"Hey Miki." Jonghyun said walking towards Mikayla to kiss her.

"Hiya." She replied leaning in to accept his kiss.

"Mm, do you need help filling out your application?" Jonghyun asked.

"Uhm...application...Oh they said they didn't need new employees." Mikayla said feeling awful that she lied once again.

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear." Jonghyun looked down.

"It's fine." Mikayla lifted up Jonghyun's chin and smiled.

"So what's for dinner?"

"Oh uhm, I saw Dr.Monton in the grocery store...guess I forgot to get the ingrediants..."

"Mikayla, don't feel bad, what did he say?" Jonghyun's concerned voice ate away at Mikayla, who told yet another lie.

 "We talked about you know my family.."

"Listen to me, if they don't feel the need to be apart of your life then they're missing out. Hey chin up Miki, don't worry about dinner, let's go out." Jonghyun smiled.

"Well, I guess I should change." Mikayla said smiling back at Jonghyun.

Jonghyun heads into the shower and changes. He exits the bathroom with black pants and a towel over his shoulder.

"Miki, I don't know what shirt to we-" Jonghyun walks into the bedroom to see a beautiful Mikayla. Mikayla had a dark blue silk dress on with dark blue sparkle heels. Her hair was up in an elegant bun with her personal design of small curls dangling from her face. Jonghyun couldn't help but stare at her. However, to Jonghyun's surprise, Mikayla couldn't stop staring at the shirtless man in front of her. She had seen his abs plenty of times, but for some reason they seemed more attractive now.

"Uh..uh.." Mikayla stuttered as she thought how Woohyun's abs would look. She quickly shook that thought out of her mind and smiled at Jonghyun.

"Shirt?"

"Oh uhm hmmm, let me find one." Mikayla slowly turned to the dresser and found a white button up shirt.

"How's this." Mikayla turned and Jonghyun pressed his bareskin against her silk dress.

"Perfect." He whispered as he put the shirt on. Mikayla assisted on buttoning his shirt.

The two were both finished getting dressed, and walked out of the house. Jonghyun held the door open for Mikayla and then entered the driver's seat.

"Ready?" Jonghyun asked as he laid his right hand out for Mikayla to hold.

"Mhm." The two were holding hands as Jonghyun drove.

"So where are we going?"

"Hmm...I was thinking we'd go to Golden Plate since it's elegant." Jonghyun replied.

"Ooo, sounds romantic." Mikayla teased.

Woohyun entered the door to see a sleeping Sunggyu on the couch. Woohyun purposely dropped his keys on the floor to wake up Sunggyu. Sunggyu's tiny eyes quickly opened up and noticed Woohyun.

"Aw, hyung you waited for me." Woohyun joked.

"Ah don't say it like that. How was therapy?" Sunggyu said getting straight to the point.

"It was good. I feel a lot better. I think I'll feel even better after taking a little time off from work."

"That's good, and I'll tell the manager to give you 2 days off.

"Okay sounds nice.Oh Come on Gyu bring it in." Woohyun motioned for a hug.

"Ah don't say I'm never nice to you." Sunggyu quickly hugged Woohyun.

Suddenly Hoya walks out of his room dressed up ready to leave the dorm.

"Uhm...Hoya where are you going?"

"Restaurant, I want to try their steak." Hoya replied.

"Ooo, Gyu we should all go." Woohyun insisted.

"Oh I don't know that's expensive."

"C'mon can't you just open your wallet for once, I bet it's collecting dust!" Woohyun teased.

"Aish, fine! Go get the boys."

All seven of the boys were in the company van heading to the Golden Plate.

Jonghyun pulled out a chair for Mikayla, like a gentleman.

"Why, thank you Mr.Jong." Mikayla smirked.

A nice waiter brought them menus and was ready to take their orders.

"Uhm...I'll have the chicken parmesan." Mikayla said.

"Me too." Jonghyun added.

The waiter walked away to prepare the food.

"I'm going to use the lady's room." Mikayla said as she walked towards the bathroom.

She bumps into what appears to be Woohyun.

"Nam, are you following me?" Mikayla joked.

"Haha no, so I realized I never got to thank you for coming with me to my therapy session today. I bet you had other plans, but it was nice of you to come with me." Woohyun smiled.

"What? You lied to me!" Jonghyun shouted who was heading to the bathroom when he heard their conversation.

"Jong, I-I-I can explain."

"How can you explain! YOU lied to me! So where exactly were you! You were never getting that job application ,were you!" Jonghyun couldn't help but shout every word in anger.

