Oh god!

His family is beautiful, no wonder he is handsome. But I wonder if everyone’s attitude is the same as his. Well, Yoona is definitely not like him, she’s really rather kind compared to her cousin. So, maybe he is the only one. There will always be an exemption, right?

“Let’s sit down” Chanyeol whispered and I nodded. I trailed after him who was still holding my hand. He pulled out a chair for me and helped me sit properly, like a gentleman. He really knows how to act, doesn’t he?

“What a beautiful young lady we have here, Yeolie” the CEO of JYP Entertainment complimented and I just smiled gently.

“of course, haraboji. You can’t expect nothing but the best from me” Chanyeol answered back

“I am so excited to be your cousin-in-law Taeyeon, you and my cousin look so perfect together” Yoona commented which made me blush a little bit. I bowed and said my thanks for their compliment. The food was soon served after and we started to eat

“yah, Chanie!” the blonde haired girl called out

“dae, noona?”

“care to introduce us to her? We've been sitting here with for almost five minutes now but you still didn't introduce us to her.” she suggested raising an eyebrow

“oh right. Tae, I don’t need to introduce Yoona, Kris hyung and Sehun right?” he asked and I nodded

“okay! I want you to meet  my grandfathers, Lee Soo Man and Park Jin Young” he pointed the two men sitting beside Yoona. They both smiled at me.

"how come your name sounds so familiar?" JYP asked. "that's because I worked as JYPE's part time lyricist before, sir" I answered and his eyes widened.

"really?" he asked and I nodded. "I got her fired actually" Chanyeol said making all of the people in the room turn to him.

"he wanted my attention so much, he resorted to that" I explained and everyone burst out laughing, making fun of him and his ways.

“Okay, enough of that. Next, is Mr. and Mrs. Kwon, Jiyong hyung and Sandara noona”

“Call me Dara unnie, okay? I have to agree with you Youngie they fit each other really well and by the looks of it, you've got our Chanie so head over heels with you, Taeyeon” Dara unnie remarked

“I know right?” Yoona answered back

“Aish, I know, I know we fit each other. And yes, I am so in love with her, that's why I am marrying her. But for now, let me finish the introductions first, arasseo?” Chanyeol interrupted the two giggling ladies.

“ara, but I just want to tell you Tae. Welcome to the family” Dara unnie smiled warmly at me

“gomawo, unnie” I answered

“ok, let’s resume… Next to Dara noona is Cheondung hyung, Dara noona’s younger brother. And beside her is Minah, Cheondung hyung’s fiancé. You do know the two of them right?” he asked me.

“dae, Cheondung ssi and I were in the same club in high school” I answered

“ohw, right! I knew you looked familiar. You were the one who defeated me in the composition writing competition way back from high school” he exclaimed

“ah, dae. Mian, Cheondung ssi” I replied apologetically

“aigoo, that was years ago. You don’t need to apologize and call me oppa, arasseo?”

“and how about me, Taeyeon?” MInah asked as she clung to Cheondung oppa’s arm.

‘Bang Minah, Chanyeol’s ex-girlfriend’ I answered at the back of my head. I momentarily looked at Chanyeol. I can’t read any expression, I never did.

Yes, he is. I have no solid evidence, but I can feel that he is not being honest with everyone around him. He must be hurting or unhappy, I am not sure. But, one thing that I am sure of, is that the happy face that he is showing everyone is not the real him

“Well, I did tell her that you are my ex-girlfriend Minah” he cut my chain of thoughts as he flatly stated the fact about their past. Minah’s facial expression suddenly turned sour and the atmosphere turned a bit sullen

“but everything’s in the past now, right Minah?” he smiled at Minah, a smile that meant something

“ah dae” Minah smiled back. A sudden pain struck my chest but I can’t show it.

“well, aside from that is there anything else you can say about Minah, Tae?” Cheondung oppa interrupted

“ha? Dae, Minah ssi and I were in the same biology class” I stated

“really? How come I didn’t notice you back then?”

“ah, that’s probably because I didn’t look this way before” I answered sheepishly

“yeah, I remember you did have thick glasses back then” Cheondung answered

“and your hair was black and short” Sehun added

“wait… you two remember her?” the girl beside Kris asked

“she was always after me in the rankings” Sehun answered

“wow, so aside from being really pretty and talented in writing, you are really smart too?” Jiyong ssi asked

“aniya, I’m just average” I denied

“and she is really decent” Dara unnie added

“I wonder if Chanyeol really deserves you” Lee Soo Man commented

“aish, just a little while ago everyone was saying we fit each other and now you’re asking if I deserve her. Really guys” Chanyeol complained. Everyone just laughed at his whining
