Chapter 6

It was late at night. Everyone in the dorm was frustrated. Nobody want to take this case. The atmosphere was dead awkward. AJ slip out of this dead dorm and head out to relax. He felt bad for the old members of Ukiss. He know how close all of them are. Then to just…see this side of Kibum, just shock their hearts out. Like a fire burning inside their hearts, it bring them pain. There are no water to bring down this fire. 
AJ went back to the old coffee café and order his usual. He sit at a small table and quietly think to himself. A shadow lurk near him. His could feel a tension coming. His body shiver cautiously. His eyes manage to turn as quickly as possible. To his surprise, his mouth open. There was the girl from last time. She sweetly smile back at him.
“Annyeong. I haven’t see you here for awhile now.” She greet. His hand went up to his chin, and try to close his mouth and try to swallow his throat. He cough to act normal.
“Um..haha yes…I been quite busy nowadays, with the group and all you know?” His body shake as he try to speak. She let out a cute smile.
“Ahh…I see. It must be tough for you being a new member of the group isn’t it? Can I sit here with you?” She ask him as she look at the chair in front of him. AJ’s heart beat high. 
“Of course. Yes I don’t mind at all!” AJ excite. He stop himself. I spoke to excited! Oh man…I hope she don‘t think I‘m a crazy person! AJ gulp. She politely sit in front of him, happily. Her eyes look directly at him. He was just gaze upon her beautifulness. He couldn’t help but stare at this cute girl he barely knew. All he know is that she is the most beautiful girl he ever seen.
“Um…is there something in my face that you kept staring?” She shyly ask, trying not to stare at him. AJ blink for a few seconds, then came back to reality.
“Oh um no! There’s nothing on your face. You…just look…very lovely.” AJ smile. The girl blush.
“That…awfully nice of you for complimenting someone who you don’t know their name.” She tease at him. AJ felt happily guilty and look away.
“Um…yes…so then…may I ask what is your name?”
“I’m Park Hwa Young.” 
“Well then…that names suits you pretty well.” AJ compliment. Hwa Young smile and look away. AJ felt like this was all going so well. He never expect to meet such a lovely person like her before. They begin chatting casually.
After awhile, AJ had to leave back. AJ open the door for Hwa Young as they walk out the door.
“So…when are we gonna meet again?” She innocently ask. 
“Um…well we could meet up here every once a week.” He suggest. 
“Oh great! Lets meet here every Wednesday then!…I hope…I’m not taking too much of your time. You seem so busy.”
“Oh no, its fine. Its great to go out once in awhile and chat with friends. I’ll be glad to come here every Wednesday.” AJ beam.
“Really? Haha great then!”
“Okay then…I have to leave now. Good night to you Hwa Young.” 
“Okay AJ, good night.” She wave to him. He smile and walk away. She stand there happily. She wait till he was nowhere to be found, she sigh. Her eyes roll as turn behind her.
“I know you been watching me. Come out already.” She order. There behind the café, came out a person. It was a guy dressed in black. He had a cap on. He walk furiously up to Hwa Young.
“You know you shouldn’t be hanging out with him. He’s an enemy.”
“You have no right to tell me who to talk to. You’re only my father’s assistant.”
“And as his assistant, I have to assure that you’ll can’t be talking to your father’s enemies.”
“Shikkeuro! I don’t want to hear this anymore. I’m leaving.” Mad, she storm off. The guy look back where AJ used to be. His hands grip hard.

The siren cry. Red alerts immediately send to the headquarters. Danger had came. All the ukiss members came dashing into the meeting room. Mr. Shin was waiting. 
  "What has happened?" Soo Hyun ask.    
  "The dangerous gang, Black Dragons are on their usual crimes. They are very cautious in what they're doing. We must stop them." The boss order. 
  "Yes sir!" They all salute. 
  "Ok, Eli, Kevin, Dong Ho, follow their tracks and try to stop them. Soo Hyun, prepare the guns and tranquilizers and head to a high point. Kiseop, track down where they are heading and inform Eli, Dong Ho, and Kevin. Everyone clear?" Everyone nod. Hoon and AJ stand there quietly. Hoon decide to step up. 
  "What about us sir? We want to help." Hoon offer. He had always wanted to be a part of something like this. 
  "I'm sorry Hoon, but this is an emergency. I cannot allow both of you to be part of this yet. You still have a lot to learn." Mr. Shin told him. Hoon was disappointed. His head bob down.  
  "Now everyone, let get to it!" He clap. Everyone rush away, leaving AJ and Hoon. 