"Hey, could you refrain from making a scene." Woohyun asked to Jonghyun.

"And who the hell do you think you are!" Jonghyun pinned Woohyun to the wall by his collar.

Sunggyu rushed to the scene and put his hand on Jonghyun's shoulder.

"Let him go." Sunggyu stated firmly.

Jonghyun didn't pay any attention to Sunggyu.

"Mikayla, make a choice....if you choose him then I'll let go." Jonghyun asked making this ultimateum.

Woohyun looked at Mikayla and shook his head.

"So why were you messing around with my girlfriend." Jonghyun said infuriated to Woohyun.

Jonghyun punched Woohyun in the face and asked him the question once again. Woohyun wanted to fight back so bad, but he didn't want to 'fuel Jonghyun's anger.'

"Jong! Stop! J-just...stop..." Mikayla yelled and then came to low whisper.

Jonghyun scratched his straight blonde hair and stormed out of the restaurant.

Mikayla chased after him and Woohyun tried to run after her, but Sunggyu held him back.

"Woohyun, stop that's not your battle." Sunggyu stated holding onto Woohyun's shoulder.

"Jong! Please talk to me! Tell me what's happening." Mikayla shouted.

"YOU lied to me Mikayla. I geninuly felt bad for you, b-b-but you lied to me! I TRUSTED YOU!" Jonghyun yelled back.

"I know, and I am not proud of it Jonghyun...I'm so sorry."

"What else have you lied about..."

"What..?"

"WHAT ELSE HAVE YOU LIED ABOUT!" Jonghyun rushed into his car and drove away.

Mikayla stood in the parking lot crying. Suddenly, a warm feeling was on her wrist.

"Come on Noona, let's go back inside." Sungjong said as he navigated Mikayla back into the restaurant.

Sungjong hugged Mikayla who was now crying on his shoulder.

"It's okay Mikayla..." The maknae said.

"Mikayla....I'm so sorry, this is my fault I-I'm so sorry." Woohyun apologized.

"I need to go home.." Mikayla said staring at the ground.

"Come on." Dongwoo said as he lead her to the van.

Dongwoo drove Mikayla home.

"Thanks.." Mikayla exited the van afraid to unlock the door.

To her surprise the door was locked and she didn't have her key on her. Mikayla sat on the stair to her house and weeped. She was embarrassed that she got caught and even more ashamed that she lied. Suddenly, the sound of a door unlocking clicked. Mikayla stood up and slowly entered the house. Mikayla managed to catch a glimpse of Jonghyun. She ran towards him and grabbed his shoulder.

"Jonghyun, please talk to me!" She cried

Jonghyun jerked his arm away from her and slammed the bedroom door. Mikayla turned around to see the couch made into a bed. She lied down on the couch and cried silently to herself. She pulled her phone out of her purse and texted Woohyun.

M:  8am

W: Okay.

She put her phone back into her purse and cried herself to sleep. She realized that she hadn't cried this much since her mother locked herself in the basement.

Jonghyun laid in bed with an angry face.

How could she lie to me? After all we've been through...she still lied to me....

The seven boys arrived at home holding their boxes of take-out from Golden Plate.

"Woohyun, who are you texting?" Sunggyu asked.

"No one..."

"Hey, so you decided not to tell me Mikayla went with you to your therapy session?"

"It wasn't a big deal, she had her own session going on..."

"Nam, I told you she had a boyfriend!"

"I know that, can't you tell by the purple mark on my face!" Woohyun said pointing at the tiny bruise that could be easily hidden by makeup.

"Woohyun, you possibly just ruined a relationship!"

"You don't think I know that! That wasn't my intention."

"Oh really, then what exactly were your intentions?" Sunggyu questioned.

"I just needed a friend to go with me okay, I was a little nervous."

"But you six friends right here!"

"It's just different with you guys. You don't understand what I was going through."

"Fine...maybe we don't, but one thing I do know is you hurt Mikayla."

"I know...and I'm surprised she forgave me.."

"She forgave you?"

"Yeah, I guess I read it in the context of her message." Woohyun said.

"Okay well...it's late Nam, go to bed. Oh and the manager approved your 2 days off for tomorrow and Saturday."

"Okay, thanks...and goodnight." Woohyun walked into his dorm and laid down to rest.

Morning crept up and shined through Mikayla's windows.

Jonghyun was in the bedroom putting some of his clothes in a suitcase. Mikayla stretched as she wiped her eyes and stood up.

