It was Taeyeon's birthday. She had tried to pretend like nothing was wrong. Tried to forget what she had seen. Tried to forget the ache in her heart when she saw Tifany leave with Yuri. She tried to keep things the way they were, said nothing about what had happened and was as sweet as ever towards Tiffany, and all seemed well in appearance. Except that underneath the perfect gold cover was rusting copper. Taeyeon was determined to stay with Tiffany. She would not be the one to give up on them.

Taeyeon: Fany, how about dinner tonight?

Tiffany: Oh, jeongmal mianhae Taetae, I have plans aready..

Tiffany rushed off immediately after shooting was over.

Lee Soo Man brought out a cake topped with bright candles.

Lee Soo Man: Make a wish.

Taeyeon closed her eyes, wishing that Tiffany hadn't fallen in love with her best friend. Wishing for Tiffany to love her again.

Lee Soo Man: Mianhae, you had to work on your birthday. The sponsors are really rushing us. They say if they don't see some result soon, they're going to cut the budget.

Taeyeon looks around to see if Yuri is there. she's not, as expected.

Lee Soo Man: Taeyeon?

Taeyeon: Hmm?? Hh, yea..

Lee Soo Man: You wanna cut the cake.

Taeyeon: Dae.

Taeyeon cuts the cake, gulps down a piece and rushes out after briefly thanking everybody..
