Give Your Heart A Break“What the hell was that for Jennie?” Lalice groaned as they reached to lift lobby.
“What is it?” Jennie calmly asked her as she pressed the lift button.
“Why did you reject his offer? We all know we had vocal practice this morning. Now what will they think of us?!”
Jennie sighed as she pressed on her temples. “Lalice, is it the end of the world if I rejected them? Do they know our schedules? Does it matter what they think of us?” she asked the frustrated girl who grew silent by the leader’s response.
She then scanned through her members, who had a mixed expression of guilt and disappointment.
“Don’t tell me you girls were looking forward to it too…” she threateningly asked.
Nobody dared to respond to the leader, not even the older members.
The lift reached their level and opened its doors. The girls sauntered inside tiredly. Their body was tired from all the late night practice they had perfecting the routine.
“Let’s go home, unnie.” Miyeon pleaded Jennie.
“Yeah, sure. We all need some rest. Let’s go home.” Jennie smiled.
The girls sighed with relief. At last, some rest.
