'No, you can't'

Luhan groaned in frustration. He had been sending messages to Park Joonhu, asking him to let him met Minseok in his apartment. He was so mad he almost threw his phone to the wall. He closed his face with his pillow and sceamed so loud. He then threw the pillow to the wall harshly. Luhan kept thinking that something was fishy about Park Joonhu. Like, how could he suddenly come to Minseok's life and said they had some kind of connection? Like, where did the connection come from? And how could he be so stupid for letting his bestfriend to live with a stranger? And the weirdest of them all was, why did Minseok too agree?

The more he thought about that, the less he knew. He was really confused by the things happened lately.

Suddenly his phone rang. He picked the call up without seeing the caller ID.

"Hello?"

"Good evening, Mr. Lu. This is Officer Jung."

"Hyung, is it really okay? But, ugh... Oh my God, I really have to leave."

Chanyeol had done dressing to go to the music show. He had to perform for EXO's promotion. But he was stressing since he had to leave Minseok alone - even he had already done that more than often. Everytime he had to leave, his 'stupid' brain would make some bad accidents that might happen to Minseok if he was alone. Chanyeol sighed hard and sat next to Minseok, staring at his phone. Junmyeon had been calling him since 1 hour ago.

"Joonhu-ssi, you left me more than often and nothing happened, right?" Minseok said, half laughing. He smiled and wandered his right hand around to meet Chanyeol's thigh just to pat it softly. "I had been save, and will be save, even when I'm alone."

Chanyeol couldn't let out an single sound as he was too surprised. It was the first time Minseok did pat his thigh. It wasn't big thing, but since Minseok never did that - he still wasn't as open as Chanyeol wanted - Chanyeol couldn't help but to feel surprised. The taller one then got up, felt so happy that Minseok couldn't see his pink cheeks, and took his bag and phone.

"Please be safe or I'll be super mad. Okay, hyung?"

Minseok laughed and nodded. He waved his hand, to the wrong direction actually, but Chanyeol smiled. He was relieved that Minseok didn't act like what he did 3 days ago. He said the last 'goodbye' before getting out from the apartment and locked  the door from outside. When he turned around, he found Baekhyun was waiting for him. They both then walked together to the lift.

"How's Minseok-ssi?" Baekhyun asked as they had got into the lift. It was only the two of them inside the lift, so they could talk leisurely. Chanyeol only answered with 'good' while tapping his fingers to the lift wall. "No, I mean his mental condition. Did something happened again?" Baekhyun asked and Chanyeol got what Baekhyun meant. Yes, Chanyeol told Baekhyun about Minseok and he couldn't help but to feel bad for the older. He couldn't imagine if he got into Minseok's position. He would be stressing a lot and might become way worse than Minseok.

"He didn't act like that anymore," Chanyeol said. "But he still closes himself from me. I had been asking him a few questions but he didn't answer much. And there's this Luhan guy, Minseok hyung's bestfriend, who keeps asking permission from me to meet Minseok hyung. I can't not let him, at least not now. I mean what if he comes when I'm inside? He will just know who I am, Baek."

Baekhyun nodded and the lift door was opened. They went to the main door quickly and got into the car quickly. Suddenly Chanyeol's phone rang, and without looking at the caller ID, he just picked the call up.

"He-"

"I'M SO FED UP WITH YOU! LET ME MEET MINSEOK!"

Chanyeol pulled away the phone from his ear and looked at the caller ID. It was Luhan, and his raging voice was still kinda able to be heard even without him using loudspeaker. He just ended the call and sent message to Luhan, saying he shouldn't shout at him and never called him. Right after that, Luhan replied, saying he just needed to meet Minseok.

"What happened, hyung?" Sehun asked. Chanyeol then realized that all eyes were on him. He just shook his head and went back to his phone, trying to give Luhan an appropriated answer. "Don't hide things from us, hyung," Sehun suddenly said, pouting. "We're helping each other. We are members, right?" He asked. And Chanyeol didn't have the heart to not answer the maknae.

"This guy called as Luhan, is Minseok hyung's bestfriend and keeps asking me to let him meet Minseok hyung," Chanyeol said. "But if this Luhan guy meets Minseok hyung in the apartment, there's a 50% of chance of him seeing me there too."

"Just let him meet Minseok hyung when we have schedules, so you won't meet him," Jongin said while playing game on his phone.

"But i can't leave the door unlock, it would be dangerous for Minseok hyung," Chanyeol said quickly. "What if robber comes? What if they hurt Minseok hyung?! No no, I can't afford that!"

"Then just leave the key under the mat or leave it to the front desk and ask that Luhan guy to take it there," Kyungsoo said. Baekhyun started to think that something was fishy about Chanyeol. For him, Chanyeol's reasons were nonsense.

"But what if he wants to take Minseok hyung away?" Chanyeol quickly talked back, and a second after that he regretted it. All eyes were wide and staring at him as if he just said something really shocking. Even Jongin paused his game and stared at him. "I- I mean- I'm responsible and-"

"You start liking Minseok hyung, don't you?" Baekhyun asked.

Luhan had just walked out from police station after a short meeting with Officer Jung. He secretly reported Minseok's accident to the police. He didn't tell Minseok at all since, first, he couldn't, and second, he was scared that Minseok would be mad at him. But he couldn't just let the one who hit Minseok lived happily in the city while Minseok lived in misery while being blind. He even sometimes blamed himself because if he didn't ask Minseok to accompany him to watch EXO, nothing bad would be happened to Minseok. Minseok wouldn't be blind.

He was driving his car to the car rental place. He had just known that the car that was used to hit Minseok was a car that was rented. He laughed sarcastically, thinking how stupid and poor and might be ugly the person was. He drove so fast that he almost hit some cars and got some yellings from the other drives. Bt at least he had arrived at the car rental place without any accident. He got out from his car and walked to the information desk.

"I want to meet the owner of this place," Luhan said without wasting any time.

"Good evening, I'm the owner," the man in front of him said. "What's your problem? Do you need seomthing?" He asked.

"I want to know who rented a car exactly 2 weeks ago," Luhan said. "The black Yaris, to be exact."

"Many people rented cars that day since the boyband named EXO was having a mini showcase," The man said. "You know, to pick up friends and watch them together like silly people."

Luhan was embarrassed by the man's words because he did watch EXO too. But he got no time for that.

"Just let me see who rented cars that day," Luhan said. He pulled out a thick brown envelope and put it harshly on the table. "I will give you this if you are willing to tell me who rented the car."

The man took the envelope and pulled out the money. It was A LOT. He counted them and felt satisfied. He nodded and put the money back to the envelope. He brought the envelope and put it into a drawer and pulled out a book. He opened it and gave it to Luhan.

Luhan was suspicious to one person, who rented a black Yaris that day. But it was a bad luck for him.

No name. No phone numbers.

"All I can give to you, man."

Luhan was so mad. He cursed at the man and walked away. He paid 10,000,000 won for nothing.

EXO won their 3rd thropy from music program. All members were so happy, but Chanyeol seemed a bit off. He smiled and jumped around, but something was off about him. Even EXO members could hear some fans were chanting 'Chanyeol fighting!'. But Chanyeol kept smiling and waving at them, signing that he was okay, They did the encore while playing around.

After they went backstage, Baekhyun pulled Chanyeol and brought him to a desserted place.

"Yeol, we're friends with each other for long time and I appreciate everything you do," Baekhyun said. Chanyeol didn't know where the conversation would go.

"But please don't mix personal things with our career."
