Breakfast with Channie
The Undercover PrinceBreakfast with Channie
It turned out that the invitation for breakfast was a more tête-à-tête between her and Himchan in his
suite. She received a call by Victoria early in the morning inviting her for breakfast. Sulli was surprised since she agreed with the star’s invitation last night because she thought they would eat together at the hotel’s restaurant. This was totally out of the blue and she started to chant to herself; something she does whenever she was nervous.
I must not fangirling him … I must NOT fangirling him …I MUST NOT fangirling him …
Sulli was greeted by Victoria at the door and was shown to the living room where a generous breakfast spread was set on the dining table; breakfast for two.
“Channie is in the showers. He’ll be out soon, Miss Choi” said the pretty manager.
“Just call me Sulli, unnie” said Sulli with a smile.
“He must really like you, Sulli. I’ve never seen Channie having a hard time ordering breakfast” gesturing the spread with laughter in her eyes, “He nearly ordered the whole buffet”
Sulli blushed.
“He looks like he’s a playboy but trust me, my boy rarely shows interest in girls but when he does, I am more than happy to let him date them, discreetly of course. He worked too hard and he is too young not to enjoy youth” finished Victoria, reaching Sulli’s hand and patting it.
She didn’t know what to reply since she was still digesting what Victoria told her.
Himchan’s manager smiled kindly and asked her to have a seat. She was going downstairs to join the others. Sulli was left alone in the living room and after a few minutes of waiting, she heard a door opening behind her. She turned to see Himchan emerging from his bedroom wearing tight black jeans and a white singlet. He looked like he just got out of the shower and quickly donned his clothes. A small towel was around his neck and his hair was still wet.
“Sorry, Sulli. Vicky noona insisted for privacy. I hope you’re okay with it” he asked apologetically as he came and sat down beside her
“Ahh! … uhmm! I’m fine” Sulli nodded. She was a bit flustered having a handsome celebrity sitting so close to her and smelling of fresh citrus.
“I’m famished … I’m sure you’re hungry too and we still have some time before the session starts. Shall we?” he invited, standing up.
As they eat, Sulli noticed that Himchan was not the kind of guy she thought he was. He was very polite, funny and considerate. He readily smile at her and she found it quite pleasant talking to him. This was the opposite of his brooding, aloof and mysterious image he has on stage. So it was easy for her to overcome her shyness and started talking comfortably.
