Chapter 4

“I’m Siwon from Super Junior.” Said Siwon

“Yes, Hi…I’m Hannah from Mademoiselle.” Said Hannah

“Yeah…I’ve seen you before isn’t it?” said Siwon

He remembers her? Oh no…

“Yes, you dropped by to see your friend while we were taping a show.” Said Hannah suddenly remembering the embarrassing moment.

“Yeah, it was a funny show.” Said Siwon.

Funny…yes it was a comedy variety show.

“Ummm…yeah…” heat crawled up Hannah’s cheek and her face instantly became red. It was easy to see from where Siwon is sitting.

She’s embarrassed.

“I didn’t know your name then though you mentioned you were from Mademoiselle.” Said Siwon

He has finally gotten their group’s name right…Hannah thought he’d call them ‘French Girl group’.

“Ummm yes. Our Group’s name is a bit hard to pronounce so we are sometimes called Madame…” said Hannah

“Ah that’s great…Madame is shorter.” Said Siwon

And then there was silence for a couple of minutes.

“Ummm I already ordered food for us. I am not sure what you prefer…is there anything specific you would like?” asked Siwon

“Oh it’s ok…I’d have whatever you ordered.” Said Hannah.

“You don’t have any allergies do you?” asked Siwon

“No…No I don’t.” said Hannah “I eat…everything.”

Hannah felt dry. She grabbed the glass of water but it slipped from her hand and it poured water to the other side of the table. Siwon got wet. He instantly stood up.

Hannah closed her eyes afraid that Siwon would shout at her.

“I’m so sorry…I’m so sorry.” Said Hannah standing up and taking a tissue paper to give Siwon.

“No it’s fine.” Said Siwon taking a step back from his chair and grabbing his own tissue paper.

“It’s fine don’t worry.” Said Siwon.

Hannah caught something in Siwon’s eye…is that irritation? But it was just for a second…did she just imagine it?

“Hey, you ok?” asked Siwon

“Umm…I’m just sorry I wet you.” Said Hannah

“You looked shock. It was an accident so don’t worry about it.” Said Siwon. The food started coming in.

“Let’s enjoy the food, all right?” asked Siwon

“Ok…” Hannah went back to her seat…what an awful way to start the marriage.

“You…are you nervous?” asked Siwon

This is the 3rd time someone noticed it since earlier today.

“Yes…I’m sorry…when I’m nervous I get really clumsy…I mean…” Hannah gave up efforts to explain. “I’m sorry.” Said Hannah

“You say sorry too much. Don’t worry. That’s normal. I’m also nervous. This is my first time getting married.” Said Siwon

That made Hannah laugh

“Yeah…me too.” Said Hannah

Siwon chuckled.

“That’s great. You’re my first wife and I’m your first husband.” Said Siwon.

First…why does that suddenly don’t feel right?

“Oh Beef.” Said Hannah

“You don’t like beef?” asked Siwon

“No…I love it…I am a bit anemic…so I need iron rich food…Beef is good.” Said Hannah

“Oh, I’m glad to know…I mean not that you’re anemic…but that I ordered the right food for you.” Said Siwon

“Thank you.” Said Hannah nodding.

They ate in silence.

“You don’t normally talk when you eat?” asked Siwon “You’re very silent.”

“Oh…I do talk a lot…” said Hannah “I’m just nervous right now.”

“Oh…all right…” said Siwon

“How about you…Do you…do you talk while eating?” asked Hannah

“I rarely do…that’s why I’m not good at dating…that’s why I’m a bit awkward now…” said Siwon

“Oh…that’s fine…The food is good.” said Hannah
