“He’s dead.” Jisoo said and bit her lips

For a slight moment, Bobby felt relieved but then the feeling of guilt took over. He shouldn’t be happy when she lost someone so dear to her.

“I’m…. so sorry for your lost, Jisoo.”

“It’s not your fault.” She shook her head and forced a smile, “You didn’t even know him… but it would be great if you guys did. You two share the same name…. and personality.”

“You mean he was just like me?”

Jisoo nodded and sipped on the banana milk. “That’s why I feel comfortable with you.”

Bobby felt a warm feeling in his heart when she said that.

“H-how did he…”

“Car accident.” She responded quickly. She hates recalling that tragic moment and she still blamed herself for it.

“We had a huge argument that day, I stormed off and he chased me. I was so mad that I ran away from him across the street. The next thing I know…” Jisoo trailed off as she wipes away the tears forming in her eyes.

“He pushed me off the road and he was knocked down by a van.” She sniffed

“Oh my god….” was all Bobby could say. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders again and she leaned her head on his shoulders, sobbing.

“I tried… I tried to save him… but it was too late.” She sobbed harder as she recalled holding him in her arms as he bled on the road.
