DoubtI turned around and saw Hana was busily quarreling with Youngjae in that crowd. Yeah, you really didn’t abandon me like Hyosung did, Hana-ya. Was quarelling with Youngjae more important than me? I yelled in my mind.
“Just tell me your name, and then I’ll let you go.” I turned to him again before looking down at my hand that he was grabbing on. This was the first time my hand being held by a boy. His hand was wide and firm. It amazed me. But no! I didn’t even know him. He shouldn’t grab my hand!
“Your hand.” I said coldly. “Stop grabbing my hand!” I frowned.
“But I like your hand.” He said bluntly before smiling. His eyes shaped like crescent when he smiled. He really was handsome. I gaped both because of what he said and his crescent shaped eyes.
“But I don’t know you. You’re not allowed to touch my hand.” I argued as I tried to pull my hand from his strong grip. But he was too strong.
“Then say your name.” I sighed. He really wouldn’t stop. If only Hana was here, she would be defending for me.
“Shouldn’t you say your name first before asking the other person’s name?” Actually, I didn’t care about his name. I just wanted to stop this, so I could go to see our team before they go. Before Daehyun go.
“Kai. So your name?” He winked. Oh, it made my stomach hurt. But wait, he said Kai? It felt like I heard that name a lot today.
“The pitcher?” I asked and my hand stopped from wiggling. If it’s right that he was the pitcher from other school then…
“Yes.” … I disliked him.
I glared at him when he folding his arms on his chest. He looked so proud. Oh, he was really annoying. Was he so proud to make my school’s team lose? Even if he had amazing skills, couldn’t he play ordinarily, not like a pro? It was only friendly match though. I didn’t expect anything big. At least, let our team played happily. I saw how they played in stress today.
I tried hard not to let my tears down as I remembered how Daehyun always fallen asleep in every morning class because of long, hard exercises. Now, I really wanted to see him.
As my hand had been free from his grip, I turned around and ran. I sighed and stomped on the road when he successfully grabbed my wrist, stopping me. In the far, in the crowd, I saw Daehyun was surrounding by girls from our school. His face looked red as he smiled sheepishly. The girls must be praising him right now. I didn’t know why, but the view was hurting me.
“Just tell me your name! Then you can go-.” He paused when I turned around to him. My vision was blurred. “Hey, I’m sorry. It’s ok if you do
