Reena took a step forward and Suho created a protected water barrier around them. She had been attacking them but the Exotics and Matorians couldn't fight back or they would hurt her. They slowly watched her change. Her hair was growing shorter and her eyes blacker. No one knew why this was happening to her.

As a group, they went to the surface. Kai and Suho stayed behind to protect the humans that had all huddled together. JR and his gang were questioning everything but they were also taking charge. JR got the women and children together. Suho stepped up next to him and JR didn't even glance.

"Get out of here alien. I can handle it." JR growled.

"I have no doubt you can. But I have someone in this crowd that I wish to protect myself."

"Suho!" Suho's wife ran through the crowd and flung herself into his arms.

He hugged her close and breathed in her scent. "Mihyun."

"What's happening?" She asked, pulling back.

"I have no idea. The others have gone to the surface to check it out. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about." He smoothed her hair. Suho didn't mention Reena because he didn't want her to worry. He didn't even think he could properly explain what was happening to Reena anyways.

While Suho soothed Mihyun, Ariel had found Kai. He was with Aron, helping to calm some mothers. One could easily tell he was agitated and wished to just vaporate out of there. But, what stopped him was the voice that shouted his name.

"Kai!"

He blinked and turned around. Ariel ran up to him and stopped just before reaching him. "What's going on?" She asked the same thing as Mihyun.

Kai shook his head. "Don't worry about it. Go back."

"No Kai. Tell me what's going on."

"Listen to me. Get back, I don't want you to get hurt."

"I can take care of myself!" She huffed. "Just tell me what's-"

Kai cut her off with a harsh kiss on her lips. He gripped her jaw and stared into her eyes. "Shut up and go." With a red face, Ariel nodded and stepped back. She glanced at Aron and bit her lip, scurrying back.

Kai turned back and found Aron staring at him with an anamused expression. Kai raised an eyebrow.

"That was my sister."
