"What did you just said?" Minae asked me with full of food she's just chewing

"Kyuhyun and I haven't talked to each other for a while now. He goes and arrives like no one is with him. it really feels like the Kyuhyun I first met." I sighed as I played on the food on my plate. Pain throbs inside my chest and it feels like tears will fall down any moment. He just stopped talking to me. He's a total different person.

"Why? What happened?" She quickly gulped a glass of cold water and took off her eyeglasses. 

"I don't know, he became so cold as ice after the night he left me alone to help Victoria.." I confessed what's messing in my head for days.

"Really he just did that?" Minae asked me.."He did that?"

"Yeah.. then we argued the night when he finally arrived.. and since then we never talked." I sighed and tears eventually fell.

"I can't believe  he can do that.." She sighed. I know she's dis appointed with him. "Do you want me to talk to him?" 

I shook my head. 

"I understand Thea.. give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he's trying to explain to you but you are both angry." Minae reached her hand on mine and squeezed it. 

"Thanks my friend for being always here to listen.." I smiled and she nods.

"You were always there when I needed you when I get dumped by my ex.." She laughs.. "I think he's also anxious about Leeteuk's enlistment.."

I paused. yes, days from now Park Jungsoo will be enlisting. 

"Yongwoon told me that the younger ones are so emotional about this. Maybe that's one of the reason that he is acting strange." She explains 

"I think so.." I bitterly smiled. My phone vibrates and I immediately took it out from my pocket.

Kyuhyun: Where are you?

"He just texted.. He's asking where am I." I smiled and Minae clapped her hands 

Me: Having lunch with Minae

Kyuyhyun: Can we talk?

Me: Sure.

Kyuhyun: I'll be home at 3pm.

Me: Are you okay?

Kyuhyun: Yes

Me: Okay. See you.

Kyuhyun: See you

"What?" Minae is trying to fish some information

"He said he want's to talk" My heart beats fast and aches at the same time.

"That's good! At least he wants to talk about it. That's a good sign!" She cheered for me 

"Hope so!" 

"Whatever it is Thea, remember I am always here for you."
