The moment you lay eyes on her, everything about her literally screams hiphop from her clothes, to the way she walks. More so when you hear her speak, her swagger is just everywhere. With her curvaceous body, whenever and wherever she passes by all the boys turn their heads to stare but Shinae isn’t the type to flirt.

She easily gets in to fights, especially in the scene that she hangs out on. Other girls accused her of flirting with their boyfriends though none of them were true. She looks fierce and ready to pounce at any time but only to warn off those strangers and unwanted people. With her almond-shaped brown eyes, small pointed nose and beautiful pouty lips, she was perfect in every way. But there was more to Shinae than her good looks and physique.

Behind her looks, lies a simple girl with a passion for the performing arts. She has an exceptionally beautiful singing voice but prefers to rap. She loves to imitate her brother rapping all the time. When she was younger, she dances ballet but now she prefers popping, locking and break dancing.

She likes to hang out with her friends, which are mostly boys. You’ll often see her laughing and punching her friends that you might mistake her to be tomboyish. She also eats a lot, sometimes much more than her friends but she never gains any weight. She’s very loyal to her friends and takes good care of them. She’s almost more of a mother to her friends than anything.

Whenever she has spare time, she can be seen in book stores or coffee shops enjoying a macchiato with a good book to read. She tends to be a mess sometimes, she misplaces a lot of her things in the dorm. She sometimes gets frustrated over the smallest of details. She prefers to wear comfortable basic clothes like sweat pants and racer backs always ready to bust a move but if needed, she can put on a kick- outfit.

She has a strong personality, saying what she want and not thinking of anyone else though it has minor setbacks.  She sometimes says things that hurt other people without realizing it. There are also times when her temper flares up and she just explodes on everyone but once she cools down, she knows that she has to make amends. She's also stubborn, doing what she wants, when she wants it. Though, Shinae is very well disciplined when it comes to her training. She has a deep sense of justice and does what she can to make anyone feel better which is why she was chosen as leader.
