"Aye! Liar..."

"I'm not lying...i didn't even get the chance to feel anything."

"Feel what?" asked Dongwoo raising brows up and down helping the immature two , making him blush more than ever.

"Aish! That's not what i mean..."

"Mean what hyung??" Maknae added the teasing.

"Seriously, You guys are the worst!" Saying this he stomped off with a tomato red face....leaving the members laugh at his cute actions.

He came up at the roof of the condominium, and freshed his mind gazing at the sky and breathing in the clear cool air. Its true that he didn't even know how he felt that moment. All he remembers is him confidently moving his lips on her soft ones. Just that...even if he wanted their first to be one with feelings..yesterdays incident wasn't something  where he could experience that. He sighed again thinking back at how she might have thought of ignoring him

"Hey..Are you okay?" came the leader , holding 2 glasses of juice offering the younger one

Myungsoo nodded.

"Don't overthink Myungsoo. We are all here too you know.."

"..."

"Hyung"

"Hmm?"

"Yumi...she's too naive and cute that i want to protect her forever and keep her only for myself..."

"and??" Sungyu asked.

Myungsoo smiled.

"I don't know if i'll be able to bear it if she rejects me...there's no way i can live without her now."

"Evrybody has their own hardships Myungsoo...that worry of yours is nothing to be scared of. She likes you..i can gurantee you that"

"Gee...thnks.If it turns out the opposite , i'll  blame you." Myungsoo said jokingly making the older one to chuckle.

"So, you are gonna move out?" the curious boy asked as they were walking side to side in a familiar road.

"Umm...i have to. I don't want to live like a freeloader.I knw its not a burden to them..but it is a big one for me"

"Can i ask you one question?" luhan asked. The girl looked at him .

"Do you think Myungsoo will agree to this?"

Yumi stopped walking and blush again at the mention of his name and shook her head slowly.

"He won't", she said thinking back to what happened yesterday with the man in question.

Her mind thought of how Myungsoo might react to this.

"Hey...i don't knw if i should say this but.."

"but?" Yumi looked at Luhan.

"I knw he should say this himself but...Myungsoo likes you, you kno-"

"i know"

Luhan was shocked. How did she? Wait did he confess??

"y-you kn-know?"

"he told me yesterday" she said softly

Luhan was a bit disheartened and couldn't help but to notice the blushed cheeks of the female

"Can i ask if you like him that way too?"

Seeing the more reddened blush formed on her cheeks, Luhan somehow got the feeling that he had no chance in this. He knew how much the girl treasure the other boy. Whenever she's with him there's not even a day without 'myungsoo' slipping out from .

"Luhan..Why do you guys always fight each other?" The girl asked diverting his question yet curious. She doesn't really get the words they said to each other whenever they fought. And Myungsoo suddenly kissing her and confessing when she wanted to know their issue is a mystery for her.

Maybe its turn for Luhan to blush. He just kept quiet and seeing him that way Yumi just turned away not forcing him to give the answer and walk forward.

They reach their destination in the real estate office for the area of Yumi's real place.

"Ajhushi, i got a call yesterday and told me something about house no. A2/7"

The official looked up at some files.

"Oh since the place is vacant right now,we were thinking if you would like to sell it o--"

"NO!!" Yumi suddenly shouted shocking both the official and Luhan.

"There's no way i'm selling it! Why can't it just remain vacant?"

"Miss we're sorry to inform you that its a tight city and people are l--"

"I'll move in. I was going to move in anyway"she said sternly.

"Ok then please move in as soon as possible"

"I cant believe they always try to sell off once they see some vacant flat...i mean i can undrstand its a tight city and all but...its still my place. I should really move in soon"

Luhan just nodded at her.

"When will you move in? I can help with the things and all"

"Its ok its nothing much. I came to myung's with just a trolley afterall"

"You treasure your parents a lot.I'm happy to have met you" Luhan said smiling

"Its not just me Luhan...evryone treasures their parents"

"Uh-uh not all. You're wrong about that. This world is scary Yumi. You only see the good in people and thats disadvantageous you know"

The latter nodded in understanding.

"I have always lived my life quite anti-socially maybe thats why its hard to adapt now that i meet so many people"

"Ahh...i should have walked into your life a little earlier to help you adjust. You really  are an introvert"

"You made it sound like i really don't know how to stand by myself"

"Do you?"

Yumi laughed at his comment making the latter smiled at her laugh

They came  here at Yumi's place together for the talk about her house. They came quite a bit far from Myungsoo's early in the morning. Luhan called her up for an outing and since Yumi had her work to do, she came with Luhan.

"So this is your house" Luhan said feeling the quietness of the house. He turned to look at Yumi when he found her tearing up.

"Hey..its okay"

The girl just hold back her tears..somehow flashing back all those memories of her parents.vLuhan  saw her holding it .vHe pulled her in a warm hug slowly and wishpered

"its okay to cry"

Myungsoo came back home earlier that day and walked around thinking how he would have to face the girl when she comes back from wherever she went to. He was gonna hold up his courage and stay confident. Suddenly a call came and he picked up without looking at the caller ID.

"Yes?"

Meanwhile the girl went directly to the cafe without coming back into his house. She doesnt know how to face Myungsoo yet either. She was shy and didnt know what to say to him. She still couldnt believe myungsoo likes her romantically. She loves him too she's sure of it but is she worth it? She couldn't help but have this scared feeling of telling him that she'll move out...will he think that she's trying to avoid him? But that was what she promised to him right?? That she'll move out in a month and a month is over already. She just sighed and walk over the customers.

