A week passed smoothly.....

Haejin's POV

" ANIYAA!!!! I TOLD U HUNDRED OF TIMES ALREADY!!! THE JAPANESE WERE DEFEATED DURING WORLD WAR TWO BECAUSE THE USA THREW BOMBS AT HIROSHIMA AND NAGASAKI , JAPAN , ON AUGUST 1945..!!! CANT YOU GET THIS CRAP INTO YOUR BRAIN... PROCESS IT INTO YOUR BRAINS... " I scolded Sungjae..

" But i can't remember " He pouted " Its so hard.. How did you memorise this crap.... "

" Because i'm hardworking.. Unlike you! Even if you have a job already , studying is still important.. How long do you think an idol life can last you...?? Once your old , you will be out of this industry already.. Please study hard.. You still need to lead a company... " i reprimanded

" Naggy... " he whispered....

" Hiaz... " i sighed as i stood up to reach for my phone near the stove...

' I'll be watching your every step. I'll make you regret for what you done. My revenge starts now officially. '

i dropped my phone upon seeing the message..

" Waeyo?? " Sungjae called me as he picked up my phone

" Nothing... My tummy suddenly hurts.. Cramp.. Girl's monthly... " I laughed it off as i snatched my phone back...

' who the hell was that....... Jieun? ' i thought as Sungjae flipped through his textbook

Sungjae broke the silence , " Where do you want to have lunch?? " -silence-

" Yeobo?? " he shook me

" Uhhh? "

" I was asking where you want to have lunch at?? " he asked again

" Anywhere... Anywhere is great... " I smiled

" What about at the chinese restaurant i told you about? "

" Ding tai feng? " I said with a china accent...

" Yeah.. that restaurant.. Yah! Don't use your bilinguism on me... Show offff.. " he dragged me to his car

" What... I am not!!! Your just jealous that im better aint it? " I teased

" pfft. " he pouted

 

Ding Tai Feng Restaurant

" A table for? " a china lady asked us

" Two.. " i said

She led us to a quiet spot facing the window.. A clear view of the Han River.

" Today's special is the 'Buddha Jump Over the wall' . would you like a serving? " She asked

" Ah... fuo tiao qiang..... " I unconsiously said

" O! you can speak chinese? " she askedd me in chinese

" Yes.. I can.. Ermh.. May i get the fuo tiao qiang , fried rice with shrimp and egg and stir fried dou miao with shrimp(vegetable).. two set each.. " I replied in chinese

" Ok.. I'll get to your order immediately.. Your chinese is spoken really clearly and well, i am amazed." She spoke in korean left with a wide smile on her face.

" What did you order?? " SUngjae asked

" You'll see it later... " I smiled back

" Sungjae... Wait for me.. I'll be back.. I'll go to the washroom first.. "

" Alright... Be back quick.. " He smiled

As i walked to the toilet.. I felt uncomfortable.. I sensed something was about to happen...

After i finished using the toilet , i washed my hair and looked at my hair. I saw a figure nearing me

I turned around , " who are you? " i asked

" I said i will make you regret girl. I will.. Why did you steal Sungjae away from me " She grabbed my shirt. " Why did you...? Who are you??? " She slapped me

" Jieun ah... Please... I didn't steal him away from you... " I pleaded as tears rolled down my eyes...

-knock knock-

" Haejin... Are you inside? Why are you taking so long.. " Sungjae knocked on the door outside

' Sungjae you saved my life... ' i thought as Jieun let go of me and hid..

" Neh.. I am fine.. Wait for me.. " i called out as i arranged myself and hid the red mark on my face with concealor...

" Why did you take so long? " he asked as i went out

" Aniya... I didn't ... i was putting on make up.. I think my basic makeup i put this morning wasn't well done.. " I replied as we left back to our seat.

" Arrasso.... The soup has arrived... Let's drink.. " Sungjae led me back to the table

 

- Later

We finished our food.. And paid for our lunch before we left to shop...

We shopped around the shop houses... As we shopped and shopped , our tummy started growling.

" Oppa .... I am hungry... " I pouted...

