Tumbling Emotions

Dear chingus, subbies and readers ...

I'm sorry for the short hiatus of this fic. As you know, my baby had chicken pox and recently was warded for a couple of days due to a secondary infection and hi-fever. So, I was a full-on mommy mode :) but now that he's getting better, I will try to update somewhat regularly.

For compensation, I have updated two chapters for today.

Minho was immaculate in his work and also decisions, that was why President Choi had asked him to be VP2 (Vice President 2) overlooking the local business while his elder brother, Siwon, who was now VP1, will be running the international front of CC Corps. His unplanned coming out was a surprised to everybody but everybody agreed that he was the right person to be shouldering the responsibilities left by his father. Working together, the two brothers were doing fine in keeping the company running smoothly.

President Choi Hyuk Man was now on an undetermined hiatus due to personal and health matters. He did not recover fully after the Sulli incident. The Sulli incident! What an apt name. It could also be used to explain what had happened to him. He also had a Sulli incident, leaving him aching and torn inside. Sitting on the sofa of his living room, still in his work clothes, tie undone, Minho silently reviewed what happened in the past months. The television was on but nothing registered.

From Key, he learned that Sulli went to see her mom that night and stayed there for a few days. She didn’t show up to work and later tendered her resignation via e-mail. It was frustrating that his people who were following her had actually let the mother and daughter slipped through their surveillance. It took them another infuriating week to be able to locate them again. They found the ladies in Jeju and they were safe.

Minho would have gone and confronted her immediately but he wasn’t sure about their connection with each other. He remembered how Siwon’s revelation devastated him. The thought that Sulli was his half-sister was completely unbearable and it killed him in the inside slowly. He didn’t know whether he could ever be able to face Sulli again or changed his feelings to a more brotherly manner. He saw her as a woman first and he wasn’t sure he could see her as a sister now. So much so, that he only asked the men to keep an eye on them but did not go further to do any background work. He was too afraid what he might find out if dig too deep.
