“Do I have something on my face Mr Kim?” Jennie asked.

She felt a strange feeling- as if he was staring at her intently. Honestly, it gave her a shiver down her spine. It was uncomfortable, but it felt good.

“Uh…n-no! Sorry! I didn’t mean to- ”

“You should start on the rap, dude.”

“Yes Mam’!”

He grabbed the pencil tightly and started writing whatever was in his mind at the moment.

Jennie softly hummed the tune of the song to get a feel of it for the lyrics.

“Take your time but take it easy~” she sang as her eyes were fixed on the writing pad.

She paused and scrunched her nose as she tried to figure out how to replace the lyrics with Korean language.

“So how long have you been studying in the New Zealand?” B.I quietly asked her as he continued writing the lyrics.

Why do you have to know that?

“About five years.”

“Wow that is a long time. No wonder you’re good in English.”

She internally smiled but thanked him coolly anyway.

Jennie unconsciously frowned and bit her lips. She found it a bit difficult to write a love song again.

“Hey, you okay?” B.I asked

Jennie bit her lips harder and shut her eyes tight.

“I c-can’t find the right words….”she sighed

B.I gazed at her worriedly. “Do you need help? Is there anything I can help you with?”

“Nah it’s fine… ”

The fingers on her right hand smoothly ran against her left wrist.<
