It was Monday morning and ______ was sitting at a table with the guys.

“Okay, Channie, you are now forbidden to cuddle with my girlfriend!~”

“Aww…Hyung, why?!?!?” the maknae whined.

“Isn’t it obvious? He wants to cuddle with her.”

"Looks like someone is all over your girl, Ahn Jaehyo."

"What did you say, punk?!"

"Did you at least get it in her?"

"What the hell are you talking about?!"

"Did you at least get to sleep with her? I mean  Seo ______ is hott!"

Jaehyo grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against the wall.

"Baek Soohyun, aren't you dating Son Naeun?"

"Yeah...so? _______ has always been super y."

"Shut up!"

"Make me! I'd let her shut me up."

"Don't you EVER, talk about MY Seo ______, like she's some cheap ."

"Yours?! Hmm...Look again. I doubt she's yours."

Jaehyo turned to see ______ kissing Jinyoung.

"Jinyoungie?"

"Hmm?"

"What is this chain?!"

"Aigoo!~ I completely forgot! Thanks for reminding me! I found it in the guys’ locker room on Friday. I've been meaning to find the owner of It." he said placing it in her hand. "Does it belong to anyone you know?"

She looked at the ring for a moment and read the inscription.

‘I know this ring…’ she thought. ‘How could I not know this ring?’

“I figure, it must be important to the owner. I mean if he carries it on a chain, maybe it’s from a deceased family member, ex-girlfriend, or someone he’s in love with.”

‘It’s neither of those…’ she thought. ‘Definitely not the last one.’

“Noona, is there an inscription?” Baro asked.

“It says ‘J ♥_’ on the inside.” Sandeul said.

“Oh, thank you Noona!~” Baro teased. “My, you have sure gotten ugly in the last few minutes.”

“YAH!~”

The other guys started to laugh at them.

“Jinyoungie Hyung, that’s yours and Noona’s initials too!~” Gongchan squealed.

“Oh…it is! I think that’s a sign.” Jinyoung said.

______ was concentrating on the ring.

 ‘I’m so confused. This is the ring that Jaehyo Oppa gave to me. I remember it, but why is it on a chain? Does it really mean that much to him?’

“Noona, why are you so quiet?” Gongchan asked with a concern expression. “Are you okay?”

“Oh…yeah, I’m fine.” She said snapping out of her thoughts. ‘He kept this?! Why? Why would he keep it like that?’

“Do you know who it belongs to?” Jinyoung asked.

“Um…yeah.”

“Who?”

“Can I give it back to him?”

“Oh, um...why?”

Jinyoung just stared at her.

“I need to talk to him about something too. I’ll meet you in class alright?” she said giving him a peck on the lips before running off.

“Oh…okay…”

‘I have to know why he kept it. Maybe he still cares about me…or maybe it’s more. No, I’m reading too much into it. Of course that’s not it.’

“You will never have a chance with Seo ______, so stop trying!”

“Am I supposed to be afraid? Go ahead and hit me, you know you want to…”

Go find your girlfriend and don’t even look at ______ again!”

“Uh…Jaehyo Hyung…” U-Kwon said pointing at ______ coming their way.

“What?!” Jaehyo snapped whipping his head around to look at him. “______-ah?”

“YAH! What’s going on here?!” ______ snapped.

Jaehyo quickly let go of Soohyun's shirt, but still got a punch in the face.

“Yah!” Zico said jumping out of his seat. “What the hell was that?”

“Yah, Ulzzang, aren’t you going to fight back?”

Zico shoved Soohyun away.

“If he doesn’t…I will!”

“Jiho…just leave it alone. He’s an , but he’s not worth it.” Jaehyo said wiping the blood from his lip.

“Get lost…or we’ll all make you suffer.”

“This is such a waste of time.” Soohyun scoffed and walked away.

Zico sat down at a table with Yukwon and the rest of their friends.

"So Hyung, what was all of that about?!" P.O. asked.

"Not important." Jaehyo said.

He turned his attention back to ______.

“What the…” she said grabbing Jaehyo’s chin so she could get a look at his lip. “Why would you argue with Baek Soohyun?”

“He started it.”

“I know…you’re not someone you starts fight, unless you’re provoked.” She said. “What was the fight about?”

She took out a handkerchief and dabbed the blood from his lip.

“He said nasty things about you…”

______ looked up at him, with a surprised look on her face.

“You got punched for me?”