Kiseop look around at the members. They were rushing. There was something darkening in his eyes. He try not to let then see what he was thinking. He quickly walk away to do his part. Eli, Kevin, and Dong Ho rush down to their black race car. Soo Hyun went to the weapons room and grab a shot gun tranquilizer. They didn’t want him to kill them, but to make sure they won’t be able to escape. He grab a few bullets then head out to his car. Kiseop was in a computer room that stored all the cameras around Seoul. He had on a radio headset, along with all the other members.
“Testing one two three. Can you guys hear me?” Kiseop check the headset. 
“I can hear you loud and clear.” Eli said.
“Same.” Kevin and Dong Ho say.
“Ok, Soo Hyun can you hear me?” Kiseop press a button to Soo Hyun’s headset.
“Yes, let get this show on the road.” At the headquarter, the boss and the two boys were watching over everything. 
Kiseop’s forehead begin to drip a sweat. A thought in his mind made everything so confused. He must think of something. He checked the routes on the computer.
“They’re leaving from the Hans Jewelry store and heading east.” He call out on the headset. 
“Got it.” Eli say as he click his headset, “I’m not gonna let this baby get away.” He smirk and race off. 
“I’ll be going to the nearest tower and I’ll set up my aim there.” Soo Hyun said. 
“There’s a tall building a few block away from there. I’ll send you a map and send you the fastest route.” Kiseop add and begin clicking on the computer. Everyone was moving at fast past. They have a few cases on the Black Dragons before. It was hard to get to them though. They are a very cautious gang and won’t try to make any mistakes of slipping away their goals. 
A van screech and shriek as they ride on the street. A race car dashing behind, was Eli, Dong Ho, and Kevin. Eli was driving rapidly. He ring up the police alarm in the car. The van notice the chase and immediately pull on its speed. Hoon, AJ, and the boss was watching from the headquarters. The chase was hectic. Dodging cars all around them, the van made a tight turn to the right. Eli had to drift his car and pull his brake hard. He swiftly turn to the right and continue to follow. Soo Hyun had set up his sniper on the building by now. He look into the lenses and try to focus on the car. He needs to hit their tire down. His forehead sweat. He had done this before, but it takes a very good aim to make the hit right, otherwise there would some major problems. He gulp. 
“They heading up the hill around the bend,” Kiseop told, “Eli, there’s a road to the left you can take and it’ll take you around. But its approximately 1.9 minutes for you to make it around.”
“That all I need to know.” He smile then blast his car to full speed. It made Kevin in the passenger seat and Dong Ho in the back to lean back. 
“Hold on to your horses,” Eli begin, “Because the fun is about to begin!” Eli cry. The race car screech a turn to the left. It was a very long curve. Eli had to slow down otherwise he’ll hit the bridge. 
“Eli! Slow down! We’re gonna hit the bridge!” Dong Ho cry.
“Makane, you just watch the professional.” Eli carry on with his plan. As the street begin to deeply curve, Eli drift the car and try to turn. The tires were squeaking loudly. Gravity push them to the side. Dong Ho and Kevin scream. Thank goodness they had their seat belts on. Eli explode the fire out of the car and made it pass the curve.
“YEEAA!! Who’s the man now!” Eli proudly say. Kevin’s and Dong Ho’s heart was beating rapidly. Eli can be such a wild person when he drives his race car. They meet up the van side by side. The people in the van notice them. Kevin grin at the van.
“We’re next to them now. Eli, pull on the speed and try to stop them in the front.” Kevin order. Only problem is, the car was going as fast as it can. The van’s speed was also the same. Neither one can go further than the other. The van try to push the race car against their road.
“Damn…they’re trying to tip us over!” Dong Ho cry. 
“Oh…they have mess with the wrong guy!” Eli angrily say, “No one mess with my car!” He roar and push the van. The van loses its way for a second, then came right back on track.
“Damn…now what?” Eli wonder. Then his mind click. He send a signal to Soo Hyun.
“Soo Hyun! Can you hear me?” There was a moment of silence. Did Soo Hyun get the message. The radio croak.
“I’m way ahead of you already Eli.” Soo Hyun grin.
“Good. You know what to do then.” Soo Hyun aim his sniper. Carefully, the lenses place onto the tires. A sweat drip down on his forehead to his eyebrows. His careful hand place onto the trigger. The van was moving like it was drunk. It was hard to aim. This is his only shot. *SHOT! He pull the trigger. The bullet floats out. It dash against the wind. It dodge everything else in its way. In slow motion, gravity pull against it, but it slowly went on its way. Close to the van, it slowly went down. Did he miss it? Soo Hyun gulp. The next moment, the van pull on its brake and hit a tree. Soo Hyun sigh in relief. He has done it! The bullet crash into the tires. All the hard training had paid off. Now the rest is all up to the three.