" Aigooo nado.. It must be because of the weather. Its soo cold... " He said as he touched my hands..

" Yeobo.. Your hands are freezing.. " He exclaimed as he put my hands in his jacket's pocket....

' so warm' i thought

" Do you want to eat those fish cakes?? " he led me infront of the stall

" I love it! " I exclaimed

" Ahjussi. Can we have two sticks?? " He bought it

I tried the fish cake with spicy sauce...

' why isn't there any taste?? ' i thought as i added more chilli paste on it...

" Yah! Yeobo.. Its soo spicy already , why are you adding more???? " His eyes widened

" oppa.... I can't taste.... I can't feel anything inside my mouth... Oppa... What is happening to me...?? " i started crying

" ahh.. yeoboo ahh... Let's get you to the hospital.... " He immediately brought me to the hospital..

" Yeobosaeyo?? Jiwon hyung? Are you working today?? My wife has some problems.. We are on our way to the hospital now.. Neh hyung.. Gomawo... " Sungjae hung up

" Who did you call? " i asked

" My older cousin.. He is a doctor.. Thank god his is free now.... He can see us now " We alighted the car as we walked into the hospital to find that Jiwon hyung of sungjae's

Suddenly from afar... I saw Jieun smirking at me... I tightened my grip onto sungjae's arm... She drew a line across her neck..

' she wants me to die? she was the one who did it? ' i shrugged at the thought as we entered a room

" Hyung... Help me... Haejin lost her taste and touch in .... " Sungjae worriedly explained the situation

" Let me have a look at .. " Jiwon-shi checked

" what do you taste inside your mouth? " He asked

" I feel like my mouth is bleeding.. The smell of metal is inside my mouth" I replied

he examined my tongue and checked my blood.

After running several tests.. He came back in with a report.

" Sungjae ah.. Haejin-shi... By any chance did you do any RAI recently? " he asked

" Anii... I never had any cross path with RAI.... "

" Then did you take Angiotensin for any reason? "

" ani... I never touched that... Doesn't that cause one to lose taste?? " I remembered what my biology teacher ever taught me before

" Neh... what was the last thing you ate.. ? "

" we ate at a chinese restaurant.... " Sungjae said

" Someone might have added that in.. I'll prescribe you some medications to try get this off.. There is absolutely nothing you can do to get it away now.. This will last at least a give and take of 2 to 3 weeks .. If there are any problems , ask suungjae to contact me immediately alright?? " Jiwon-shi said

" Neh;.. Kamsahapnida... " we thanked him and left

 

" Who could have done this to my Haejin........ " he thought

i kept silent as i didn't want him to know

" Jieun... " my eyes widened as he guessed correctly

" YES! she is the only one who could do such a dirty trick on others... She is so dead" he said angrily as he called someone

" Myungsoo Hyung , That jieun girl added some drug onto Haejin's food.. Now she has lost her taste.. It will last for 2-3weeks... And im sure it is Jieun... " SUngjae said angrily

" Yeobo.. Lets get home quickly... " we went home

 

Sungjae's POV

' Haejin must have knew something about this.. She was silent since we were at the hospital until now... '

Just then a phone rang... I glanced over and saw Haejin's phone ringing

' An unknown number'

i raised the phone and answer.. Before i could say anything , someone cut me off

" How was my first revenge felt like?? Is the taste nice??? This isnt the end.. I will continue to do more... Watch out Jang Haejin.. This will never end until one of us dies..... "

the call ended after that person spoke..

I looked through her phone and found a message

' I'll be watching your every step. I'll make you regret for what you done. My revenge starts now officially. '

This message must be linked with the call...

I tried to recall that familiar voice.. But my train of thoughts doesn't seem to match..

I left Haejin's phone aside as i lied down on the bed and thought.

" Oppa... WHat are you thinking?? Why are u thinking soo deeply? " she lied on the bed and hugged me

" Ani.. I was just thinking of what happened today.... I will find out who that person is... And i'll make sure that person gets it from me.... " I cursed out loud

" AIgooo... don't worry , i'll be fine soon.. No one will harm us alright?? " She said as if she knew what i was thinkin about.

