Jaebum was as nervous as anyone ever could be. He couldn’t wait to see Youngjae in his black suit that both of them picked together. Jaebum helped him pick out the fancy suit, but he never saw Youngjae wearing the expensive suit that was for the special occasion. Jaebum was really nervous.

Youngjae was freaking out. Was he really going to do this? Was he actually officially tying his life with Jaebum? Was he really getting married at the age of 20? Youngjae wasn’t even wearing his wedding suit yet. He couldn’t as it would mean everything was actually happening for real if he did. Youngjae was about to have a panic attack.

“Jaebum-ah, can you come in for a second?” Youngjae’s mother called out the soon husband-to-be to his groom’s dressing room.

Jaebum was concerned as to what could’ve possible happened. What if Youngjae didn’t want to marry him anymore? What if Youngjae ran away in order not to see Jaebum’s stupid face ever again? With bad thoughts that made his stomach turn more and more, Jaebum stepped in to Youngjae’s big and spacey dressing room.

Youngjae’s suit was neatly hanging on the hanger, completely untouched. Jaebum was terrified that his worst nightmare was about to come true; that his one and only love wasn’t going to marry him.

“Youngjae, baby, what’s wrong?” Jaebum was afraid, very afraid.

“I don’t know, hyung” Youngjae whispered, with his hands on his face. It was obvious Youngjae was crying.

“Babe, honey, Youngjae, babe, why are you crying? Babe, don’t cry. We’re supposed to be happy” Jaebum begged, too scared that Youngjae might leave him. Jaebum didn’t want Youngjae to leave or to disappear; he wanted him with him all the time until both of them were lying on their death beds.

“Babe, here, don’t cry” Jaebum hugged his scared fiancé, trying to soothe him and calm him down. Jaebum didn’t care if the wedding was off now; he just wanted Youngjae to be okay, to feel okay and most of all he just wanted Youngjae beside him.

“Youngjae” Jaebum pleaded, trying to make Youngjae to stop weeping.

“Babe, its okay if you don’t want to get married, I understand, just please stop crying” Jaebum begged over and over again. But nothing could help the petrified small groom, not even his own soon-to-be partner for life.

“Jaebum hyung, I don’t think I can” Youngjae whispered.

“It’s okay, baby, it’s okay” Jaebum repeated over and over again, holding his baby in his arms until he calmed down completely.

“Are you okay?” Jaebum cautiously asked, gently caressing Youngjae’s wet cheeks.

“Do you want to call off the wedding?” Jaebum asked to confirm the sad yet necessary for Youngjae’s well being news.

“No, no, I want to do this” Youngjae suddenly changed his mind.

“I’m now convinced that I truly love and am ready to dedicate my whole life into loving you and only you” Youngjae admitted, as the last thirty minutes have really opened his eyes and let him see how much Jaebum loved and cared for him.

“Wait, really?” Jaebum didn’t believe his ears.

“Are you actually sure?” Jaebum was over the moon happy that the person he wanted to be next to for a lifetime wanted the same thing.

Youngjae and Jaebum safely made in to the altar, where all of their guests were comfortably seated on the arranged seats.

“Please say your vows” the wedding announcer said, giving the microphone to Jaebum first.

“I, Im Jae Bum, vow to love you unconditionally; to laugh with you in your happy times; to cry with you on your down days; to help you with everything I have whenever you need help; to protect from all the evil in the world; to support all of your decision; and most of all, I vow to choose you over and over through thick and thin, on rainy and sunny days, even when he fight, I vow to choose you” Jaebum proudly stated looking into Youngjae’s eyes, that were focused on him as well.

Youngjae smiled and took the microphone from his almost-husband.

“I, Choi Young Jae, vow to love you today, tomorrow and forevermore; to be your best friend, faithful partner and your one true love; to trust you when you need me to; to hear your whines and complaints even if it’s two in the morning and I have classes tomorrow morning; to cherish our memories; to support whatever stupid decisions you make in life; to honor and respect you; and most of all I vow to be beside you eternally” Youngjae said, while looking at his handsome husband to be and smiling like a love struck idiot.

Jaebum was truly happy. Youngjae has never been any happier.

“You may now kiss each other”

With that small sentence Youngjae and Jaebum gently pressed their lips together, making a huge gesture of love for each other.

“I love you, Choi Young Jae” Jaebum said, as he was putting on the silver and simple ring on Youngjae’s finger.

“I love you and always will” Jaebum whispered, kissing Youngjae’s cheeks.
