Haejung finally reached the top of the stairs. She looked at her rooftop house and her heart sank. Memories of her and Teenfinite flooded her mind. Tears sprang up from her eyes, but she immediately wiped them away.

“I’m not going to cry. Be strong Haejung and don’t cry.” She told herself.

Unlocking her door, Haejung dropped her bag onto the ground and slipped off her shoes. She made her way to her bedroom when she spotted the plushies that Teenfinite, Triple B, and one teddy bear that G-Dragon bought her.

That made her stomach churned.

She couldn’t help but break down into tears. She placed her hand over and muffled her sobs. She slowly sank to the floor. Her tears rolled down her cheek and fell onto the floor. Haejung pulled up her knees and hugged them.

*I hate this. I hate this so much.* She repeated in her head.

Teenfinite walked lifelessly into their apartment. They didn’t speak to each other on the ride back. They just couldn’t. They didn’t know what to say.

They each went to different parts of the apartment to be by themselves. Each of them were thinking about the words that Haejung said earlier. It was repeating itself in their heads over and over again.

It was like a broken tape recorder that wouldn’t move on. Hearing those heartbreaking words repeat themselves made it worse for Teenfinite. They felt like they were suffocating.

Unconsciously, tears started to roll down their cheeks. They muffled their sobs so that the closest member couldn’t hear them. They just couldn’t hold their tears anymore. Haejung, their life, was upset and it made them also upset.

They were disappointed in themselves that they weren’t able to help her this time. It was because of them that Haejung was having a hard time. They weren’t strong enough to protect her from harm, not physically but emotionally.
