I was smiling in my dream. It was a really beautiful dream.

“Hey, beautiful! Wake up.” I slowly opened my eyes to the man smiling beside me.

"Good morning, my love.” He was smiling so handsomely that my heart just fluttered at the sight. He was supporting his weight on his arms and was facing me with a smile. I didn’t want to wake up from bed.

“Good morning, Kai.” I smiled at him and he came closer, kissing me on my lips.

“You are so beautiful in the morning," he said and pinched my cheeks. I huffed.

“Only in the mornings? Not all the time?” I pouted and he chuckled.

“You are beautiful all the time, my princess.” I smiled as I heard those words. I was happy that he came into my life; he completed me. He was indeed my better half.

"You were smiling in your sleep. Care to share your dream?” Kai enquired. He looked so eager and I couldn’t stop myself getting used to his cuteness. I smiled, looking at his adorable face.

"I had this dream where you were playing with our son. He was so cute, just like his father.” I smiled and kissed his jaw line. “I am really gifted to have you and this baby. My life is complete now. I couldn’t have wished for more." He smiled and came closer. He nuzzled his nose against mine. I felt ticklish and said, “When I first met you, I never knew you will mean so much to me in life.”

He smiled and said, “I knew you were the one for me the very moment I laid eyes on you. You were a blessing in disguise.” I couldn’t help but blush like a bright red tomato. He was killing me with his words. “Well normally people fall in love. All I can say is that I was hit by love and trust me, it was painful.” He started laughing and I was hitting him on his chest. He caught my wrist and placed it on his chest. “But honestly, meeting you was the best thing that's ever happened to me.”

“You are sooooo cheesy, Kai.” I scrunched up my nose and . He laughed heartily at my reaction.

"Well, I am cheesy only for you."

“Oh please, save some for the toast.” I said and got up from the bed, leaving for the kitchen. I could still hear him laughing at my remark.

Today was Monday so obviously, Kai had Monday blues. He had an important meeting, a few inspections and...

Oh, I had almost forgotten to speak about our company! KIM CORPORATIONS was a company which dealt with exports, imports, shipping, etc. They also did construction and real estate business, but on a small scale. Our company was one among the top companies in Asia. Well, not to brag but still, I had to give credit to my husband’s hard work.

Kai had an important conference with his clients and his business partners. They were planning on expanding the construction and real estate business.

Kai made sure I had my medicine and food regularly. He called every hour to check on me. I couldn't help but smile at the memories that flashed in my mind

“Hello?”

“Hey, beautiful."

"May I know who this is?”

“Your prince charming in shining armor."

I sighed thinking, 'Who ever this was, he was definitely prank calling me.'

I was about to hang up when I heard the guy yell, “Wait, its Kai!"

“Kai?!"

"Yeah."

“How did you get my number?”

“Oh, I have my ways. So where are you?”

“I am on my way to meet a friend in a coffee shop."

“Can I join you?"

“Uhh...Actually…"

“Great! Thanks! Message me the address.” Ugghh, this guy.
