*Mean's POV*

Tonight the air is so fresh, the sky is so bright. Even the sky is starless, but the full moon is brighter than usual. I sit next to Kim who is driving, listening to jazz on the radio.

I most like to sit in Kim’s car, with fragrant aromatherapy lemongrass he posts on dashboard. Kim often grabbed my right hand, a hand on the steering wheel. And, on the way, we will talk about everything start from his favorite meal, exciting events at school, which is secret fans still often left a letter in a locker, until the most shameful secret that even Pie also don’t know.

However, today there is something different. Not just today, but this couple weeks.

He continued to stare straight into the street, his hands gripping the steering wheel tightly. He is too focused on the road, without looking the slightest or trying to open talks.

Perhaps he is worried about the test results. I know Kim is not studying all night like others student do, but smoking on balcony while reading comics. He is rarely concerned with the lesson, but never in such desperate to not study at night before the exam.

I feel  he is change. We began rarely hang out together; and if we are going together, Kim more often indifferent or blank. Apparently, there is something that is constantly thinking, and if I asked, he would often change the subject or did’t answer.

"Mean."

I grabbed his left hand on the steering wheel and squeezed it affectionately. "Yes, honey?"

Kim smiled briefly. "Hmm .. Nope .. Nothing.. hehee"

We soluble in silence.

"Mean, how if one day we broke up?"

For a couple that all this long looks so happy, caring each other, that question is sound prevalent in my ears. Kim hands felt cold, as cold as the questions he raised suddenly.

"You mean?" I don’t know what I need to say

"Hmmm ...., I just asking. Curious. If one day we are not together anymore, how it will look like?"

Just curious, Kim? My heart is sore heard it, even I’m sure he just kidding now.

"That is something that won’t happend, right?" I throw back the question while forcing laughter. "Unless your feeling is not the same anymore."

Kim silent.

"There is nothing in this world which always certain, Mean. Always there is possibility to everyhting can happend" he said wisely. In fact, Kim never think about that kind statement. Take it easy, he said, to wherever life takes.

"If you ask me, I will try my best so we won’t break up. If we have enough communication, trust, and the desire to maintain this relationship, everything will be alright, Kim. Everything depends on ourselves."

I'm starting to sound like a psychologist love trying to convince myself.

Suddenly Kim laughed. "Why you take seriously anyway, honey? I'm just kidding." He pinch my cheek. "Don’t thinking a lot ... it's just something that comes in my mind, really. Everything's gonna be okay."

"You love me, Kim?"

He really often say it, but this time, I just wanna make it sure.

"I do” the answer came automatically, such as programed to auto-default.

I smile. "I love you too." In this world, Kim is the only one who Mean’s love, and I'm happy .... we will be like this forever, Kim and me.

"Thank you."

Everything's gonna be okay.

Those words made me more relieved.

*KIM's POV*
