“it’s like you’re screaming, but no one can hear. You almost feel ashamed that someone could be that important, that without them you feel like nothing. No one will ever understand how much it hurts, you feel hopeless but nothing can save you. And then you came along.” Said Baekhyun as he smiled up to the tall boy next to him.

“Baek... i-“ he stammered, not sure what to say the younger male wrapped his arms around the boy who sat next to him in the sand. “I just want to thank you, it’s the least I can do after all you’ve done for me. “ The elder said as he leaned into the embrace. “I’m the one supposed to thank you, you’re the one that showed me true love does exists.” The taller male whispered against the other’s neck. “Chanyeol—what are you saying?”

“I’m saying that I-“ “Hey guys! Hurry up or we’ll be late for the party!” Luhan yelled from a distance.

“Let’s go,” Chanyeol said as he stood up. “Hey wait up, what did you want to say?” Baekhyun asked as he tugged on his wrist. “Later, I promise.” Chanyeol said, but Baekhyun had heard those words before and the smile that went along those words broke his heart, again.
