- Onew's (Jinki) POV - (2 years ago)

I looked at Jihae for the last time and turned around and walked off towards the entrance of the plane.

I could hear her calling out to me. I wanted to turn back so badly.

But i knew that if i did, i wouldn't be able to go onto that plane.

I held my tears in and quickly walked into the plane.

I love you Jihae.

"So how was the flight to America Jinki?"

Jinki looked up at his grandmother and smiled.

"It was great."

Jinki's grandmother slightly smiled and continued eating quietly.

Jinki and his grandmother were having dinner with Sojung's family.

Sojung, as usual, was sitting next to Jinki, listening to everything he was saying.

"He was so quiet on the way! I thought he was dead!" Sojung laughed loudly, thinking her joke was funny.

Everyone else just softly laughed with her since they didn't want to be rude.

Jinki had dinner with Sojung's family every night.

But he started feeling bored with the same routine everyday so he decided to change things.

Jinki called his grandmother, telling her that he was going out for dinner.

Of course she was against it at first but finally agreed.

"But tomorrow night, you MUST eat dinner with Sojung."

Jinki rolled his eyes. "Whatever you say."

Jinki quickly got up and went outside to the large city.

Jinki felt like he could finally breathe.

He looked around for some good restaurants and cafes.

After he was done eating, it was already dark and the night clubs started opening.

Jinki decided to have a little fun and go into one.

He called up some of his old friends from childhood and asked if they wanted to meet up.

They gladly accepted and made a fake ID card for him since he was still underage.

As soon as Jinki stepped in, his head was filled with loud, pounding music and girls in short dresses.

His friends grabbed a seat near the dance floor and sat down.

They ordered some drinks and talked about how they've been for the past years.

Jinki was telling everyone his life story in korea when he suddenly thought of Jihae.

He decided not to mention Jihae and continued to laugh and drink with his friends.

He kept trying to ignore the pain he was feeling inside of his chest and decided to go dance on the dance floor.

As soon as he went on stage all the girls crowded around him, wanting to dance with him.

Jinki was totally out of it from drinking too much.

He ended up dancing with nearly every girl on the dance floor, making them fall for his charm.

One of his closest friend was watching him carefully.

He knew Jinki was hiding something and tried covering it up by getting drunk.

His friend got up and walked over to Jinki.

Some of the girls gasped at the friend's face and tried flirting with him.

But the friend ignored him and dragged Jinki away from the dance floor.

He told the other guys that him and Jinki were heading home first.

Jinki starting yelling that he didn't want to go home yet.

The friend ignored his yelling and dragged him out of the club.

As soon as they were out, Jinki started vommiting near the bushes.

His friend took out his handkerchief  and wiped Jinki's mouth.

"Come on, let's take you to my place."

Jinki let his friend put Jinki's arm around his shoulder and take a taxi home.

On the way home, Jinki quietened down and stopped yelling.

He quietly looked out the window and stared at all the lights in the city.

Jinki deeply sighed and closed his eyes.

"I.. I don't know what to do, Junhyung-ah."

As soon as they reached Junhyung's home, Junhyung quickly took him to the bedroom.

Jinki flopped down on the bed with Junhyung following straight after.

"Dude, you're so bloody heavy." Junhyung puffed a little and tried catching his breath.

Jinki chuckled and rubbed his face.

"What do you expect? I'm a full grown man."

Junhyung looked over at Jinki and laughed.

"Righhhht."

Junhyung got up and walked over to the table to get a glass of water.

"Here, drink this."

Junhyung passed the water over and sat down next to Jinki.

"You're still the same." Jinki looked down at his cup and smiled.

"Same what?" Junhyung curiously looked over at Jinki.

"Always taking care of me. Like an older brother."

This time, Junhyung smiled.

"We are brothers. Well not literally, but still."

Jinki chuckled and drank down the water.

There was a long pause between them because they both didn't know how to bring up the subject of what Jinki said in the taxi.

Junhyung cleared his throat and decided to speak first.

"So.. what don't you know what to do?"

Jinki placed the cup on the floor and laid back down.

"Well.. I blew my only chance to be happy."

"What? Howd you do that?"

Jinki sighed and explained the actual story he wanted to tell earlier. And this time, he included Jihae.

Junhyung carefully watched Jinki talk about Jihae.

Before Jinki could finish, Junhyung butted in.

"You .. seriously love this girl."

This took Jinki by surprise because no one has ever told him that.

Jinki slowly sat up with a confused look.

"How.. do you know?"

"Well, when you talk about her, your face completely changes .. you just can't explain. Never seen you like that before. But how did you blow your chance with her?"

Jinki sighed and flopped back down.

"I came here."

"Well why did you come here then?"

"I was forced. ..ish.. Well, I had no choice!"

"Are you sure?"

This caught Jinki off guard. He realised that he always rebelled against his parents but for this.. he didn't.

"." Jinki muttered to himself.

"Don't expect her to forgive you when you go back."

" And thanks for making me feel better."

Junhyung shrugged and laid down next to Jinki.

"From what you told me. You must of really broken her heart. I don't even know this girl but i feel really bad for her."

"I know.. i'm a jerk."

"You sure are."

Jinki glared at Junhyung and punched him on the arm.

"But what am i going to do when i go back?"

Junhyung didn't know how to reply to his question. But he did realise something strange. Jinki was really in love.

Junhyung has never seen Jinki like this. Jinki was never really serious about a girl.

As a matter of fact, Jinki never fell for a girl, ever.

Junhyung HAD to meet this girl.

"I don't deserve her."

Junhyung snapped out of his thoughts and looked at Jinki.

"What are you talking about? You're crazy about this girl! You can't just give up!"

Jinki sighed. "I'm not giving up. I want her to be happy.. after what i did."

I have to meet this Jihae girl.

Korea, here i come.
