“Boss??...” Sujin called as she peeked inside her boss’s office.

“Yes noona?”

“Someone’s here. He wants to see you. Personal matter. Should I let him in?”

“Sure, I’m free anyway. Thanks.”

“Ok.”

Luhan stands up from his seat and waits for the man.

Later, a man walks into the office, dressed nicely in suit with his hair comb neatly to the side. This man, in his mid-50s, bowed at Luhan before making his way towards him.

“Hello, Luhan-sshi. Nice to meet you.” The stranger extends his hand towards Luhan and gladly Luhan reach out and shake their hands together.

“I’m sorry, but do I know you, mister ….”

“Sungryeol. Park Sungryeol.”

“Ah, Sungryeol-sshi. How may I be of your help?” Luhan asks politely at the older person.

“I came with a bad news for you, young mister.” The man smirks.

“Bad news?” Luhan eyed the man suspiciously.

“Your late father…”

“What ‘bout my late father?”

“Well, before he left, he owed me lots of money. I do not want to bring this problem to the authorities as I don’t want to taint his name to the public. However, since I’ve waited far too long for my money, I think we should settle this matter before it gets out of hand. Right, Luhan-sshi?”

Luhan lost all words. “What did you say? My dad did not owe anyone any money. You’re lying.” Luhan nearly lost all his composure.

“You were too young at that time, Luhan-sshi. Your father kept this secret well. Even your mother did not know anything. If you think I’m lying, take a look at these documents.”

Luhan snatches the documents from Sungryeol. He flips the documents carefully, not wanting to miss anything.

“I don’t believe this!” Luhan throws the documents onto his table, hard.

“Up to you. But I recommend that you take immediate action before I involve the authorities.”

“What do you want me to do?” Luhan eyed the man, death glares shooting from his eyes.

“500,000,000.00 KRW. Personally deliver this to me and nobody needs to know ‘bout your father’s shameful past. You get to keep your father’s dignity and I got my money back. Everybody win. Fair and square.” Sungryeol smirk as he looks at the now steaming Luhan.
