“Come on everyone!” The members looked towards their manager, who had a large smile on his face, “We don’t want to be late for your Music Bank performance!” The members smiled and put their fists up as to say, “Fighting.”

Everyone filed out of the van, the middle seat first and then the back. They were smiling, enjoying the fact that they had their fans out waiting for them. Daniel and Minsoo walked closely together as they usually do, while Chunji and L Joe were playing with Ricky. Changjo walked coolly behind the rest of them, occasionally waving out to their fans. They neared the entrance.

“Out of my way!” A girl ran past them, trying to get through, but she seemed to be angry, she shoved Changjo out of her way before running off. He was caught off guard, and he ended up falling into the street. A loud thud and a crack resonated throughout the area.

“What are you doing?!” Chunji called out after her. She didn’t look back though; she just kept on running. Fans were screaming and the members came back running. Changjo clutched his hand and closed his eyes tightly, willing the pain to disappear.

“!” He hissed. The members kneeled down next to Changjo.

“It’ll be okay,” said Chunji. “We’ll take you to the clinic.” Chunji then looked to Minsoo to see what they should do.

“Move, I’ll take him to the car,” he said. Minsoo bent down, and with the help of their manager, lifted Changjo into his arms. He situated him, but Changjo struggled.

“I can walk,” he said. Minsoo just held him tighter, yet Changjo continued to wiggle. Daniel came over to his side and put his hand on his shoulder.

“Calm down Changjo, Daniel pleaded, “It’s just to be safe. We need to take you to the hospital. None of us want it to get worse if there is something wrong.”

“What about the recording?” He tried to argue. They shook their heads.

“I’ll tell them that you guys will go last,” said the manager.

“If they don’t?” Asked Changjo.

“They will,” he replied. Minsoo placed Changjo in the van while he sat in the front with their manager. Chunji, Ricky, and L Joe filed into the back. Daniel stood there contemplating.

“Sit here Niel,” said Changjo as he mad to get up, but Daniel just held him down.

“No, you lay there. I’ll sit on the floor,” he said. Before anyone could say anything, he got in and sat in front of Changjo on the floor, legs spread before him. As soon as the door closed, their manager sped off in the direction of the hospital.

“You guys should stop treating me like a baby,” complained Changjo. “I’m a man no-,” he tried to say, but a bump caused him to move his hand, which cause him to wince in pain and try to clutch it without further hurting himself. Daniel quickly scooted closer to him and put his hand on his arm to try and calm him down.

“Doesn’t matter, you’re our baby, maknae,” called out L Joe. He leaned over the seat and put his fingers through Changjo’s hair. Changjo just looked at him with a pout, but he couldn’t help but smile at knowing that his hyungs worried over him.

“We’re here!” Called out their manager before taking a sharp turn which caused most of the occupants to jerk forward. Luckily, Daniel was able to keep Changjo in place, but not without hitting his own head. “What was that?!”

“Nothing!” Daniel called out. Minsoo came out and swung the door open before grabbing Changjo and carrying him into the hospital. The rest of the members came jumping out as well, but L Joe stopped to wait for Daniel.

“Come on,” he said as he offered out his hand. Daniel gladly accepted as he kept his other hand on his head. “You okay?” He asked. Daniel nodded, and L Joe went on into the hospital. Daniel removed his hand from his head and looked at it; only realize that he was bleeding.

“Dang it,” he huffed. He quickly closed the door before jogging into the hospital, making sure that he didn’t let the others see.

“Alright, it seems like only his hand is injured and that he scraped his chin. It will be sore for a couple of days, but I’m more worried about your hand.” The doctor then looked over to their manager. “I’ll need to take him in for some x-rays.” Their manager nodded an acceptance. Changjo walked away with the doctor, holding his arm closely.

“Manager, should I call the station?” Asked Chunji. He nodded before handing him his cell phone.

“I’ll call Andy,” said Minsoo. Their manager nodded to him as well before handing him his emergency phone.

“Why do you carry two phones?” Asked Ricky. Their manager couldn’t help but to smile at Ricky and his innocence. It seems to calm him down in a way.

“One is for regular business and the other is specifically for Andy.” He patted Ricky on the head before heading to the waiting room. L Joe grabbed onto Ricky’s shoulder and smiled. L Joe looked around confusedly.

“Where’s Niel?” He asked, not noticing the roll of the eyes that Ricky gave.

“He probably went to the bathroom.” L Joe looked back at Ricky and nodded. They headed to the waiting room with their manager. Chunji came back soon after followed by Minsoo.

“The director for Music Bank said that they will film us last, and try to wait for us, but he doesn’t guarantee anything.” Everyone nodded. “I, for one, don’t think that Changjo should perform. He should rest and we can just do next week’s performance.”

“It’s Changjo’s decision,” said Minsoo. They all looked over to him. “I talked with Andy, and he says to focus on Changjo. If we have time, we can go back and try to perform only if Changjo wants to. We can’t make the decision for him.” Chunji wanted to retort, but L Joe stopped him. He gave him a look, and all that Chunji could do was sit back down.

“Where’s Niel?” Asked their manager. Everyone looked around to notice that they haven’t really see Niel since they left the van.

“He probably just went to the bathroom,” said Ricky. “We can just wait for him.” Minsoo stood straight from leaning on the wall.

“I’m going to go look for him,” he said. Everyone nodded except Ricky, who had an unrecognizable look in his eyes.
