Okay, so this was inspired by a fanfic I read where it said that CAP treats Niel like his daughter,  the Juniel and Niel performance with the picture and the comment someone made about it, the CAP saying he would beat his daughter incident, the interview where he said he will no marry, and my like of Changniel. :D