" By any chances , did you receive any threat messages.? " i hinted her out

" ANI... I didn't....wae-waeyo?? " she stuttered.. She is lying....

" Ani... just curious.. Why are you so tensed up? " i looked at her as i massage her shoulders...

" I am not.. Oppa... Your tired right?? Let's sleep now alright?? " she said..

" Chakaman ( Wait) ! I have to make a call to manager hyung first... I'll comeback soon alright.. You can sleep first if you want... " I told her as she lied on her pillow looking at the ceiling.

" Ani.. i'll wait for you.. I'll watch tb first alright? QUickly come back.. " she told me as i took my leave to the living room...

 

" Myungsoo hyung.... Have you told Infinite hyungs about it already??? There is more now... I suspect it is Jieun.. She is planning another thing now.. She had sent a threat message to Haejin this morning.. And just now , when she was bathing , someone called Jieun's phone and threatened her...  The voice is very familliar... Like i have heard it before... Im sure that voice isn't Jieun's... But..." I dragged

" Sungjae... I'll check it through... Tomorrow i'll pass u a sim card , slot it inside Haejin's phone..  This will enable us to receive whatever Haejin receives... Don't worry the number will still be the same.. But we are just inserting a tracking device , this can also allow us to track where she is if she is lost. And have you inform Hyunsik??? " He asked

" Ani.. I'll call hyunsik hyung now... Thanks myungsoo hyung..... "

We hung up as i called hyunsik hyung

" Received my message? " i asked

" Neh... Hyung is going to check it out... Myungsoo sunbae also told me about it... Right now I will go over to Infinite's dorm with our members to discuss a plan.. In the mean time , you keep Haejin safe... Try to cook home food from now on... DO everything yourself... When you go out , tell hyung.. We will deploy some body guard to protect both of you alright.... Please stay safe... Don't let Haejin know anything about this plan. Woohyun sunbae said that she will get freaked out easily... Arrasso?? Your duty is heavy... Perform well... The hyungs will do the rest... " he said and hanged up

I dragged myself back to Haejin's room; There i saw , Haejin sleeping soundly with the television on..

I turned off the tv and lied her down comfortably on the bed... I looked at her.

" What did you even do to deserve such treatment from my ex girlfriend... I am sorry Haejin...  As much as i am trying to be a good husband , the past makes me really like a horrible husband..." a tear dripped off my eyes..

" sungjae ah.. saranghae... " she sleep talk

i laughed at her cuteness as i lied down on the bed to sleep

 

Jieun's POV

She must be going crazy with the lost of her taste .... Hah! serve her right

" So how is that girl going ?? " hyosung unnie said

" She is suffering... Hah.. I will make her suffer more... "

" What are you going to do next? " Zinger asked

" I will continue to think about it... I'll make her regret for trusting and marrying MY yook sungjae...In the mean time , we will still stick to plan A.... If there is any involvement of a new life , we will use plan B... Hah! Haejin haejin... You think your life is so easy??? " i smirk at the thought of it

" Aish.. Unnie... what can we do to stop Jieun from this ? " I heard Sunhwa whispered to Hyosung unnie.

" I heard that sunhwa... Nothing can stop me until she dies or i die... " i replied

'  Haejin ah......What are you going to do when you see those pictures?' i thought as i let out a high pitched laughter...

HIIIII SUBSCRIBERS!!! I NEED TO DO SOME EXPLAINATION HERE:D

Firstly , this is a chapter supposed to be posted on friday.. But for some reason , It got deleted...... I have absolutely no idea why it go ddeleted... Thank god i had a back up on my phone... So i re upload this...

Secondly.. Because i only realised this at 11pm SGT , so i am unable to post the next chapter.... Or else no suspense:D hahah!!! Im evil right???

Thirdly , I know this is short , but i hope to seek your understanding that i need to study also because of my final year next year.. So i'll still continue to try my best to do daily updates.... Hope this will make you guys all happy.....^^