The van pull out its doors, and all the people started running out to the forest. Eli came on into a immediate stop. They got out of the car.
“Ok, you guys, separate yourselves. We got to get those men down. Lets move it!” Eli order. Kevin and Dong Ho nod and run off to catch those guys. Everything was dark and cold. Everyone was in the forest. Everything was sudden quiet. Everyone was being cautious. A dark shadow grumble into the forest. Eli turn. He know there’s a presence near here. He try to hide, not wanting to be caught. But, no one want to be caught. Kevin look around. He saw someone running to this direction. He was sure of it. He try to focus his senses. Dong Ho heard the bushes gurgling. His head quickly turn. His eyes were going back and forth. Then, he notice something different. He could see something shiny pointing out the bushes. His eyes widen. His hands slowly went down to his waist, and pull out his gun. He didn’t aim at the bushes, but the ground below it to scare that person. He press the trigger. The bush shook.
“I know you’re there. Get up. You have the right to remain silent!” Dong Ho pull the gun towards the bush. A person stand up. It was dark. Dong Ho couldn’t see the face really well.
“But your hands up in the air.” Dong Ho order. Before that person can even do anything, a loud noise shook the atmosphere. It was the sound of a gun going off. Dong Ho gasp. What was going on? The person quickly dash its way around.
“Hey you! You stop right there!” Not knowing what to do, he trigger his gun. He didn’t know where he hit. The person land down for a second, but came back up and continue running. Dong Ho was gonna chase that person.
“Dong Ho!” Eli call out. Dong Ho turn around and saw Eli.
“What?” He ask.
“Are you alright? I heard a bullet go off.” Eli grab him.
“Hyun, I’m ok. But I was the one that accidentally pull the trigger on the gun.”
“What!? Why?”
“Someone was running! What was I suppose to do?” Dong Ho whine. Eli look up. The person was gone. Darn. Eli sigh.
“Let go back. Kevin must be worry now.” Dong Ho nod at Eli and they left the forest. 
The person was hiding behind a tree. He groan in pain. He press his hand on his arm. It was bleeding. The bullet went straight through his arm. It was dripping blood now. He sigh. At least they left. Suddenly, a gun was raise onto his forehead. He gulp. Who was that? 
“I know this was all your plan. What are you trying to do Lee Jung Hee?” A familiar voice say. He look over. He scoff.
“Well if it isn’t the Lee Kiseop…” He smirk and pull the gun away from his head, “I know you would come if I done this.”
“I told you already! I don’t want to see you anymore. Our family ties have long been gone.” Kiseop coldly say as he turn away. Jung Hee laugh.
“Oh come on man, no matter what, we will always be a family.”
“Shikkeuro! I know you just want something from me. That is why you set all this up. Tell what you want and leave already.” 
“Aww tsk tsk tsk. That not very nice of you to say that to a family member.”
“You are not my cousin anymore! Not after what you did!”
“I only did it because it was the only choice!” Kiseop turn to look straight at him in the eyes.
“No, it was not the only choice. That was only what you think…” Kiseop angrily stare at Jung Hee. That guy’s eyes turn cold.
“What done is done. You can’t go back and change it.” This pissed Kiseop off.
“Don’t ever do this again. Next time, I really won’t let you go, arrasso.” He begin to walk away. Jung Hee was still holding onto his bleeding arm. He try to stop Kiseop.
“Kiseop, I didn’t do all this to make you remember the past. I came to tell you something.” Kiseop stop. He didn’t dare to look back. He just turn his head to the side.
“Mworago?” He say with no emotion. Jung Hee sigh.
“They need your help again. Are you just gonna abandon them just like that?" 
"I’m not abandoning them. They're the ones that abandon themselves." 
"Doesn't matter. If you really care for them, you would help them no matter what." Kiseop was quiet. He didn't how to respond. It not that he don't care for them. It just...he can't stand how they want to live their lives full of illegal and injustice ways. He can't stop them. None of them will listen. All his old friends, relatives, close ones, have disappointed him so much. They think their lives as criminals are the only way to have what they want in life. Jung Hee walk over to Kiseop. 
"Just remember one thing....you used to be like them. You should know how to have a life with no meaning." He whisper onto his ear, then slowly walk away. Kiseop's hand grip hard. He will never forget his past, but yet he was always denying how he used to live. His mind was struck with confusion. Should he help them out, or let them learn the hard way? It was hard for him to pick either way. His heart ache with pain.