"Jonghyun..." Mikayla walked into the bedroom to see him closing his suitcase.

"Mikayla, I'm leaving for a while...you need to sort some things out before it's even possible for us to move past this."

"Jong, p-please don't go."

"I have to...this is what I have to do."

"I-I'm sorry a-about everything." Mikayla cried.

"No, Mikayla stop, please stop crying. I can't just keep forgiving you.  I forgave you for t-t-the kiss and now I can't forgive you for these lies." Jonghyun stated looking straight into Mikayla's big brown eyes.

"Please, I'm sorry." Mikayla said practically throwing herself onto Jonghyun in her last attempt to keep Jonghyun from leaving.

"Stop Mikayla, you're embarrassing yourself..." Jonghyun lightly pushed Mikayla off of him and picked up his suitcase.

"J-Jonghyun..." Mikayla whispered as he walked out of the house and closed the door.

Jonghyun rested his head and back against the door thinking about his decision. Mikayla just stood by what used to be "their" bed. Jonghyun slowly moved away from the door and drove away. Mikayla goes back into the living room to find her purse. She checks the time...it read 7:28am.

"Pull yourself together Mikayla....you're stronger than this...." She whispered in hopes to build her confidence.

Mikayla got into the shower. She stood there letting the warm water hit her like bullets on rapid fire. After cleaning up she changed into black yoga pants and a gray t-shirt that said "Why so serious?" referring to SHINee's song. She didn't know what else to wear since she hadn't washed clothes for a week now. Mikayla checked her phone as she put on her gray and black zebra print flats the time read exactly 8am. Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Mikayla felt extremely lousy and was close to not opening the door at all. She approached the door slowly not caring about her messy wet hair.

"Hi.." Mikayla said looking at Woohyun in his opened blue button up with a white t-shirt underneath and his dark blue jeans.

"Hey, can I come in?" Woohyun asked noticing her pain.

"It doesn't matter." She replied.

Woohyun entered the house that seemed to feel a empty as opposed to the first time he was there. Woohyun sat on the couch as Mikayla brushed her hair and tied it into a ponytail with tiny curls dangling. She put on her leather jacket and put a couple of clothing into a bag.

"Ready..." Mikayla said as she stood near the door.

"Okay." Woohyun smiled as he picked up his bag that held his clothes.

Woohyun walked out of the house after Mikayla and led her to the car that originally belonged to Dongwoo.

"Whose car is this..."

"Dongwoo." Woohyun replied as he opened the door for Mikayla.

Woohyun drove off and the two didn't say a word for 30 minutes of the ride.

"So uhm... how are you? I mean how are things go-"

"Where are we going..." Mikayla said cutting off Woohyun unintentionally.

"Uhm, I was thinking that'd be a surprise."

"Oh...okay."

Woohyun pulled over and let the car come to a stop.

"Okay Mikayla...I can drive you back home. I wanted this to be fun and relaxing, b-but your mood is bringing my mood down. I understand why you would be upset, but...just say the word and I'll take you back home."

"I-I'm fine." Mikayla said smiling with a tear falling down her face.

"So you want to keep going..?" Woohyun asked as he wiped the tear.

"Of course." Mikayla said strapping her seat belt on again.

Woohyun began driving again, he decided to turn the radio on. Infinite's Man in Love was playing. Woohyun started singing along as Mikayla just watched him and laughed at the faces he made. Woohyun hit the high note at the end and turned down the radio after that.

"Do you sing Mikayla?"

"Why do you want to know?" Mikayla sassed.

Woohyun pulled out his cellphone and connected it to the car stereo.

"Find a song, and sing." Woohyun smiled.

"Ugh...really?" Mikayla whined.

"Yes, really." He laughed.

"B-But.."

"No but's."

"Fine, but don't look at me."

"How can I look at you if I'm driving." Woohyun chuckled.

A familiar song began playing, it was Ailee's song Singing Got Better. Mikayla turned to the window and began singing. Woohyun's eyes opened wide as Mikayla's beautiful voice filled his ears. He kept fighting the urge to look at her even though he was overwhelmed by her surprisingly big voice.

She c-can sing! This girl can really sing!! Now, I really wonder if she'll sign a deal with Woollim... Ahh I need to know if this is real...

Woohyun quickly caught a glimpse of Mikayla singing before the song ended. Mikayla saw Woohyun look at her and when the song finished she flicked his nose.

"I saw that!"

"Saw what?" Woohyun laughed.

"You looked at me!"

