I think it's a good fic with a potencial but like you said it at each chapter, English is not your first language and you make many grammar and spelling mistakes ^^' so it's disturbing. And then you write in SMS language so... English is really the main problem, and I know you can improve it like I did :)
Beside that, the story plot is great and there are lots of drama, so we don't really have boring and short passages. Your chapters are long enough, it's a good point. Maybe you should have developed a little more about the life problems about ChangRick, but this is okay, because we have already the beginning of their love life and some parts of Changhyun's pregnancy ^^
So good job for your fic and hope you'll improve!
