Jinhwan & Mijoo (Lovelyz)

The next few days made Jinhwan slightly irritated. He would be in class for a while paying attention like normally but his mind would wonder off into lala land before he came back to reality. He tried to stay focus but he wanted to talk to Mijoo again.

Her personality was pretty interesting and just different.

He usually would probably end up liking someone cute and innocent but he also wouldn't mind liking someone who is able to defend herself and be a badass. He smiled to himself as he got ahead of his thoughts and then cleared his throat trying not to get to carried away. He took more notes before the last ten minutes of class ended.

He walked out once he collected everything and sighed at the sight he saw down the hallway. "Seriously?"

There was Junhoe and different girl giving him a flirtatious look.

He walked down the hallway not giving a crap if he embarrassed the young boy or not. It just had to stop.

"What do you think you are doing?" Jinhwan said giving him a 'what the hell' look.

"What?" Junhoe asked him. He looked at the girl and smiled. "We are just talking. Is there a problem?"

Jinhwan looked at the girl and glared. "Shoo fly! He has a girlfriend, now go away!"

The girl scoffed and rolled her eyes walking away.

Junhoe was about to go after her but he pushed his friend back. "What the hell was that for?"

"You know exactly why I did that! Stop this crap Koo Junhoe! Myungeun doesn't deserve this." he spoke to him. "Did you not learn anything yesterday from Mijoo?"

He scoffed and crossed his arms. "Why are you bringing her up?"

"Because she is Myungeun's best friend and she cares what happens to her. Unlike you who doesn't give a crap!" the older one retorted back. "Stop being a douche bag and be the one man to your girl before you really lose her."

Jinhwan shook his head and walked out of the building feeling irritated again by his friend. He couldn't believe that one person who is good and lovely has to deal with some crap like that. He was right. Someone like Myungeun doesn't deserve that. He closed his eyes trying to calm himself before he headed to the library.

He looked around the open area of campus and saw a group of girls around each other talking and giggling. He saw some boys not far away looking at the girls in front of them and pushing one guy to talk to the girl.

Young love.

"AND POP GOES THE WEASEL!"

Jinhwan flinched as he took a step back feeling his heart jump a beat and saw Mijoo standing in front of him. She was laughing so loud and hard she held her stomach on the side and fanning herself.

"I didn't peg you to be a scaredy cat?" she said trying to calm down from laughing. "You had a serious face so I thought I should break that."

"Nicely done." he said closing his eyes and opening them again.

"Did your soul come out of your body?" she asked looking at him. "You seem bothered? Something happen?"

He looked at her for a moment and looked to the side. "Yeah... it's just I saw Junhoe."

"What?" she asked feeling her heart race. "Was he with another girl?"

Jinhwan didn't want to look at her, he looked down and then looked at her hoping his silence gave her the answer. She hissed and took a step around him but he pulled her back and shook his head. "I already took care of it."

"How?"

"Embarrassed him, shooed the girl, and told him to quit his crap." he said looking at her and then let go of her arm. "How'd I do?"

Mijoo was taken by surprise by his action to do such a thing. But they did have Myungeun common as well for Bobby.

At first, he only did it for Myungeun but deep down, he did it for Mijoo not trying to cause a scene again like yesterday but he did it because he didn't want her getting hurt. Junhoe wouldn't hit a girl but if you push the right buttons maybe it was possible. He didn't want to test it and he didn't want Mijoo getting hurt for sticking up for her friend.

"Let's go to the library." he walked off heading straight over.

Library is nothing but silence, hushed voices, people typing away on the computers and people up and down the aisles or tables doing their work.

Jinhwan was sitting down on one of the aisles looking through some pages to find something on the musical instruments. He found a lot of information in three different books. He sighed as he took a few notes and turned his head to the side as he saw Mijoo across the room typing away and writing something down.

They had decided to split up in researching their assignment.

Jinhwan on books.

