"Jae! Have you gotten a dress yet?"

I shifted my book slightly, only to reveal my best friend's beaming smile, the smile boys would die for.

"Do I look like I have time for prom? Besides, everybody's gonna be grinding on each other anyway. I don't want that!"

"Oh, loosen up already, your story books won't fly away. Seungjo is going to be there too~"

Hanmi looked at me with a smirk.

"*sigh* I'll get one today,"

"I knew it! Don't wear something from the 1960s!"

She hollered as she ran for her next class I rolled my eyes and left for home.

*Prom night*

'Oh God. What the truffles have I got my into?' I thought as I walked into the hall only to see students grinding with loud booming music, some making out at the corner of the room. I was wearing something I usually wouldn't wear at all, a sleek black strapless dress that stops halfway down my thighs and black stilettos to match, aside from that I have smoky makeup on and my natural curls falling on my sides. Ugh, Mom really over did it, but seeing this place looks no different from a damn club my look totally matches, the teachers here don't care either.

"OH MY LORD, JAEKYUNG?!"

Hanmi shouted over the music while looking at me like I had turned into a unicorn.

"What? do I look bad? why are you looking at me like that?"

I instantly bombarded her with questions as her look of disgust made me very uncomfortable.
