Kimberley's POV, 2045

I couldn't believe my eyes. I have never seen mum so happy before. She was smiling from her heart, happiness was written all over her face. She always smiled to me but I could feel the sorrow that was hidden in her smiles, but in these portraits I could feel that she was happy. Then, an old book lying on the floor caught my eyes. I picked it up and sat on mum's bed. It was a diary, mum's diary. I know that reading other's diary isn't polite but I sure wanted to know more about mum.

6th April 2015, 9.00 pm

Dear Diary,

Van is starting to get on my nerves!! I always knew that he likes me and I have tried to clear things out with him a few days ago. I clearly told him that I do not want any further relationships with him except being friends and he said OKAY. I thought everything was settled until today when he took out his microphone, stood on the table in the cafeteria and started confessing his love for me during lunch time!!!! I was so embarrassed that I ditched Puey and Jane and ran away. 

I was running when it started raining. I ran to the nearest building for shelter and I realised that it was the Arts Building. I have never been to the building before so I started wandering around in the building. There were paintings everywhere. Then I went into a room. Suddenly I heard someone throwing something at the back of the room. I went there and saw a boy burying his head in his hands while sobbing. I didn't know what to do so I just took out some facial tissues and gave them to him. When he turned around and looked at me.... Geezzzz I don't know how to describe but he immediately stold my heart!!! His eyes were so beautiful!!! Hahaha I think I am in love this is crazy!!! He stared at me for a while, not moving. Things were getting awkward so I left the tissues on the table. Suddenly he pulled me into his arms and said something. I couldn't hear because my heart was beating out of my chest!! He didn't say anything after that,
