"Thanks for bringing me here. The hoddeoks really were the best I've ever tasted in my entire life," Krystal thanked Minhyuk sincerely.

He smiled at her, but his smile waned when he realized Krystal was weakly smiling. He recalled her pale face after the couple walked in and connected her current behavior with what they had said earlier. He had recognized that couple. Lee Taemin and Son Naeun. Another rather popular CC, although a little less so than the Kai and Krystal CC.

"Are you okay?" Minhyuk cautiously asked her.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" she replied without looking at him.

"I brought you here to cheer you up, not make you more upset," he pointed out.

She shot him a grateful smile. "Don't worry, I did cheer up, thanks to your efforts." After a pause, she added, "I think I have to go now. Thanks for the food."

Minhyuk waved goodbye to her as she went her way and dropped his arm only when she turned her back on him.

"So," a voice behind him started, "do you like her?"

"Eh? No way. I just met her," Minhyuk denied. "And hyung, stop interfering with my life. It gets annoying."

"Ah, how could you say that, my feelings are hurt," Yonghwa joked. "But seriously, I think you like her."

Minhyuk rolled his eyes. "Yeah. As friends."

Yonghwa shook his head. "I don't think so. And even if you like her only as a friend now, I assure you, you'll like her eventually."

"And how do you know that? Of all the girls I know and will meet, how do you know I'll like her?" Minhyuk retorted.

Yonghwa tapped his own head thrice. "Because I'm smart. Anyways, want to go to the music store? Jungshin called earlier, and he said it's kind of busy."

"Of course, let's go now. If it's busy, why didn't you tell me sooner?"

His hyung smirked. "I didn't want to interrupt your date."

"AH, HYUNG!"

Jessica loved her sister. A lot in fact. But sometimes, like how all siblings are, there are moments when they can be so annoying, you just wish to smack them. And as Jessica endured Krystal's sighing, she realized it was one of those moments.
