STIs fall into the following typs: bacteria, virus and parasite. They are many different ways that STIs are spread, which include skin-to-skin contact, , l fluid, blood (including menstrual blood), blood tranfusions and tissue transplants, intravenously (needles), and childbirth. There are also numerous ways as to how we can prevent getting STIs, such as abstinence, condoms, spermacode and vaccination (heptatitis A and B and HPV). There are also many symptoms of STIs, which include no sysmptoms, different or heavier discharge from the , burning while urinating, sores, itching, rash, swollen glands in the groin, and sudden flu-like symptoms.