Mijoo on computers.

He watched her as she was moving her lips probably mumbling to herself and writing down some more notes. He couldn't help but smile as he watched her.

Her hair was down again and it seemed to be bothering her as she kept moving it behind her hear but it kept moving out and going in front of her face. She ended up putting it on one side and then she would fan herself.

It was as if she didn't know what to do with her hair.

He saw her grabbed her band on her wrist putting it up in low messy bun. She looked at the computer and then back at her hand written notes.

Before he even knew it, his heart was beating faster than normal.

Jinhwan was crushing on her.

He closed his eyes hoping it would stop but it didn't. He used one of her weird habits and stared counting backwards from one hundred hoping it would help. When he go to the fifties, it seemed to be working.

"Sleeping is done at home." a female voice spoke next to him.

He chuckled and turned his head to the side and their faces were very close together. Mijoo was on her feet bent down and her nose was practically four inches away from touching his. Her facial features looked so beautiful and pure. He looked around for a quick moment but went back to her eyes.

She looked at him with wide eyes and felt her heart racing fast again like last night. She saw his small cute crescent eyes looking back at her. His mole on his left side of his face giving him a signature along with his orange blonde hair color. She didn't even want to look at his lips and get the wrong idea and then making it uncomfortable.

"I wasn't sleeping. I was counting." he said whispering to her as he broke the silence. "What did you find?"

She blinked at him gaining her thoughts back. She cleared and showed him the paper. "Lots of stuff. You?"

He hummed as he looked at her notes. It was messy but he knew she found a lot of information. "Even though its chicken scratch, I'm sure you can understand what you wrote."

"Funny." she stood up going back to her computer and typed away.

He smiled as he saw her again mouthing words to herself. He chuckled as he knew it was over for him. He was crushing on her and there was no denying to hide it. He pushed himself up from the carpet and went to her with his things. He leaned into her left side and looked what she was doing.

Mijoo felt someone's body heat suddenly warming her up as she had been sitting on the chair for two hours but felt the warmth by Jinhwan as he leaned in reading what she was doing.

"I.. um... was thinking of doing the essay and you could do the power point?" she asked as she waited for him. He was only scrolling around looking at what she found on the Haegeum, Kayagum, Daegeum, and Piri.

She waited a bit longer and when she turned to look at him. She touched something soft and her heart stopped for a quick second as it started jumping, doing flips and her stomach was feeling funny yet excited. She moved away and realized she kissed Jinhwan on the cheek.

"Um.. oh gosh... I --" she was lost for words.

Jinhwan was struck by the moment and felt his heart doing crazy jumps but he liked it. He never had a girl kiss him on the cheek in this situation. He had only been leaning in on her just to tease, he didn't expect that to happen. He smiled at the action and moved up feeling his cheeks turn red.

He rubbed the back of his neck feeling flustered. "It's ok.. I um --"

Mijoo covered her face with her hands and hissed to herself. She was very lucky knowing there wasn't many people around her and the kiss was slightly hidden from others to even see it. Her heart was still jumping fast and couldn't stop it. She wanted it to stop but what if it was her mind playing tricks on her.

"Hey um... I'll do part of the essay too so it won't be too hard for you." Jinhwan mentioned as he moved to the chair next to her. "We can each do two instruments and we can be done faster."

Mijoo only nodded as she started typing away getting her mind distracted for the next two hours.

After staring at the computer for long hours than normal, Mijoo was rubbing her eyes and whining like a child. She didn't always like being on the computer for too long. She had an assignment, she would rather get it out of the way as soon as possible.

Jinhwan on the other hand, was used to looking at the screen. He helps Hanbin and Bobby with things dealing with music so it just doesn't bother him as much. He couldn't help but find it cute with Mijoo. He managed to help her walk around as she rubbed her eyes.

It has been a least two times she could have bumped into a light post. He did think about it a third time letting her get hit, but it
