Third Time's The CharmBe devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.
Romans 12:10
The next day in Professor Song’s class, Krystal handed back Minhyuk’s jacket to him. “You didn’t take it back. It’s not like you forgot I was wearing it, right?” she asked curiously.
“No, I wanted you to wear it as you went back to the dorms. I thought you’d be cold without it.”
At his gentlemanly response, Krystal blushed lightly and couldn’t say anything other than, “Oh, thank you.”
To her relief, Hyungshik chose that moment to pop into their conversation. “Aww, look at the two lovebirds. Should I nickname you guys the Hyukstal couple?” Scratch that; Krystal had thanked her lucky stars far too quickly.
“That’s so lame, Hyungshik. Just go away,” she scowled, but he remained unfazed.
“I know you love me, Krystal,” he joked, over exaggeratingly batting his eyes. Krystal pretended to throw up.
“Don’t you have someone else to bother, Hyungshik?” asked Minhyuk, crossing his arms, noticeably irritated by the class clown’s presence.
He pretended to think a bit before shaking his head and cheerfully answering, “Nope!”
Minhyuk’s eyes narrowed. “If you keep bothering us, I’ll have no choice but call Jihyun over,” he threatened.
To Krystal’s amusement, Hyungshik’s eyes rounded in mortification. “You-you wouldn’t,” he attempted calling on Minhyuk’s bluff.
“I totally would.”
The two males engaged in a glaring contest, one trying to see if the other was serious about his threat and the latter proving he was. Finally, Hyungshik huffed, resigning to the fact that Minhyuk was not going to back down.
“You’re no fun to tease,” he grumbled as he trudged away.
Minhyuk only rolled his eyes and shook his head. “He’s like a pesky fly.”
Krystal snorted in agreement. Before she could say anything else (not that she had anything else to say), someone ran into the room and breathlessly shouted, “She’s coming!”
That ended all conversations in the room.
After class, Krystal and Minhyuk decided to work on their project again. They only had two more weeks left before they had to turn it in, and they were barely halfway done.
Although they had decided to meet at 5 because Minhyuk had an afternoon class until 4:30, Krystal decided to head to the library early to get a bit of a head start. Promptly at 4, she was situated at the table she and Minhyuk were at yesterday, and pile of books were on the table, waiting for her to crack them open and read through.
‘Working alone was no fun’, she thought, but she still diligently made notes and did her research until she heard some shuffling in the aisle nearby. Thinking it was Minhyuk, she got up and cautiously made her way to the source, just in case it wasn’t him.