All the boys head back to the headquarter, ashamed. They tilt their heads down. The boss was frustrated. 
"We're suppose to be a highly train top elite secret force. But yet, it seem like nowadays you guys can't get anything right!" He roar. They all felt disappointed. Kiseop felt bad because all this was all because of him. They all don't know about his past, and he hope they never do. 
"Sorry sir, we let you down." Soo Hyun reply. The boss angrily wipe the sweat from his face. 
"Sorry cannot change the result. I am very disappointed in you guys.” All the guys didn’t say a word, nor did they look at anyone else but the ground. The boss close his eyes and sigh. Everything been such a hectic nowadays.
“Now I’m not sure what is going on. If its because of Kibum…or because of whatever, but you guys have to get things straighten out. I don’t want to tolerate this kind of behavior again.”
“Yes sir, we will make sure this won’t happen again.” Soo Hyun answer him. No one else dare to speak to the boss. The old man look at every and each member.
“Just....go home for tonight. Think carefully of what you guys have done." He walk out from the meeting room. Everyone was so frustrated by everything.

They all sit together in a circle at their dorm. All of them felt utterly guilty.
“I’m sorry guys. This is my fault, I should driven more faster and stop the Black Dragons. But, I failed.” Eli apologize.
“No Eli, its not your fault,” Soo Hyun begin, “Its my fault. My aim was too late and it led them a chance to run away through the forest.” 
“No guys, its my fault. Its all my fault…” Kiseop mutter out. He look down. It was really all his fault he thought. 
“Guys,” Hoon say, “This is nobody’s fault. We’re all in this together.”
“I agree with Hyung,” Kevin told, “Either we win or fail together. We’re a team no matter what.” Kevin pull his arms around Dong Ho’s and Eli’s shoulders which they were by both of his side. Dong Ho did the same and wrap his arm around Kevin and Soo Hyun and smile.
“Hyung is right!” Dong Ho squeal.
“Yea we’re suppose to be the cheerful boys everyone know. We shouldn’t let one chase bring us down. It should encourage us instead.” AJ say proudly. They all begin wrapping their arms around each other’s shoulders.
“AJ finally say something smart,” Soo Hyun grin, “Let work hard together and become a stronger team.” They all smile and hug each other. No matter what hardships they go through, their bond will grow stronger. After their hug, Eli had something to confess.
“You guys, I want to say something.” Everyone turn to him, “I decided. I want to take the BHK Entertainment case. I want to take on Kibum.”

Kibum walk into the BHK Entertainment Company in the morning. He was ready to get this show on the road. He walk in to meet the president.
“Annyeong Mr. Kim.” Kibum greet.
“Kibum, glad you can make it.” Bon Hwa didn’t look at Kibum at all. He continue writing stuff on his work.
“Yes, what did you call me in for?”
“I’mma schedule your appointments to a different time later this week. So you’ll be off today and tomorrow.” Kibum was confuse.
“What? Why are you doing that for?” His eyes turn to Kibum.
“Well you do have you’re Piro piro business with your Hyung isn’t it? I’m just trying to help you.”
“Well um…ok…Can you really do that?” 
“I’m the president. Of course I can.” Kibum felt some suspicious. Usually, Bon Hwa isn’t this nice. He’s usually greedy and selfish. 
“What about everyone else in the group?”
“They have their own business to do. Don’t ask too many questions. If its not anything important, you can leave now.” Bon Hwa order. Kibum, suspicious, slowly nod and walk out. He close the door behind him. He tilt his head to the side. He sense something was going on. He continue to walk on. There was some noises coming along from a dead hallway. He stop himself. Kibum couldn’t help but notice what he was hearing. It was some strange noises. He couldn’t explain what was he was hearing. It was a sudden boom! He jump. His eyes search around. Nobody was around. He quickly walk in that direction. There was a few doors. He heard the noises at the farthest door. He creep over. Quietly, he try to open slightly. He begin to hear some arguing.
“Ya! Why did you do that for?!”
“Shikkeuro! No one knows about this except you and me.”
“But-but you kill him!” Kibum’s eyes widen. What has happened!?
“I told you to shut up! Or do you want to get kill as well?!” He could see the shadow. A man lift up a gun up to another man’s head. He gulp. He knows what he had to do, but he didn’t realize how the company was this serious. His mind was focus on this serious matter, his hand slip from the doorknob, which made a click sound. The guys quickly turn.
“Who’s there!?” A man cry out. Crap! Kibum was in trouble. What was he gonna do now?!