"Did I or was I looking at Ailee?" Woohyun joked.

"I wasn't that good." Mikayla said looking embarrassed.

"You're right...you were amazing. We should sing together one day." Woohyun said flashing one of his dashing smiles that caught her attention the first time they met.

"Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen." Mikayla laughed avoiding the urge to stare.

After an hour of listening to music and driving Woohyun had finally parked the car.

"Where ...are we?" Mikayla asked staring at the rocky mountain that was above a beautiful waterfall.

Woohyun unlocked the door and left his shoes and blue button up near the waterfall. Mikayla followed his lead and took off her leather jacket and shoes. She followed him up the pathway to the top of the mountain.

"Where are we again?"

"Confession Fall."

"Confession Fall? Why?"

"To get my confidence back." Woohyun smiled hysterically.

"And how exactly is this getting your confidence back?"

"I'm going to confess to myself." Woohyun stood at the tip of the mountain and smelled the fresh air.

"I MESSED UP AND POSSIBLY RUINED INFINITE'S CHANCE AT BEING LABELED AS THE BEST!" Woohyun screeched as he stood at the tip of the mountain with arms wide opened.

Mikayla smiled with a huge grin on her face as Woohyun took deep breaths.

"Your turn Mikayla."

"Oh okay..." Mikayla stood at the tip of the mountain.

"JONGHYUN LEFT ME AND I HAVE TO BE TWICE AS STRONGER THAN BEFORE!" Mikayla finally admitted to herself without a single tear falling.

"One more thing we have to do in order to complete our confession." Woohyun said before diving down the mountain and landing into the beautiful water.

"Nam?" Mikayla screamed out checking if he was okay.

"WOOO!" Woohyun screamed after swimming up gasping for air.

"You're crazy, you know that right?"

"Yeah kinda, now it's your turn." Woohyun screeched.

"I'm not doing that!" She screamed back shaking her head.

"Come on, you'll be fine. I'll help you if you have trouble swimming up." Nam assured.

"Aish...this crazy guy." Mikayla said pacing back and forth thinking about her decision.

"Any day now Mikayla." Woohyun joked.

"Ah, I'm coming." Mikayla said diving into the water.

She splashed and swam up gasping for air too. Mikayla swam around Woohyun laughing. She was extremely happy, the happiest Woohyun had ever seen her.  She noticed the barely noticable bruise on his cheek.

"That was fun." Mikayla said as she continued to swim around Woohyun.

"I'm glad to see you happy." Woohyun said as reached and grabbed Mikayla from behind.

Mikayla turned around and smiled at Woohyun. She couldn't contain her happiness. She was finally starting to feel better and free. Woohyun stared at her beautiful smile and her hair straight and wet. Woohyun couldn't stop himself and leaned in to kiss Mikayla. The two kissed passionately before Mikayla pulled away and touched the tiny bruise. Then she swam out of the water. Woohyun had a huge grin on his face, he had finally kissed her for real.

"Are you coming?"

"Where are we going" Woohyun said swimming out of the water.

"Somewhere warm with food." Mikayla laughed as she carried her shoes and jacket to the car.

Woohyun followed her and laid out blankets that were in the trunk so they wouldn't get Dongwoo's car too wet. Woohyun started driving and stopped by a little hotel since it was getting dark outside. The two walked into the hotel and booked the last room available.

"I'll get some food for us, you go up to the room." Woohyun said as he walked out of the hotel that to his surprise didn't serve food.

Mikayla scurried up the stairs to their room and locked the door. She had hoped in the shower while she could and changed into a long t-shirt and shorts, her usual pajamas. She tied her hair in a bun and sat down on the bed. Her phone started to ring and it was Taemin calling her.

M: Hey Tae

T: What did you do?

M: What are you talking about? Are you drunk again?

T: No, and I'm talking about with Jonghyun.

M: Why are you asking.

T: He's not acting the same as if someone broke his heart.

M: Well, why does it have to be my fault?!

T: Because I know you! Where ever you are there is trouble!

M: Stop yelling at me!

T: Mikayla do me a favor.

M: Why should I , you just said I'm trouble!

T: Stay away from Jonghyun! Just leave him alone okay? He is moving back into the dorm with the rest of SHINee. Just..don't stop him. Keep the house..he doesn't need it anymore. He needs to focus on SHINee

T: Mikayla? Are you still there?

Mikayla hung up the phone and her face turned red with anger. She weeped softly knowing that that must have been the end of her relationship. Was Jonghyun not man enough to tell me face to face?
