I woke up with a sore cheek.

"Ow." I slightly touched it.

I slowly crawled out of bed and headed to the restroom.

"." I said as I looked in the mirror.

I saw a huge bruise on my cheek.

"Just as I thought I was already ugly enough..." I whispered.

I lightly my hurting cheek and thought of an idea.

"Makeup!!" I screamed.

"What's wrong??" I heard my mom yell from another room.

"Oh you heard that?!?" I asked her.

"Well why wouldn't I?" she asked.

I rushed out my room and went to my mom's.

"Mommy?" I asked politely.

"What do you want?" she asked. "Oh my gawd what happened to your face?"

"I guess I forgot to tell you last night..."

"Sure did." she said.

"Well um can you let me use your makeup to cover it up?"

"Sure, wait actually lemme do it." she offered and smirked.

"Bu--"

She cut me off, "I know you can't put on makeup so just let me do it...before you look weird."

"Ok ok."

I sat on her bed as she was getting her makeup ready.

"This is called foundation." she held the bottle up while slowly thinking I am that stupid.

"Just cause I don't know how to apply makeup doesn't mean I don't know what the products are called." I chuckled.

She looked at me silently. "Yeah sure."

I squinted my eyes at her.

She spilled some of the foundation on the makeup sponge and dabbed it starting on the middle of my face.

"This foundation is cold!" I whined.

"Stay still." she scolded.

"Why are you applying this everywhere? I only need you to cover my cheek."

"You have a lot of acne. I am just helping you." she continued dabbing.

"Well thanks?"

"You're welcome." she gave me an unserious smile.

As it became quiet, I remembered what happened last night.

"Dad..." I said quietly.

"What about him?" mom asked me suspiciously.

"Where is he?" I asked her.

I didn't want to tell her what he did to me last night cause he would really kill me.

"He went back home." she said casually.

"Is he coming back?"

"Here? Well I'm not sure, but he has said to me that you should come over there sometime." she explained.

"You sure about that?"

"Of course!" she spatted. "He's your father, it's the least you can do."

"Well when should I come then?"

"It's up to you." she said.

"Hey Taehyung." I greeted as I saw him as his locker.

"Hey...and that's a first." he said.

"First what?"

"First time you greet me for real." he chuckled.

"Oh right.."

I opened my locker and placed some books in there. Doing so, I felt Taehyung examining my face.

"You look different." he commented. "You got rid of your acne!"

"...ok.."

He touched my face.

"Aish!" I swiped his hand away from my face.

He smirked.

"Ok I am going now!" I tried to turn away from this weirdo but he caught my wrist.

"Go on a date with me?" he asked comepletely out of no where.

"Excuse me?"

"Go on a date with me?" he repeated.

"I don't like you..."

"Then why did you kiss me back the other day?" he teased.

"Force of habit?"

"Say what you want, but you're going on a date with me!"" He exclaimed.

"Hey, I never said yes!"

"You just did." he grinned. "K bye!" he ran off.

"It's not like I have to go." I said to myself.
