sungyeol comes back together with sungjun's doctor, doctor nam but i call him woohyun, woohyun is a one of the people im friends with, lets just say we have known each other way way back, also because he is somehow my cousin's boyfriend anyway once he come in i immediately notice he's newly dyed blond hair and i look at him questionably and he just showed his irritating bright and stupid smile, i just rolled my eyes on him and he just shrug his shoulders, he is used to my attitude and im also used to his idiotic attitude, im still wondering how he passed the medical board exam

Woohyun- myungsoo-ah long time no see i miss you

too bad the feelings arent mutual

Woohyun- i see you are still mr stingy pants anyway where is my favorite nephew? i heard he's sick

if he wasnt then we wouldnt have called you now would we

Woohyun- do you want me to just leave because im seriously at the verge of just leaving kim myungsoo

Sungyeol- please Dr. Nam no sungjun needs his check up

Woohyun- tsk if it wasnt for my favorite nephew i probably left already, anyway sungyeol-ah have you given him the medicine i told you?

Sungyeol- yes

Woohyun- good then, i'll just check .. oh and who might you be? this is the first time i see you

he then turn around and face me while he has his arms crossed i just crook my eye brow at him and also cross my arms, he heave a exasperated sigh and rolled his eyes as he turn around and head to sungjun's bed, he took a sit on sungjun's bed and open his bed as he grab his stethoscope and put it on his ears and pulled sungjun's blanket off until sungjun's chest is visible, he then undo the buttons of sungjun's pajama's he then his stethoscope on sungjun's chest and started checking up on sungjun.

i just silently watch woohyun do his job and check on sungjun, he might be crazy and we might fight a lot but he is a great doctor and i trust his skills as a doctor, woohyun then told sungyeol to help him make sungjun lay sideways and put his stethoscope on sungjun's back and listened to sungjun's breathing after a few minutes he then told sungyeol that sungjun can lay down properly, i see sungjun open his eyes and blink a few times before properly looking at woohyun, and tears started forming in his eyes

Sungjun- UMMA!!! JJO...JJONGIE UMMA sob sob sob

figured he would do that but still i cant help but let an exasperated sigh left my mouth, i then look at woohyun and see him perplex at sungjun's sudden outburst and attitude, he then turn his gaze to me and silently asking me what is going on, i just shrug at him and he then turn his attention to sungjun, from the corner of my eyes i see sungjong-ssi walking towards to sungjun's bed and sitting on the other side of the bed and caress sungjun's head and hushing sungjun's tears. when sungjun see sungjong-ssi he then slowly calmed down.

Sungjun- umma

Sungjong- i wont leave, didnt i told you that?

Sungjun- bu..but you werent beside junnie

Sungjong- because doctor nam is doing a check up on you, i didnt want to be in the way while he checks up on you, no more crying okay sungjunnie? 

Sungjun- ne umma

Sungjong- thats a good boy, now show your respects to doctor nam

Sungjun- ne jjongie umma, annyeonghaseyo hyunnie samchon i missed you

Woohyun- i miss you too baby, how were you? have you been good? have your appa been taking good care of you? or he keeps on being a grumpy man and only know how to work?

Sungjun- ne hyunnie samchon junnie been a good boy and appa always take good care of junnie and hyungie

Woohyun- thats good. are you feeling okay? 

Sungjun- hmm my head hurts but when jjongie umma caress my hair it goes away hyunnie samchon

Woohyun- woah it does?

Sungjun- mmhmm but hyunnie samchon

Woohyun- yes junnie?

Sungjun- sometimes my heart hurts and its sometimes hard to breath

Woohyun- ok samchon will make it all go away then

Sungjun- really?

Woohyun- mhmm same goes with your fever so that my baby will be able to go to school again and play with your friends,

Sungjun- okay hyunnie samchon,

Woohyun- our junnie is so behave, oh samchon has a gift for you. since you're such a good boy samchon has a present for you

Sungjun- really?

Woohyun- yes, wait its in my bag

woohyun then lean down to grab his bag and took out a small toy car out of his bag and handed it to sungjun, sungjun said his thank you to woohyun and open the package, its a car that turns into a robot if you swipe the card below the car, sungjun happily showed it to sungjong-ssi and woohyun watch them for a few minutes and stand up and motioned me that we need to talk, i nod and started heading towards the door, woohyun ruffled sungjun's head first before grabbing his bag and followed right behind me, we went down to living room and i took a sit on the couch and so does he.

so is he okay? 

Woohyun- yeah he is, he must have just been too tired did he do something that might have tired him out during the weekend?

sigh, we went to the aquarium last saturday and played at the arcade, he was really hyper that day and he was all over the place. then on sunday like every morning we did our training

Woohyun- then maybe thats the reason why he has a fever, but wait a damn second you went out with them? as in you? kim myungsoo

damn you! why i cant spend some time with my kids?

Woohyun- no, but you!? if i remember right you are a workaholic guy so how did that happen

Woohyun- avoid making sungjun too depressed, happy or sad, its not good for him nor his heart, i already told you before whats the condition of his heart if it gets too strained he might collapse and with him having trouble with breathing is already a bad news. if this goes on he would need to be operated and truthfully i dont think sungjun's body is ready for a open heart surgery yet. 

i thought you said he's fine woohyun 

Woohyun- he is as long as he dont strain his heart, like i told you the VSD (hole in his heart) isnt that big and it also doesnt show any signs of it getting bigger so it would close on its own as he grows but if he continue having trouble with breathing then we dont have a choice but to have him undergo surgery he is taking his medications right?

Woohyun- then all is good for now, like i said if you dont want something to happen to him then better not strain him call it spoiling but we dont have any choice right now its for his own good. he has been crying lately doesnt he?

i guess,

Woohyun- thats the reason myungsoo, if you dont want to loose your son then better do something about it, just make sure he is always happy 

you know i would do anything to make my son happy woohyun-ah but this one thing i cant let sungjun have or more specifically i dont know how to give him what he wants 

Woohyun- huh? why? what does he want?

he wants his umma woohyun, and no not his real mother but his sungjong umma. he wants sungjong-ssi to be his umma and he keeps on begging me that i let sungjong-ssi live here, he wants sungjong-ssi to live here.

Woohyun- i was about to ask that, why does sungjun call sungjong-ssi umma?

i dont have a ing clue, i dont even know how sungjong-ssi become his umma to start off with

Woohyun- well at sungjun's age he is in the phase where he is seeking for a mother's warmth and affection and i guess he found that in sungjong-ssi. you could avoid this if you wo...

Woohyun- monday and anytime, anyway i need to go since i still have some patients i need to meet and remember what i told you myungsoo, stop being stubborn and give what your son wants and what is best for sungjun. bring minsoo on monday also so i could do a check up on him. i'll see you next week bye

after saying that he stand up and left, i didnt send him off since he knows the way out and i have to think about the bomb he just drop on me, i stayed in my position and think about what woohyun said, i messed up my hair as his words keeps on repeating in my head. no matter what kind of solution i think off the outcome wouldnt make sungjun happy unlike the last option i have in mind but letting sungjong-ssi live here has a pro and con out come. what would really be best decision?