Night falls, Yumi was tired from all the works. She looked at the time at saw that it was 7:00pm already . She could feel her heartbeat beating faster and faster by evry tick her watch made. She gulped and  looked outside to see pedestrians walking from left to right. She was really nervous to face the guy she likes after the kiss that he initiated.

The workers  saw Yumi fidgeting near the counter not even taking off her apron.

"Yumi..? Time is over" one of her workmates said.

"Huh?...uh yea "

She changed back and took her bag and came out of the shop only to face  someone who she never expect to see there.

"Where's Myungsoo?" She said as soon as she saw sunggyu waving her a  'Hi'

"Waah...Yumi ah you say that as soon as you see me. I'm disappointed" the older male pouted leaving the girl to laugh a bit yet couldnt hide that she was dissapointed too.

"I know you wanted Myungsoo to come but unfortunately something came up so he texted me to fetch you instead"

"Ah..no its just that he comes evryday and suddenly seeing oppa i was just surprised"

"really?" sunggyu asked frowning

The girl nodded still sad she was nervous before for nothing at the moment. They both started walking.

"You dont like walking with me or something? You seem disappointed and quiet"

"haa no! I-Its just that somethings on my mind...b-but its not related to being sad over oppa coming here hahaha" she said trying to hide her disappoinment so that the male wont be sad

"Anyways, What came up ?"She tried changing the topic.

"You mean Myungsoo. Oh...you see I heard Mrs.Kim had to get a suddden operation...but you dnt need to get worried i heard its nothing bad and serious"

"really...i hope she's okay" she couldnt help but feel worried.

"yeah just some issues with ligaments in the limb i heard"

Yumi nodded trusting his info.

"Mrs.Kim just wanted him to be there . I heard they reconciled thnks to you:)"

Yumi smiled proudly. Sunggyu couldn't help but ruffle her hair making the girl pout.

"Yumi ah...since you walked in his life,he has been smiling a lot lately. As a brother i don't want it to disappear"

Yumi knew exactly who he was talking about and couldnt help her blush and at the same time scared that she might upset the male.

They reached the mansion and the girl  thanked sunggyu for taking his time to walk with her to which the male replied with "anytime :)"and wave him goodbye.

She walked in and up to her room. Washed up and came down to the kitchen to see a not stuck on the fridge that said "sorry i couldnt fetch you". She just smiled in his little actions. She started cooking the dinner when she heart a familair sound of a car through the garage.

Her heart started beating fast again. He's back. What should i do?** Her toes squirm in nervousness. What should i say?*She bit her lips  not knowing what to do..feeling more of her speeding heartbeat

She widen her eyes when she heard the door open and gulped. She quickly grabbed the knife and cut  whatever vegetable was in front.

It was a mistake that she cut it very quickly from nervousness that she instead cut her skin of her forefinger.

Myungsoo walked inside only to hear a shout from the kitchen.

"Aaah!!"

The male rushed to the kitchen and saw that the clumsy girl cut herself. His actions were quick as he grab her finger and put it infront of her lips . Seeing the girl looking  down timidly, doing nothing as if she didn't get the idea, he quickly bring up her finger to his lips and  in the blood. This made the girl look up and widen her eyes at him. When the male's eyes laid on hers, she looked away blushing madly and tried to pull her hand away only to make the male grab on it more firmly.

Yumi couldnt deny the butterflies she felt in the pit of her stomach as she felt the male's warm lips and tongue on the tip of her finger. She knew she looked like a tomato by then and stayed looking down embarrassed by her own desire of somehow feeling like wanting to feel it on her lips .

It felt like years for her as myungsoo kept on her finger when it was just for a minute realising her thoughts ran wild quickly.

Myungsoo retreated thinking she was uncomfortable and bring her near the  tap and wash off her hands.

He took out a bandage from the cabin and took her hand to stick it on. Yumi still has the blushed face  not even looking up at the taller male.

"You're so clumsy" saying that  he walk out from the kitchen after flicking her forhead and head to his room leaving the girl froze with a flush face.

Myungsoo came down after taking a bath and walked in the kitchen.

"Anything i can help with" he said  making the girl surprised as she was turning back.He smiled at her reaction and walked to her side.

"Its all done" she said timidly.

Myungsoo looked at her for a moment and called

"Song Yumi "

The girl didn't answer and continued stirring the curry.

"Just because i kissed you yesterday and even confess ..." he saw the girl stop her movements.

"...doesn't mean you are forced to feel the same. I know it was sudden for you but it wasnt for me. I just wanted to feel free from it"

"..."

"I don't like the fact that you' re not acting your usual because of it. I don't mind if you dont answer but i do mind if  you forget that im your bestfriend"

"I'm sorry" she said softly

Myungsoo gulped when he heard those words coming from her lips.

"I'm sorry for being not normal . Let's eat ..."she smiled softly and walked away to put out the plates

Myungsoo sighed. He cursed himself for making her feel this way.

They sat down and started eating quietly.

"How was your mum?" Yumi tried her best to talk with him normally.

"It was some misfunctioning in her right limb. We have  to wait for the result  when she can walk"

"I'm glad its not serious" Myungsoo nodded.

"Hey Myung . I don't know how it might sound this to you but...i wanna say something"

"say it" Myungsoo felt a little happy that the conversation was going on thnks to her and that she called her myung again and it sounds so normal.

"Don't think that i'm doing this to avoid you or anything okay?" she made sure he was okay.

Myungsoo felt some bad thing is sure to come out from but nodded slowly holding the chopsticks and trying to hold a piece of rice ball  when,

"I'm moving out"

the first sound that came after  she said that was the sound of his chopsticks hitting the plate as they slipped his fingers.