“I hate when guys talk about women like that, especially you. We may not be friends anymore but I won’t stand for someone talking about you like that. Yah, why are you being so nice to me?”

“Ooh, déjà vu.” She laughed. “Guys, can I borrow him for a moment?”

“Yeah go right ahead.” Zico said.

“Take him!~”

“Thank you!~” she said pulling Jaehyo to the nurses office.

“Seo ______-ssi?”

“Could I get a bag of ice for my friend?”

Jaehyo looked at her.

‘She called me her friend…’

“Here” ______ said holding the ice up to his lip. “You don’t want it to get swollen.”

“______-ah, why?” he asked softly.

“Oh, I almost forgot. Jae Oppa, are you missing something?”

“Missing something?” he repeated and thought about it for a while. “N-no…I don’t think so?”

She stuck her hand in her pocket and pulled out the chain.

He stared at it in shock.

“So, you didn’t lose this?”

“W-where d-did you find it?! I’ve been looking all over for it.”

“You have?”

“I…I…um…about that…I can explain.”

“Jinyoungie…”

‘Her boyfriend?!’ he thought. “Jung Jinyoung? What about him?!”

“Jinyoungie, he found it and wanted to find who it belongs to. Jae Oppa, do you miss me as much as I miss you?” she asked, tears forming in her eyes.

He smiled.

“I really miss you. It that we live right next door but we couldn’t be further apart. Yah! Don’t cry!”

She put the chain in his hand and wrapped her arms around him.

“Jae Oppa, I want to be friends again.” She said softly.

“Me too.”

They talked for a while before heading to class.

Jinyoung was sitting in his seat waiting when he saw Jaehyo and ______ walk in together.

‘What the…’

“Oh yeah! I’m here, with 2 minutes to spare. My attendance record, is still perfect.” Jaehyo bragged.

“Aigoo! Once a nerd, always a nerd.” She said taking her seat next to Jinyoung. “Hurry up, and get your over here. We need to work on our project!”

“So, did you find the owner of the ring?”

“Mhm…I gave it back to him. He was very happy.”

“Good.” Jinyoung said looking at her face. “Yah, have you been crying? Why are your eyes all puffy and why is your nose red?”

Jaehyo sat with them and sighed.

“She’s going for the Rudolph the red-nosed Panda look. Yah, want to borrow my ice?” he teased.

She glared daggers at him.

“Eww…gross. Just go play your Star Craft and keep your mouth closed, Derp.”

“Oooh Angry panda!~”

“Shut up, I know where you live.”

After school they decided to go to Jaehyo’s house.

“Where is your house anyway?” Jinyoung asked, walking hand in hand with ______.

Jaehyo eyed their hands and frowned.

“Oh, my house…it’s right next to hers.”

“What?! I thought you said you don’t know him.”

“You don’t know me?! Ouch!~” Jaehyo  said with his hand over his heart. “That hurts, ______-ah, that really hurts.”

“Aigoo!~ Did you start on our power point?”

Jaehyo let them into the house and they went straight to the living room.

“Start? It’s finished…it took me about two hours, but I finished it.”

“You finished a power point in two hours?” Jinyoung asked.

“I’ll go get my laptop, be right back.” Jaehyo said running to his room. ‘I can’t believe I’m leaving them alone together. Aish! If they make out, he is dead.’

 “I wonder how the quality is…” Jinyoung muttered.

Jaehyo ran back into the living room, pulled out his laptop and opened up the power point to show it to them.

“Are you sure you did this?! It looks professionally done. Waaa!~ All the transitions…” Jinyoung said.

“I think it needs some work but it’s a start right?”

“Are you kidding?! This is daebak!~ You really did this is two hours?”

“Mhm.” Jaehyo said. “Well, two hours and fifteen minutes.”

“Waaa!~ You are such a show off.” ______ laughed.

“I’m just naturally daebak…”

“You’re naturally ‘derptastic’ that’s what you are.” She teased rolling her eyes.

“What is ‘derptastic’?” Jinyoung asked.

______ didn’t say a word and just pointed at Jaehyo, who sat there with his derp face.

“Excuse me?! I got punched in my beautiful face today, all because of you!” Jaehyo whined. “Do you see this lip?”

“there’s not much there at all.”

“Where was your first aid kit when I needed it?!”

Jinyoung scratched his head in confusion.

‘Why are they suddenly getting along?!’
